This hotel is very well situated next to a center square, with shops, restaurants and bars and a big mall! Taxi and busstops are around the corner. Staff is very friendly and accomodating. The rooms are awesome! Never had a huge hallway like I had in this hotel and it gave the feeling of living in an apartment! Rooms were superclean, alle soap is from Rituals (very high quality). Rooftop bar was really nice, has a good vibe and a nice swimmingpool! I can imagine that events at the rooftopbar are top notch and worth a visit! Breakfast was awesome, not your regular hotel breakfast, but also fresh fruits and vegetables and eggs prepared as you wish. I would recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Las Palmas!

Everything about Livvo Lumm is exceptional, This was a suprise trip for my partner's birthday he loved the hotel so much. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Elena for organising a seaview room for us and being so lovely, also to Adolfo (hope thats right) in the Sky bar, nothing is too much trouble for him and he is great at his job. Amazing hotel, so clean, rooftop pool and bar area is beautiful, hotel only two mins walk from the Guaguas. This hotel and the staff are a credit to the Livvo Group and we can not wait to go back again as soon as possible.

Absolutely amazing hotel, staff were exceptional, Nathan and Cira went above and beyond to make our stay so special, always so friendly and chatty! They are a credit to the hotel and without a doubt gave the hotel the edge over others, this was a replacement booking for the AC Marriot which was absolutely horrific, I had lost all hope but thank god for Livvo Lum, they somehow turned this negative experience into an exceptional one, the rooms are lovely, would recommend the superior rooms if you like space, facilities are lovely, rooftop pool and lounge was brilliant, well worth your money, I would 100% go again, one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at

Absolutely nothing!

Location is good with just a couple of meters to bus station Santa Catalina where busses 60 and 91 will take you from and to the airport for just 3 euro. And it's just a short walk to most of town and beach Las Canteras. But the more beautiful parts of town Calle Triana and Vegueta is 5 km away. Rooms are really spacious (Doble deluxe superior vista mar), modern and clean with daily room service. Beds a bit hard wich i think is good. The sea view is to the dock side of town, and there is a construction site and a highway in between. Windows are enormous but were really dirty on the outside making it harder to enjoy the view, however we appreciated the large cruise ships going in and out. Sadly there is a lot of traffic noise from the highway waking me up in the morning. Breakfast is excellent. The rooftop terrace and pool is a perfect getaway when you are tired of town or beach.

Our was an absolutely great experience! The location was perfect—within walking distance of beach, great restaurants and shops. The room was spacious. The staff on reception were incredibly friendly.

Unfortunately, my stay coincided with a local festival due to a bank holiday, so the music outside was quite loud—though that’s not the hotel’s fault. The room itself could have been a bit cleaner, which was a slight letdown. I was also unable to access the rooftop bar during my visit, but it seemed like a timing issue. Despite these hiccups, the staff were friendly and tried their best to accommodate.

The whole hotel is very modern with good facilities. We mainly liked to rooftop pool with sun beds and some chairs to use in the afternoon/ evening time. The staff were also very polite and helpful. The room was spotless and had everything you needed. The bed was also very comfortable.

the only problem we had was the Tv, it wasn’t connected to the internet which was needed for the chromecast to work. The internet settings was also blocked off and therefore it was impossible to watch anything else that the regular tv. The sky bar located on the rooftop wasn’t open during the pool hours so you couldn’t get a drink or snack during that time. It only opened from 16:00.

The bed was unbelievably comfortable with the nicest sheets. The bathroom was lovely too. Very stylish hotel.

Be mindful that the sky bar is not open Mondays or Tuesdays.

Very nice stay at Hotel Livvo Lumm, especially I appreciated the breakfast room, large and comfortable with many tables, nice design, with plenty dish and offers at the morning in terms of patisserie, breads, ham, cheese, fruits,..till separate menu with on demand preparing eggs variants cooking, first time I experimented this feature/attention by an hotel at morning, felt almost like a king, really thanks!!! :-) I appreciated also the modern room design with all you could need, in my case the modern vertical steamer/iron too for clothes needs. Proximity to Santa Catalina park and bus station/hub, and from the other direction with a brief walk you can reach Las Canteras beach. From the opposite side along the Casino street you can proceed and reach also, after a bit walk, El Corte Inglés too for shopping/gourmet meals or several different level restaurant, bar, pizzeria,...Good also the Livvo Lumm Terrace with beautiful view on Las Palmas port zone. Near to El Muelle Commercial Center and Poema del Mar beautiful acquarium that I suggest for a visit. So very nice stay at Livvo Lumm hotel, hope to come back in future!

Balcony view over the port acceptable, there are some work in progress / under construction facilities (maybe related to public transportation) just in the side of the hotel, so not related to the hotel but a pity for the under part of the view from high floor we can say. Think it will be a temporary situation of course. From hotel point of view, maybe the too short opening times of Livvo Lumm Skybar / terrace bar, a little bit limited (I catched the first evening to try a drink). For the guest the rest of terrace area is always opened anyway for swimming pool and solarium every day.

The location is fantastic.The staff was exceptionally kind,helpful and responsive.Always available.The breakfast was also very nice with the variety of different kind of food.Rooms are cleaned regularly and thoroughly.

The only thing that I didn’t like but generally it wasn’t directly connected to the hotel was the fact that there was some kind of unfinished construction site which influenced the room view.

Lovely entrance lobby & área to sit / relax . Great Rooftop views on the terrace . Clean White linen & comfy matress. Great central location for Santa Catalina square área bus station, port , Las Canteras beach ⛱️/ promenade & less than a mile to big department store ( Cortes del Ingles ).

Just pointers , not unlikeable .Sadly the L'Or coffee maker didnt seem to work . The rooftop SkyBar is only open limited hours & closed Monday & Tuesday .It is a great addition to the hotel ,so I thought it could be used more ?
