Nice pool, unfortunately the shadows make the kids’ pool not the greatest though. Good breakfast and staff, nice bedroom and bathroom.

There was a couple fighting like animals at the first day, so I couldn’t sleep and calling the reception didn’t help at all. In the middle of the night they asked me if I wanted to change rooms, while they should have moved the crazy couple, not my sleeping babies. In the next day I changed rooms and “at least” I got a terrace in the other room to kind of compensate the lost night that jeopardised the whole next day, since I was exhausted. I didn’t like San Antoni area, if I ever return to Ibiza, I won’t stay there anymore.

The hotel is super nice, rooms and bathroom renovated. The pool was acros the street but that was not an issue, btw every single morning and night was cleand and mantened. Everything was super clean. The room was cleaned every day, regularly changed towels and sheets. There was also security at the hotel that was making sure that everything is in order. On reception they are offering other servecies as for exaple rent a car services, tickets for Formentera ferry etc. Airconditionaning system was working perfectly. There is a public parking 5min (walking) from the hotel. The street where the hotel is located is calm, you can sleep at night. There are few restaurants and fast food places as well as markets near the hotel. Maintenance of facilities was impeccable. The staff was super nice and polite, very helpful with everything we needed. We had HB, for breakfast you have everything, loved the pastries and fresh fruits, also there was a mix of english breakfast and continental breakfast, beverages are free. For dinner there was variety of continental foods, also they were making some thematic dinner nights (one day was mexican, the next italian, than spanish night). They serve everything from paella, to pasta, beef, salads, soups, different side dishes, pizza, amazing roasted chicken, also the seafood was super nice. Drinks for dinner were not included but the price was more than fair to pay so I can't say anything bad about it either. Staff of the hotel was 10/10 AMAZING!!! All in all I was there for 10 days and I loved it. Lovely stay!

First of all, I liked the location, there were shops, cafes, restaurants, pizzerias around, 15 minutes walk to the port and the seafront, which is very spectacular. San Antonio is a very beautiful, clean, lively city, with its own Mediterranean style. I had a rented car that I parked for free 10 minutes walk from the hotel(the parking lot is very large ). Breakfast had everything from eggs, bacon, cold cuts, cheeses, fruits, pastries, cereals, coffee, juices, drinks. impossible not to find something to your liking.

The hotel looks a bit outdated, but for the price I paid I think it's ok. I didn't go into the hotel pool but it looks good from the room balcony.

Very clean modern room. Friendly, professional staff. I've booked a single room with no balcony, but to my surprise when I've arrived at the property I was told I am getting a room with balcony at no extra cost. Food great as well, breakfast for 10.95,all you can eat buffet, dinner 14,95 all you can eat buffet.

The location is good, but not great. Is very close to the west end area. It looked a little bit sketchy for me the area being here for the first time. A lot of drug dealers asking you if you want something, drunk brits everywhere . And also was a group of brits in the room beside me who were making a lot of noise, listening to high volume music..

Rooms were great and very clean. Nice new bathrooms with excellent showers. Cleaners were in every day. Breakfast was excellent and the pool was great. Food/drink etc available all day. Staff couldn’t do enough to help, especially Pepita at the front desk. Great showers Reims to use on day of departure with additional towels supplied.

The only downside was the security guard. Very obnoxious and arrogant. Was very confrontational and aggressive to the point of getting into people’s faces when just trying to talk to him.

A really nice and a cosy hotel in a central part of the Sant Antoni de Portmany. We have opted for a half board option and it was a really great choice. Of course, do not expect so big variety of a food - but to be honest: the food is tasty and comfort at all :-). The other big positives are: a) hotel room - we had a double room wihout a balcony, a really cosy room with a TV and a private bathroom; b) cleanliness - cleaning ladies clean the place every single day and you will also get a freshly washed towels every day, c) friendly staff, d) other services like a game room, a fitness room, pool&bar area :-); e) location - the hotel is placed in a city centre of St. Antoni and the main promenade is located just a few blocks away. The same applies for a bus station, Mercadona, beaches. The nightlife is just a few minutes away by a walk, but you won't notice it at all at the hotel area:-) The hotel is also guarded by a friendly security guy.

Localization is absolutely perfect -5 minutes from main centrum of San Antoni. Pool is across the road but don’t have any doubts about that. Pool is big,a lot of si beds and pool bar- FOOD THERE IS AMAZING. Stuff is so nice and helpful, always smiling to you 😊 Rooms was cleaning every day-towels changed also everyday. It’s my 4th time in San Antoni and since now JUST THIS HOTEL is my only one for next time ! Truly recommend.

You are not allowed to listen your own music in hotel room,even is not loud ..

Everything you need at this hotel. The pool is really lovely and the rooms are very modern and clean. We were really surprised how good it was and well worth the money. The included breakfast was a nice array of options too. Would definitely return!!

You should be allowed to play music, even if it was cut off after a certain time maybe 9pm. Anywhere you go on holiday music is nice to get ready too. I appreciate this is a family hotel too but the no music at all rule was a shame and no trouble was being caused.

The pool alongside its bar and restaurant. Good vibes with music and fantastic staff.

You have to wear a wrist band which they get unhappy and aggy’ about when you take it off due to not wanting tan lines or it not going with your outfit however I understand that they can have a short fuse due to the amount of idiotic young English lads that they have to put up with.

The staff were so lovely and kind. From the security staff, all reception staff ,lovely kitchen staff breakfast room and pool staff. The breakfast was delicious and one night we had a meal there which was perfect. Truly could not fault the hotel, location and pool. The room I booked I did not book a balcony but I paid extra as there was availability which was so worth it as loved it and so spacious. I would recommend this hotel but to book with a balcony will be better and location great as well.
