Peaceful, central and easy to get to in a lovely old building. I booked a small room with shared bathroom. All comfortable and clean. No other facilities in the hostel itself but it was 2 minutes from a very beautiful restored market building with breakfast cafes and bars so that didn't really matter.

Arrive when there are staff on site if you can to help with the automatic check-in machine. The assistant helped me, but other people were less lucky and spent 20+ minutes filling in their details multiple times. When it's late and you're tired, that can be tough. Also don't buy a breakfast ticket using the in-house machine because it's half the price at any local coffeeshop.

A unique setup - a converted set of apartments right in the city. There is no reception desk (although I believe they have a staff member around during a small daytime window of operation), you check-in via a keycode, provide details and scan you passport in order to get your room key. Took a bit of figuring out, but once we were inside it was fine! Great location, works perfectly as a basecamp to explore Valencia from.

The shower door for Room 204 leaks - needs an update. Otherwise just a bit of city centre noise, but that is the trade off you take for being so central

Nice welcome and room, unlike other reviews it was very quiet during the night (7th floor interior). The bathrooms were always free and clean. Great location on the edge of the old town (10 min walk to be in the midst of it), buses to the Southern beaches leave from there and Rusafa is walkable.

The room is nice but basic, I would have appreciated a fridge. AC was working, but took its time and could have been cooler than 23 degrees. Price ratio fine, but not cheap either (to be fair I went during the holidays in August).

It was a clean room so close to the center so close to most good cafeterias and restaurants actually I barely needed to take a bus or tram only to go to the station joaquin sorolla and the oceanografico and the beach it was a small room but suitable for 2 nights, the staff are so kind and lovely very helpfull and try their best to assist you

The thing that I didn't like was that u can hear everything from the other rooms especially the room next to me they were so chaotic and screaming at night and early morning that's it.

Location close to the Colon market and metro station, price, and competent staff - Marina from reception was extremely friendly and helpful and I hope she’s paid well :)

additional fee for cleaning but in general it was still cheaper than most hotels

The entrance of the building is beautiful and ancient. Self-check-in works perfectly and my friend and I were quite impressed with the machine used. The location is 10/10, close to the city centre! There are many bus stops around the area and tourist attractions as well. The bed was comfortable, and the WIFI worked perfectly. Overall, the room has the essentials for a short holiday with friends. We enjoyed our stay with Hi Valencia Canovas!

The bathroom was making weird noises every time we used the sink or flushing the toilet, sometimes it was annoying. The sink was a bit small for my preference. Furthermore, the walls are quite thin and the doors are old, and personally, the design is beautiful but they need some oil as we needed to push the doors hard to close them.

The accommodation has a central location, near the old town and just a minute's walk from the amazing Turia park. The room was impeccably clean and very comfortable. The shared bathroom was always clean and available, and there was no crowding during my stay. Check-in was super easy using the self-service machine, which was especially helpful as I arrived late. Overall, the accommodation felt safe and had a good vibe.

The walls are thin, so you can hear conversations and everything that is happening outside the room. The room faces the street, and it might be noisy.

We liked the location, very close to all attractions. Also the self check-in system works great, we arrived late and checked in using the machine without any issues. We had all necessary things in the room - towels, soap, shampoo, hairdryer, kettle, TV.

The walls are very thin, we could hear every word from the corridor, nearby rooms and everything from the outside of hotel. So if you want to sleep late - it's not for you - garbage trucks outside at 06:00 AM, then cleaning ladies and reception talking at 08:00 AM. But if you are fine with waking up early - then you will have no issues at all.

You sign in on your own and you have a lovely terrace view (depending on what floor you’re in… I believe I was in the 8th floor). Really nice cafes nearby

There weren’t many people working (if any) and your key card stops working after check out. I accidentally closed my door with my bag inside and my key card didnt work because it was just passed check out time. I couldn’t access my bag and no one was working there to help me. Thankfully someone who was cleaning let me in to grab my bag but it was a scare for a half hour.

Basically everything was a little better than expected. I was worried about the auto check-in but a kindly lady came and helped me do it. I thought because it was relatively cheap that the room might be small or noisy or something, but not the case. I would give particular mention to the exceptionally comfortable bed. I have a few aches and pains related to not being a youngster (but living as if I am one) and a great mattress and pillows really help. Slept well and woke up refreshed. I booked a room with no bathroom and was pleased there were two toilet/showers on the floor for a small number of rooms (6-8?), so didn't experience any access issues. Also, very near that lovely "river park" too!
