The breakfast was excellent. The hotel was close to the ferry terminal. It was clean, safe, and comfortable, and the furniture was new. However, renovations were still ongoing, and the entrance to the hotel was a bit tucked away.

Even though I had already paid the city tax through Booking, they charged me for it again in cash. I don’t think it was intentional on their part, but I will contact Booking regarding this issue. Also, the hotel listing mentioned a minibar, but everything inside was for an extra charge, and they didn’t even provide complimentary drinking water.

The hotel was in a wonderful location away from all the hustle and bustle of central venice on tronchetto, which was lovely as it allowed us to explore more of venice. It was well connected however with the Vaporetto (water buses) operating regularly 5 minutes walk away. The hotel had such friendly helpful staff namely Dimitri and Giulia! They made checking in and out very simple and helpful. I forgot my door code at o e point and the matter was quickly and effortlessly resolved (Thanks Dimitri!) The hotel room was spotless and well equipped considering the price we paid. I was overjoyed by the comfort of the room and overlooking the sea was so beautiful in the morning with the sunrise! The bed was so comfortable after a non stop day from 2am till 11pm we slept like logs with such clean sheets and excellent bedding. The tv was awesome; it was naturally set to italian but I changed all the settings to English pretty easily using Google translate so no worries there! Omg the breakfast. I honestly was not expecting the variety of foods on offer. It was so delicious and amazing. There was scrambled eggs and pastries and a coffee machine gave you anything you wanted with juice and water and yoghurt! It was all so amazing and well topped up and observed and maintained by staff! I would definitely stay in this hotel again and recommend everyone on a budget to avoid the hefty central prices of venice and enjoy the calming relaxing experience here. Honestly you're like 20 minutes by Vaporetto from like Rialto and piazza le Roma I think? Just stay here, I promise you won't be disappointed! Ciao 👍

My only wish for the bathroom would be that the body and hair wash was topped up a bit more but since I brought my own. I didn't bother asking. Although my brother in law staying in another didn't have any and called and asked and he recieved it within 5 minutes.

The hotel staff were very kind and patiently helped us with our questions about sightseeing in Venice. 🥰The hotel was very clean and beautiful. The breakfast was varied and delicious. We informed them that we had to leave the hotel before breakfast the next morning and they gave us breakfast boxes to take. The hotel was close to the bus stop with a beautiful view.

There were only two bad things. One was that there was no air conditioning in the room and the window was locked. And we stopped in the reception for more than an hour at the beginning of arrival and before the room was delivered to pay for the city tax. The process was very time consuming and complex. Probably if we wanted to do it ourselves it would definitely take more time. It was very annoying to us because we had just arrived and we were tired.

Clean, modern, friendly staff! Easy to get into Venice, the ferry stop is a 2 minute walk from the hotel! Easy to find. Do not trust bad reviews, we read a few and it worried us but we didn't have anything to worry about!!

The location of the hotel is excellent – just a short walk to the train station and within minutes you are in the center of Venice. The rooms are bright and spacious enough, which made the stay comfortable. The only downside was a small incident at checkout. The receptionist (Dimitri) tried to charge me again for the city tax and dog fee that I had already paid at check-in. Fortunately, the manager helped to resolved the situation. The hotel currently has some building work going on, and the builders started quite early in the morning, which made it a little noisy. The hotel car park was closed due to the construction, but the staff arranged for us to park in a nearby public car park.

Everything it’s super new and well kept, the room was organised perfectly and it had enough space. People working there were all super nice and available to answer questions/assist. The breakfast buffet was nice with a good amount of alternatives both sweet and salty. The location is not in the center, but very easy to reach with public transportation (Boat n2 exit “Tronchetto” and then 5 minutes walk) and outside of the whole chaos.

It would be nice to either leave some bottled water in the room or inform the guests regarding if tap water is drinkable or not. There is the option to buy water at the reception, but it would be nice to have something in the room also.

Overall it was perfect. Great location just several minutes walk from the water bus and from (Flix)bus station. The hotel was opened some weeks ago, so everything is nice and shiny. The staff was really nice and professional. I had a really nice view from the 4th floor looking at the water and Mestre (there was some construction ongoing on the left, right and bottom view, but if i looked straight to it was great). Breakfast was tasty and a good selection of products. Bar in the evening was able to prepare pretty good Aperolspritz. The price was ok considering the location and the facilities.

Maybe the hotel entrance, You need to go to the back of the building to enter it, it was a bit strange. You can't run too much water in the bathroom, the water was dangerously closing the bathroom door frame when i was showering for the first time,, but i noticed :D The tiles slope in the shower was not enough i guess. But other than that everything was ok.

Me and my friends had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to help organize my birthday celebration, and I’m so grateful for their kindness. A big thank you to the restaurant manager and team for preparing and packing the food, it made the day extra special. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. I truly appreciate the outstanding service and hospitality. Highly recommend this hotel!

Great place to be as it is quiet and calm. The breakfast is amazing and beds are comfy. Amazing to have a parking space in city with no parking!

As it is still being built we encountered a electrical problem and telephone in the room would ring for no reason as the electricity would go on and off in the midlle of the night as well as emergency-security light. There are a lot of trash everywhere because of the building process. Still very good stay.

Absolutely an excellent place to stay. The hotel is totally new, but I don’t regret to stay here. The breakfast is awesome, has multiple choices, the rooms are great, the location is perfect, it’s only ten minutes drive to the center of Venice, and you can also take the ferry 4 minutes away. Some of the social amenities of the hotel are under construction, but it’s the best place to stay
