Well designed comfortable space (Junior Suite). Very friendly welcoming staff who told us upon our 22.30 arrival about an Easter parade just happening, that we would have otherwise missed. 24 hour reception great for distance travelling. Right opposite bus stop for airport bus (can pay on bus).

This was our second time back to the hotel, we absolutely love this hotel. The cleanliness is outstanding. The rooms are one of the best I've ever stayed, especially in a city centre. Decor is lovely. The location is perfect, set back a little from the beach but in the middle of everything else, plus, across from the food market and tram stop. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff go above and beyond for you. I can't comment on the food as we went room only. We didn't miss not having a balcony. A kettle, fridge and hairdryer in your room were the additional touches. Superb!! Will be returning.

Nothing at all

Very well located just in front of the market, maximum 10 minutes walking distance from all points of interest in the old city (museums, cathedrals, town hall, places, esplanade, port, beach…), and literally 1 minutes from the tramway station. Very safe neighborhood (I was traveling alone and was coming back to the hotel quite late, and I always felt secure). The staff is very friendly and helpful (the reception ladies, the cleaning ladies, and the breakfast staff were really all so polite and nice): I was asking for tips and visits, and was shared a list of things to do plus nice addresses… and on top, it was my birthday during my stay, and I had the lovely surprise to find a tray with some treats as a gift; it was so heartwarming! The rooms are very clean (when I arrived, the smell of hypochlorite was there; the insurance of a good cleaning). The breakfast offer was very decent: fresh food and tasteful! Definitely a good value for money.

Nothing really negative. The overall experience was great. One minor comment if useful: my room was on the 9th floor, yet, even if the isolation is good (I’ve never heard any of the other rooms), the street might be noisy (especially when you have the final of the Euro game and when Spain wins; cars and people had a lovely time celebrating the win), so if you’re sensitive to noise, ear plugs might be useful.

I loved that the room was spacious, bright and comfortable

You can hear the doors slamming at night and early in the morning - this is because doors are not on a soft closure system. Also felt that the exit from the bathtub was a bit tricky as the vanity counter was blocking it. I would also suggest that the cleaning services were checking when people put the clean my room label as we had to ask a couple times to getting clean earlier because we were already back at lunchtime.

Staff members been very friendly and professional, room was tidy and beds were comfortable. Very pleased with the breakfast, so tasty and there is some options for vegetarians! Location of the hotel it’s really good!

Very noisy, it’s hard to have a rest, we stayed on the 9th floor, but still can hear everything from outside even with the windows closed. Also we been able to hear our neighbours, even how they sneeze! it’s no kettle in the room which I think should be there as it’s 4 stars hotel. Would be nice if the hotel offer bathrobes and slippers too

Excellent location, large double room, with large modern bath room with bathtub. Beds were comfortable and came with two sets of pillows. AC worked well. Stayed on 10th floor so room came with beatiful view of Alicante. With window shut, no noise from street was heard. Everything was nice and tidy. Will stay here again when I return to Alicante.

Breakfast buffé was not bad, but was not up to pair with rest of the hotel. I came with high expectations but was a little disappointed. I found it overpriced at EUR 13.

The hotel was picked up by organizers but it is on a good location, in the city center. My room was big, with comfortable bed, and the accompanying bathroom with full bath had bathroom toiletries, both clean. The breakfast was really good with lots options.

My room did not have even the kettle which should be for a 4-star hotel a must. The check-in was incredibly slow, not because of apprentice (she needs to learn) but because no one of other stuff stayed to helped her. Luckily there was fast online check out. In addition, the elevators, just two of them, were very slow.

This hotel is a favourite of mine. The location is spot - on as is the service from all the workers. The room I had was huge and everything clean. I do feel the rooms on the 10th floor might need a refresh however as they do look a little tired. Nevertheless, when I had an issue, it was dealt with straight away another room was offered. Other positives: room service, gym, sauna and the reception area seating is fab. I will continue to stay here whenever I’m in Alicante.

Shower lacked power but was super hot - just how I like it.

-Poor window insulation. Woke up a couple of times in the middle of the night due to noise from the street. -Too transparent see through window shade in the bathroom. Had to use the toilet/shower with the lights turned off after the sunset. -Fresh vegetables for breakfast would be a great addition. -Somewhat small breakfast room and a queue for a table after 9:00.

Excellent location and very clean and quiet hotel. Slept very well here

The fan in our bathroom was broken and although we alerted staff to the issue several times, it was never attended to. Also, our key cards stopped working twice in a one-week stay. The two lifts are super slow and very busy in the mornings and evenings. On a more minor note, the cleaning staff tended to come at very variable times so it was hard to know when to step out so they could clean the room.
