The location was great - just one block back from the seafront so near the harbour and beach and near the old town. It was easy to walk to the lift to go up to the castle. The breakfast was nice - lovely bread and pastries. The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful.

It was quite noisy at night - rubbish being emptied, police sirens, people on their way back from a night out. We were on the third floor at the front and I suggest requesting a room at the back unless you want the little Juliette balcony. The doors were old I think and had been refurbished with double glazing but they weren't sealed so sound still comes through. Our stay wasn't spoilt by the noise but we did wake up at least a couple of times each night.

This is an excellent hotel, but by far and away the most impressive thing about it was the quality of the staff. They were simply excellent......

First of all, the staff were incredibly pleasant and welcoming throughout our entire stay — their hospitality was truly exceptional. The location was excellent, just a few minutes’ walk from all the major sights and attractions, with convenient bus and tram connections nearby. The look and feel of the hotel were simply amazing; we thoroughly enjoyed the stylish interior. The availability of a minibar and safe were great added benefits, and the bathroom was clean and nicely maintained. Everything we asked for was provided promptly, which made our stay completely stress-free.

The room next to ours had a bathroom directly against our wall (a drywall partition), and unfortunately, we could clearly hear the sound of flushing water and the water pump, which was quite annoying at times. Breakfast was rather modest, with limited variety—mainly pork options and a small plate of chicken. It was the same selection every day, which became a bit monotonous. There were a few stains and small tears on the bedsheets, but overall it was acceptable. Also, while cold water was available for free and in unlimited supply, having to ask for a single glass bottle (1l) each time — several times a day — wasn’t ideal, but acceptable.

Located in the heart if the old town. Very convenient for restaurants, bars etc. Very friendly welcome. Excellent food, using local ingredients but with a twist on tradition Spanish dishes. Our waitress in the restaurant was very friendly and helpful. Free water every day in the bedroom. Good toiletries. A lovely Valentine's surprise of a heart shaped cake to share, left in the bedroom.

Breakfast items were not kept replenished, so every morning you were asking for more bread, yoghurt, fruit, etc. A problem with the coffee machine was met with the remark, " it has nothing to do with me, tell the waiter." from a member of staff dressed all in black!!!!!!!! Some if the storage in the bedroom was for giants only. Some were also dusty. The toilet brush needed a health warning.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Serawa Hotel in Alicante! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home right away. The interior design is stunning—modern, elegant, and very tasteful. The location is perfect, close to everything yet peaceful and relaxing. The food was absolutely delicious, with fresh, high-quality ingredients and a great variety. One of the highlights of our stay was the amazing welcome gift we received for our wedding anniversary—it was such a thoughtful and personal touch that made our experience truly unforgettable.

Absolutely everything was perfect.

Hotel was very clean and modern! In a great location. Beach is 2 minutes away. Plenty of restaurants and shops around. Can walk to the castle lift. And access to bus stops to mall and airport is less then a 5 min walk Although first impressions of breakfast I though didn't look much but by day 3 I couldn't get enough. The produce was great quality. Fresh fruits, fresh bakery produce. And the bread was soo good! Rooms were very clean and staff were friendly. Rooms don't come with kettle in. But asking for one they provided us with all the amenities, tea coffee sugar cups and even glasses for the wine we brought. Would definitely stay again.

Depending on neighbours and how loud they can be. Can hear them from time to time but never disrupted or woke us

The room was small but very comfortable and a lovely bathroom en suite. For a base in the city when you are out of the room all day it is perfect but if you like to spend time sitting in your room, this may not be for you although they may have larger rooms but it is a very old building so I imagine this limits what they can do. Also, although it is an old building, the inside is fully modern and lovely and bright. Soaps, shampoo and conditioner were lovely and bath towels were a good size. The location could not be better with a short walk to everything you might want to do.

There was actually nothing I had to complain about.

The property was a perfect location. Near the beach, marina, shops and restaurants. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Our room and bathroom were a reasonable size. The bed was comfy and the shower was good. There was a good supply of toiletries, and the towels were nice and thick. Our room description did say balcony, but we didn't even have a view. We didn't complain as the room was nice enough. The glass wall for the bathroom was a bit unusual, it was fine for a couple, but not sure if I had to share a room with a work colleague.

Nestled in the heart of the city, the hotel boasted a central location that made it an ideal choice for both business travellers and tourists alike. Surrounded by a variety of restaurants, cafes, and shops, the hotel provided a perfect launching pad for culinary adventures and shopping sprees.

The morning buffet consisted primarily of stale pastries, a few slices of bread, and a solitary bowl of fruit that seemed to have seen better days. Those hoping for a hearty start to their day were disappointed to find that traditional hot options, such as eggs or bacon, were conspicuously absent. Instead, the coffee station was equipped with a single pot of lukewarm brew, which did little to uplift the spirits.
