The breakfast was quite substantial and was well priced. The text offering the extra 20% off the price of breakfast was a great idea and motivates guests to take advantage of breakfast. The happy hour and drinks on sale at the bar was a nice addition and allowed an affordable option for guests to have a break and drink at the bar. Also a great idea. Staff were all very accommodating. I was allowed an extra hour for checkout and was able to enjoy a leisurely breakfast. The atmosphere was very professional and staff were well trained.

The coffee served at breakfast was via a coffee machine which was drinkable but not good. A filtered coffee served by staff to guests would be a nicer alternative. The beds only had a cotton overlay with no blanket? although blankets were quickly brought to the room upon request. To be fair though a blanket was not needed as the room was well heated. However, the heat in the room was set too high and I couldn't find any switch allowing me to turn it down.

Breakfast was good. Staff responded promptly to our requests. We had a nice ocean view apartment. Closer to everything so we didn't have to drive as much. We had connecting doors between our 2 bedrooms. This is great for a family with kids and gives parents the peace of mind knowing you don't have to get out of your room to check on the kids

There wasn't extractor switch in our bathrooms and we didn't bother to ask either. Thought it will be common with light switch combo. Bedsheets are not changed everyday unless you ask for it. We figured this out after the 3rd day

Very helpful and friendly staff - always willing to help. They issued an early check in - bonus! Great location. Great facilities. We had a lovely view. Rooms were very functional. Pool, gym and spa were great. We would stay again.

Bathroom was dated, but that didn’t bother us at all as it was clean. Limited car parks and you can’t pre book, we arrived earlier to secure a carpark, but you can only get one when it comes available, and again even being there in person, you can’t prebook on the day ready for when one comes available. But it worked in the end, just not ideal.

that you list a discounted price on the various websites the slap a $25 per night charge for parking which just brings your fees back to the price you offer on your website that includes parking. That puts me off the idea of returning. in fact we are back on the coast less than a month later and opted for a hotel that was priced the same as yours and even closer to Cavill Ave but offered secure parking at $5 a night

Great location, friendly attentive staff, nice clean facilities, reasonably priced. Right across from iFly indoor sky diving. Short walk to Cavill Avenue, only a block away from the beach. Always a pleasure to stay here and that’s why we keep coming back.

Fridge had a strong smell of garlic, but the room attendant quickly attended to it as soon as we mentioned it. The TV failed to turn on, but again this was attended to quickly and a new replacement provided as soon as we mentioned it.

The beds were very comfortable & the room was nice and quiet. Well equipped rooms with everything you need a for a few nights stay. The buffet breakfast was great value for money & my kids loved the pancake bar & hot chocolate from the machine! The pool was a hit - and the location is central to everything so you don't need your car at all - we walked everywhere. Great value for money and we'll def be back again.

This is out of the hotel's control, but their is an apparent smell of cigarette smoke that drifted into our room when we had the balcony door open. We chose not to sit out there or leave the door open & it solved the problem. I think that's purely a surfers paradise thing - there's a lot of smokers in the area so it's hard to avoid.

I have stayed here before - some parts of the resort are a little dated now. to be fair they are currently doing a few upgraders. not all aspects ( like the air con) were working. but they were very good letting us know this. it was in the middle of winter and we got a balcony room. the reduced pricing was to reflect that not all parts of the hotel were functioning. The breakfast was awesome for an extra $20. anything you could have dreamed of and the staff are just so super lovely.

The breakfast options were great, lots of variety. Definitely good value 👌 Location of hotel was fantastic, a couple of minites walk to beach and main shopping precinct.

The Hotel does state kimited carpark spaces but wasn't available at the time of our visit. Parking is very expensive in the area, the hotel should do some deal with the local parking companies. Does put me off driving to Surfers again.

Staff were friendly and helpful - Sara on the front desk was lovely. She was attentive, friendly and fun, and gave us good directions on where we might get late night coffee and cake. It was disappointing that there were few places open on a Saturday night that served Coffee and/or Dessert after 9.30pm, on the Gold Coast. Sara did assist with booking us in for Breakfast on the Sunday Morning, with the applied discount. We were very impressed with the overall selection and quality of the breakfast menu. the only criticism would be that the coffee was a tad bitter, from the breakfast bar coffee machine.

The location is excellent, the studio rooms are spacious enough, the beds are comfortable and the pool is wonderful,

Everything was adequate for the price but the hotel has seen better days and I noticed that the rooms are beginning to look run down. The sliding doors also do not have a fly screen which meant that I could not leave them open over night as the last time I stayed there a fruit bat flew on to the porch!
