EVERYTHING! We had walked the Camino and finished here before flying home. It was the best accommodation we have had, it was great luxurious rooms and everything so clean and fresh. Breakfast was amazing and the service at breakfast was so sweet. A big thank you to Marisa (I think her name was) in reception who greeted us, helped us and made us feel like home. She did our stay the best possible and she raised the standard for this hotel, best service we have had for sure. We will 100% recommend this hotel and hopefully we will come back to Santiago so we can stay one more night here. Thank you for an amazing finish to our trip.

Marissa at the front desk was awesome. We stayed 3 nights at the hotel, but had to check out each morning because we made the reservations at different times and through different booking agents. She took care of us each day by safeguarding our luggage and moving our luggage to our new room once it was ready. She also provided valuable information on sights to see in Santiago. The buffet breakfast was great, the rooms were clean and comfortable and the location was only a 9 min walk from the Cathedral.

The hotel is nice. My room was great. The location of the hotel is excellent, very close to the beautiful old town and the Cathedral. I visited many great restaurants while in the city.

The breakfast was excellent but I missed having tortilla. I would also prefer to have cappuccino instead of standard coffee (which was good though).

1) huge gap between design of the common area and rooms 2) terrace is more like a wolf pit or a waterless swimming pool (surrounded by walls on the ground floor at your height) with furniture positioned by the walls 3) the safe is not working in our room and the hotel staff knows about it for some time

Great location, next to the pedestrianised part of the old city, and a short walk from the train station. There was a nice large, clean bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. And the woman at reception was really friendly.

The balcony in my room overlooked an alleyway leading to a car park, so I didn't bother using it.

It's a nice budget hotel and a good value for $45 a night. The rooms are decently sized, kept clean, and it's pretty quiet. Staff are very friendly. Located right next to the old part of town. Felt very safe the entire time I was there.

No view at all, I was facing an alley (at least it was quiet). Also, if they put you in room 001, ask for another one. 001 is right next to the lobby and the kitchen, you will hear all kinds of banging around in the morning (it will wake you up) while they prepare the breakfast.

Nice, affordable hotel in a quiet location that is a very short walk to all the action. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. A major bonus for us was that it was easy to drive to and had a convenient parking garage - pretty tight to get into though, helpful if you have a smaller car.

The breakfast was nice, albeit continental so no hot food other than toast. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The location was excellent - easy walk into the old town.

The room we booked was a triple and didn’t reflect the description on the website (for example there was no sofa). It was however comfortable albeit on the small side.

Staff were brilliant, very kind and accommodating to us Brits' mangled Spanish and accented English. Room was comfortable, well-cleaned, great aesthetically, and perfect for our stay. The bar was nice, good prices and great seating. Was a wonderful time all round!

The fridge had a persistent issue with overheating the surrounding cupboard, would have liked a shaving mirror.
