that you list a discounted price on the various websites the slap a $25 per night charge for parking which just brings your fees back to the price you offer on your website that includes parking. That puts me off the idea of returning. in fact we are back on the coast less than a month later and opted for a hotel that was priced the same as yours and even closer to Cavill Ave but offered secure parking at $5 a night

Breakfast was good. Staff responded promptly to our requests. We had a nice ocean view apartment. Closer to everything so we didn't have to drive as much. We had connecting doors between our 2 bedrooms. This is great for a family with kids and gives parents the peace of mind knowing you don't have to get out of your room to check on the kids

There wasn't extractor switch in our bathrooms and we didn't bother to ask either. Thought it will be common with light switch combo. Bedsheets are not changed everyday unless you ask for it. We figured this out after the 3rd day

Very helpful and friendly staff - always willing to help. They issued an early check in - bonus! Great location. Great facilities. We had a lovely view. Rooms were very functional. Pool, gym and spa were great. We would stay again.

Bathroom was dated, but that didn’t bother us at all as it was clean. Limited car parks and you can’t pre book, we arrived earlier to secure a carpark, but you can only get one when it comes available, and again even being there in person, you can’t prebook on the day ready for when one comes available. But it worked in the end, just not ideal.

The beds were very comfortable & the room was nice and quiet. Well equipped rooms with everything you need a for a few nights stay. The buffet breakfast was great value for money & my kids loved the pancake bar & hot chocolate from the machine! The pool was a hit - and the location is central to everything so you don't need your car at all - we walked everywhere. Great value for money and we'll def be back again.

This is out of the hotel's control, but their is an apparent smell of cigarette smoke that drifted into our room when we had the balcony door open. We chose not to sit out there or leave the door open & it solved the problem. I think that's purely a surfers paradise thing - there's a lot of smokers in the area so it's hard to avoid.

The breakfast options were great, lots of variety. Definitely good value 👌 Location of hotel was fantastic, a couple of minites walk to beach and main shopping precinct.

The Hotel does state kimited carpark spaces but wasn't available at the time of our visit. Parking is very expensive in the area, the hotel should do some deal with the local parking companies. Does put me off driving to Surfers again.

Staff were friendly and helpful - Sara on the front desk was lovely. She was attentive, friendly and fun, and gave us good directions on where we might get late night coffee and cake. It was disappointing that there were few places open on a Saturday night that served Coffee and/or Dessert after 9.30pm, on the Gold Coast. Sara did assist with booking us in for Breakfast on the Sunday Morning, with the applied discount. We were very impressed with the overall selection and quality of the breakfast menu. the only criticism would be that the coffee was a tad bitter, from the breakfast bar coffee machine.

Hot spa pool. Large pool with deep areas suitable for swimming not that shallow bathwater kinda stuff that hotels in Vegas have. The city view from the hotel was amazing too we were on the 16th floor though. The buffet breakfast (paid) was really good.

When we arrived the room had a weird smell like air from the sewage pipes somehow got into it. But it was gone after a few minutes and never returned. The parking lot was full on the first night when we arrived so we had to find alternative options.

Absolutely loved our stay at the Mantra Legends, the room was so comfortable, the view spectacular, was so lovely to be able to adjust the air conditioning or turn it off and open the balcony door. The staff were so welcoming and accommodating and generous including a bottle of bubbly for our 20th wedding anniversary. We got a parking space which we had to pay for (we were pre warned about this, but cheaper than surrounding parking), and got a discount due to the amount of time we were there for which made accessing the building so easily out of the rain and carrying things , thank you. All was so clean, the buffet breakfast was amasing, so nice to have a fridge for our own bought snacks, a safe, hanging space and draws for the clothes, including a great space to put my overly large suitcase on the surface for easy access so I didn't need to unpack everything ;) Thank you :)

The only thing was we couldnt fathom how to work the tv, however, we didnt bother to get help from staff as we were out enjoying the gold coast mostly having wonderful experiences, and best to leave the goggle box off on holiday lol!

I love the pool and the hot pool spa…It was terrific experience. I love the activities that were given for the kids during easter holidays. We hope that there will always be different kids activities for every school holidays. i love those cookies activities, baloon activities and with a bit snacks prepare for the kids.. This is the hotel to go to if you have kids because they have spaces and places for kids to play with if you are feeling tired or lazy to go out. they have room for movies and playing time for kids in the 1st floor. I love how it is walking distance to everything. Beach is just walking distance and the Cavill Avenue are just a few minutes walk. Good hotel if you have kids or travelling as a family.

Small veranda outside. how i wish it was designed to be a bit bigger. Too small and pointless to sit though there is a table and chair out there. Maybe it is better to remove the table and chairs since people will just use it to look over than using it for a cup of tea…

The location is excellent, the studio rooms are spacious enough, the beds are comfortable and the pool is wonderful,

Everything was adequate for the price but the hotel has seen better days and I noticed that the rooms are beginning to look run down. The sliding doors also do not have a fly screen which meant that I could not leave them open over night as the last time I stayed there a fruit bat flew on to the porch!
