We had a truly wonderful experience at CERVO Mountain Resort! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The weather was perfect, which made the already breathtaking view of the Matterhorn even more magical. The resort itself is beautifully designed and ideally located just a short walk from the village...conveniently accessible by an elevator. We were warmly greeted at the train station by a kind porter, which set the tone for the rest of my stay. The staff at CERVO were incredibly professional, friendly, and genuinely kind. They made every interaction feel personal and warm. The room was spotless, beautifully appointed, and very comfortable, clearly maintained with great attention to detail. Great spa activities and super friendly head barista who made us fancy coffee. Thank you CERVO team!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Cervo Zermatt. What truly sets this place apart is the incredible attention to all the little details that make the experience so unique and memorable. From start to finish, the atmosphere felt warm, thoughtful, and genuinely caring. The staff were exceptional across the board — from the restaurants to the cleaning team, everyone was so friendly, professional, and attentive.

Our stay was fantastic! The design in the entire hotel is both cozy, local and modern and accurate. I liked especially the design of the minibar in the room. the spa was excellent and the best part was the team who were always willing to help. The Yoga and meditation classes were spot on! With accommodations to different levels. The Bazaar was great, the dishes and flavors took me back to my childhood, thank you for this experience. The team is very welcoming and professional

Some better coordination between the team could have prevented miscommunication though typically everything was well organized. Some of the dishes at Nostre Madre were on the salty side.

Everything!!! The room, the bathroom, the view, the customer service. The u expected surprise birthday cake at breakfast. The fact that nothing was too much. This was my first solo trip for my birthday and CERVO made it everything I imagined. I have no regrets or negatives. It was everything I imagined and hoped it to be. It is on the pricey side and this was a treat to myself so I did not mind. However for the price you do get what you see and read. So was worth it! Thank you 🙏🏽

Very clean, best hotel in zermatt if you want that overall amazing experience. The spa facilities is an amazing bonus. Very relaxing, beautiful and enjoyable to relax in the spa with the view during the day. Perfect for 2 days in Zermatt.

Only negative part was that there is no air conditioning in zermatt and it was a bit hot when we were staying, however the hotel was able to provide a great fan for the room.

For me a special place full of memories: My parents took me to Zermatt when I was a child, and I still remember the breathtaking landscape and the nice moments we spent near the Matterhorn. Coming back years later with my wife has been forever a dream. The guest agent recommended some beautiful hiking routes in advance, servicio muy especial!! Next Summer at cervo mountain resort is allready in the calendar, see you then!

We had an amazing stay! My family and I truly enjoyed every moment at the resort. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The food was delicious with a great variety to choose from each day. The resort itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation. We would definitely love to come back!

Cervo was awesome! Super chill atmosphere, cool little bazar to browse, and the huntsman beer hit the spot. Staff were super friendly and made us feel right at home. The Matterhorn view? Just wow. Breakfast was on point too. Loved how they’ve got sustainability built into everything. Feels good to relax somewhere that actually cares. Total relaxation mode from start to finish. Would definitely come back!

The most perfect stay! The transfer from Zermatt train station to Cervo was easy, the driver pointed out local spots and explained a little about the town. The greeting from the reception staff was excellent, the Alpinist L room we stayed in was perfect. Everything was clean, well laid out, more than enough space for 2 of us, lots of storage and all the furnishings seemed new. The outdoor balcony space was good, very quiet and peaceful. We were lucky enough to have 20+ degree weather, so we utilised the outdoor space every day. The view was incredible!! We had the best view of the Matterhorn, perfectly framed by the trees. We also had a view of the town, which was beautiful at night with the lights. The pictures truly don’t do the view justice, it was beautiful. Madre Nostra is on the smaller side, so dinner is very intimate. The food and drinks were excellent, fresh pasta and great cocktails. The breakfast options at Bazaar were great, the ‘cooked’ items on the menu were a little small, but there is plenty of ‘buffet’ style food to enjoy- cakes, granola, bread etc. Bazaar outdoor terrace area has great view of the Matterhorn all day, and we enjoyed the sunset over the mountain in the evenings. The dinner was excellent, the offering of Asian/middle eastern foods was very much enjoyed and something different. All the staff, reception, porters, concierge, housekeeping, restaurant staff were so friendly, welcoming and made our stay a real pleasure. We cannot offer enough praise. There are spa facilities and pools. The location of Cervo itself is of course a mountain resort, but there is a ski-lift just opposite reception which allows access to the main town within a few minutes, once in the town all bars, restaurants and shops are within walking distance, 5-10 mins. We are not big hikers/skiers but we absolutely loved our stay at Cervo and will definitely be back in the Winter season!

This hotel is excellent! The best hotel we ever stayed. Staff members looked after us very well . Food was amazing we just ate at hotel everyday ! Amazing activities we joint breakfast Yoga which is hiking and yoga in the peaceful beautiful view spot. Everything was breathtaking. 10/10 ✨
