Great location with the matterhorn view, the reception staff is very friendly, well prepared, and willing to help. The online team has a quick response and ready to assist. The shuttle bus driver is quick and kind.

Everything is exceptional until we went for the breakfast, the waitress (Liliana Fernandes) could be more friendly. She has the most bad attitude towards guests that I've ever met. We waited for 2 boiled eggs for 45 minutes when we already finished all of the food. Zermama didn't include breakfast in the price, therefore, I would recommend other guests finding other places for breakfast to avoid the frustration since early morning from a rude, grumpy, bad attitude waitress.

We stayed at this hotel for one night. The hotel is located rather close to the train station, about 6 minutes walk. It is modern and very clean. The bed was really comfortable. We had a room with a nice balcony overlooking the river.

There was no option to have breakfast included in the price, and breakfast does not seem to be a big deal here, as there was nobody around except for us. We had a room overlooking the river, and I must say, it would not be possible to sleep with a window open because of the noise from the river. We also found no interface in the room to regulate room temperature. The air conditioning seems to be running, but we could not regulate the setting. On that day it was 30 C so the warm duvets on the bed were not very suitable for the season.

The staff were amazing, especially Norberto and Margerida, very helpful, they helped us book the ski passes, the guide, the ski gear and everything for our stay. The location is prime, as it is a stone throw away from the ski lifts, and the gear shop is just next door! It's 3 min walk from the Bahnhofstrasse which is the main downtown street area with all the shops and restaurants. They give you warm cozy wolf like robes in the room for balcony use. It's coooool!

We liked everything really.. But if I have to fill in this box, I would say there was no choice of pillows, and the ones in the room are too soft!

The location was perfect. Interiors, cozy. Good design aesthetics. Breakfast was consistently good. Liked the special order blueberry muffins. And the reception/concierge so friendly, easygoing and professional. Best they had a dog named Ronnie.who is the sweetest!

We would've loved: a queen/king instead of 2 single beds cobbled.together, a tub and chairs with adequate back rest. But otherwise it was a great stay and oh, maybe Zermatt.can have sauna/steam rooms for weary skiers! 😊

We arrived at the hotel late and very tired, and the truth is that the reception was wonderful. The waitress from Mallorca, the room , the breakfast, and the checkout guy were top-notch. Excellent service is what makes a hotel truly attractive, in addition to having a very nice, well-equipped room with good beds and sheets. The only not-so-satisfactory aspect is the side view of the Matterhorn, but the great service we received more than makes up for it.” WE STAY ONE NIHNGT FROM NOVE 9 to 10.

I loved the friendly front of house staff. I loved how modern the hotel was and the funky room design. When I asked for something, they were quick to respond. You couldn't ask for a better location. So close to the Train, the Gornergrat, and everything else.

I loved my dinner at the restaurant- Duck Pie super yum! but I had to ask to be served, I had to go up and order a drink as no one came back to take my drink order. I then had to remind them about my wine as I had nearly finished my meal. I had to get my own bread. They did say they were short staffed, but as a solo traveller, I felt ignored. The breakfast the next day staff were amazing. I had to send my breakfast back as my egg was raw. Then the second breakfast was better but toast dry and overcooked. I did give them this feedback. I ate elsewhere after that. Overall amazing stay. I hope they sort the balance of quality food and enough staff soon.

You want to stay here!!! We spent an unforgettable and fulfilling week in Zermama. Spacious, very clean, luxury, comfortable accomodation, quick access to most amenities.The view of the Matterhorn was breathtaking! But the experience would not be perfect without the excellent friendly and helpful staff-Norberto, Margerida!!We really enjoyed everything, thank yuo, Mamma! Strongly wish to visit you again with other family members.

Beautiful with view of the Matterhorn. The suite has a jacuzzi and a sauna, a very nice option to have after a day of mountaining. Jacuzzi was amazing, easily fits 4 Sauna warmed me to the core fits two adults. Separate Bedroom facing the mountain was amazing comfort Living room and deck was spacious and fashionable. The Bistro was delicious, just don’t order too much as the portions are large. All staff were very friendly and helpful

The roof window of the jacuzzi was out of operation. Pick up from station was included but return was not.

Everything! From its location beside the river and a short walk to the town centre/train station to the view of the Matterhorn. This contemporary Lodge style hotel has been well thought out in terms of style, lighting (loved the little automatic light beneath the bedside table that activates when you step out of the bed at night, softly lighting your way), the green palette of colour throughout is both relaxing and stylish. All the amenities you could want are provided, a room safe, coffee and tea facilities, fresh water supplies daily, excellent lighted wardrobe area enhanced with a faux fur robe for sitting out on the balcony 😁 The bistro food is absolutely amazing, compliments to the chef and his staff. The buffet breakfast is varied and delicious. The jewel in the crown of this hotel is undoubtedly the staff, Amanda is exceptional in her skills and the team are the most warm, welcoming and friendly I have experienced in a long time. We travel the world extensively and this small hotel is a cosy relaxed little getaway. We will definitely be back, next time I think we will reserve the room with a jacuzzi 😁.

Searching my brain for a negative? In summer it may be very warm and there is no air conditioning. A fan may be a welcome addition.

Super clean, modern and had all the amenities. We were fortunate to get an upgrade and had a stunning suite with a balcony view right onto the Matterhorn. We enjoyed cheese fondue on our balcony and all the staff were beyond helpful. We were leaving early in the morning and they organised a taxi for us free of charge. Super central and bus stop right outside. Would highly recommend this property.
