We were upgraded to a slightly bigger room that met all our needs. Our king-sized bed was one of the most comfortable ones during our stay in Portugal. Our room was cleaned after the first night, and we received fresh towels. The staff was friendly and professional and always very helpful. We arrived very late for check-in, and one of the front desk staff members recommended a restaurant around the corner from the hotel that was still open and where we ended up having a very satisfying meal. Also, I asked to have a small ice pack kept in the freezer, and the staff accommodated this request. Since we had to check out very early to catch our return flight, we couldn't go out for breakfast, but the kitchen staff was extremely kind and prepared a light meal for each of us, including sandwiches, apples, and fruit juice. Based on our experience, I couldn't say enough good things about the service at this hotel.

The handle bars were installed in the bathtub instead of on the shower wall, and the bathtub was high, so it was a bit challenging to get out, and I had to be extra careful not to slip. The glass shower panel was too short, so there was water splashing on the floor, and it took some work to adjust the shower head in such a way as to avoid more water from getting out. It would also have been nice to have a bit more room around the bidet. The facilities are somewhat dated and could be made more accessible.

It really was a wonderful find! I liked the ample space in the rooms, the clean spacious rooms and the comfortable beds! The breakfast was ok but the food was often cold in the hot section. Cheap 4euro for one adult and kids ate for free! The staff are really attentive and I appreciated this! Coffee is great! Hats off to cleaning staff members. Lovely bathtub and soap and shampoo provided. Daily fresh towels and just was a lovely experience!

The were smoking rooms on our floor so you could smell the cigarettes through the air vents. We were on the 13th floor so was a bit worried opening the windows to let fresh air in with little kids in the room. Cleaners did spray the room with air freshener which was appreciated.

Room - Decently sized room for 3 people. Bed - Typical 4 star hotel bed, not very very comfortable but manageable Breakfast - Typical hotel breakfast, nothing fancy. Restaurant staff was very polite and helping. Service - they gave us room at 10am which i did not expect and they were all smiling. Staff was extremely polite, be at reception or restaurant. Location - Ample bus stops and Metro station nearby. Airport nearby. City center 20 mins far. So Location is fine.

The heating was not very effective in the room, maybe it was at the last in the row. Hotel offered to change the room but we then decided to stay in same room. Paid Parking - Having paid 165 Euro per night in this season, I expected parking to be included.

Room was nice considering we had four people in it. Beds could be a little more comfortable but not bad. Staff were very friendly and quite helpful. Elevators are slow. Breakfast was very good though if you get there a bit later some items run out. Most days we were at breakfast early.

The surrounding area looks a bit run down but I did not feel unsafe. It's not the hotel's fault. The hotel was clean. At no time in Portugal did I feel unsafe.

- Cleanliness was amazing! Everything was top notch, props to the cleaning staff to the standard they hold themselves. The rooms were really clean for the nights I stayed there. The shower was amazing! - The lounge is really pretty, and the services and restaurant are great - The beds are all very comfortable, the sofa bed is so-so, but not a big issue - The staff in all departments are great - The centre is ~10 mins away using Bolt - Several supermarkets and some restaurants within walking distance to the hotel

- The gym was not accessible due to renovations - The rooms feel a tad bit dated, but nothing that is a dealbreaker

The hotel is not too big and the staff are friendly and efficient. The room is large enough with city views. It is in the perfect location for Campo Pequeno. Breakfast is good with plenty of selection. Well stocked lobby bar open till 1am!

Large double bed was close to the wall on one side. The hanging rail in the wardrobe is very high!!

It was close to transportation and in a clean environment. The breakfast selection was diverse and reasonably priced. The staff were also helpful and courteous.

I wish the gym facility was bigger and the hours of operation for the facilities was less restrictive. I would like to go to gym anytime. However, I appreciated that the gym was clean, the equipment was a very good condition, and a healthy snack and water were made available for those who attended the gym.

It's located in the north of the city center, so if you use public transportation you can reach city center. It's not walkable to the city center. The room was completely clean we found it nice stay! With a bathtub, we had nice relaxing time. Staffs are very friendly and we liked it.

It's a bit far from the closest bus stop especially in the middle of August, but doable.

hotel which is now new but keeps its personality with nice decorations and impressive living plants and feels like you are in Lisbon. the neighborhood is residential, modern but lively with lots of shopping options. you need public transport to reach river area and key attractions. tiny but well equipped gym for free

The hotel stay was a great experience! Locations was amazing and close to many attractions. The reception team was brilliant. The rooms( we used 2) were very clean and much big than I expected. Bed and pillows were very comfy . The room service was outstanding and the food very taste. Breakfast was very good with hot and cold food. Good selection of cereal and pastries. Staff from kitchen very attentive and ready to help. I will certainly be stay again.
