Excellent location, quite, very clean, plenty of parking space and a very good value. Breakfast was great too. After check in, a staff member called the room to inquire if we are satisfied and do we need anything. That is great customer service.

Check in took too long due to a problem guest ahead of us. We waited 15 minutes to check in, with just one guest ahead of us. No paper receipt provided at checkout even though we asked for one. Clerk said it was not required because we booked third party. Regardless, we think if requested, it should be provided. Overall, we are satisfied.

The hotel was extremely clean. We stayed a few days and had housecleaning come to the room every day which is not common post-Covid. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was good. The location was good, very close to UNCW and even walking distance to some restaurants

The parking lot, which was very sore, got close to filled up in weekend nights when the bar and grill next door was crowded. Not sure if it ever fills up or not. The elevators were slow. We usually took the stairs, but we were on the fifth floor

Service by all the employees working the front desk, breakfast, and room staff. Breakfast was above average for a standard hotel like comfort inn. My room was quiet. Parking was easy.

Just to say something, my desk office chair wasn't very good. I wish it didn't recline back so much. I think it was possibly too old and probably needs replacing. Not a fan of the brand or type of coffee in the morning machine. It's ok, but could be better, I feel.

The bedding was comfy and clean, as was the rest of the room. We were on the 6th floor, and although the hotel was pretty full, it was quiet. There was a fair selection of breakfast items to choose from, and the staff was friendly.

I didn't feel particularly safe in the parking lot at night. We could not park very close, and there were lots of dumpsters, etc. around.

The staff is wonderful. The housekeeping is excellent -rooms are very clean. Beds are comfortable and sheets are really soft.

The only thing I didn’t like, and this is not the hotels fault, there are a lot of construction/laborers that stay there that hang out in the parking lot sometimes. They were all male and as a female solo traveler, it made me a little uncomfortable.

Clean, comfy, affordable and conveniently located

Our room was near some other people that were very loud in the hallway at inappropriate times. A woman was very loud at 6 am talking with a super loud voice for an extended period of time so she woke us up when we were trying to rest (more than once). They had a little girl that they let run back and forth in the hallway near our room and that was early in the morning too. This same group of people were coming and going at the elevator (near our room) and they were ridiculously loud. The hotel was not that busy so I do not know why they put is in rooms next to other people when they could’ve spaced us out more.

The property is conveniently located. It’s clean. The room has everything that you need (tv, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, hair dryer). The large bathroom has a vent that works perfectly and a good shower. You feel safe here. There are security cameras in the hall. The walls are thick enough to prevent a lot of noise. So, you can actually sleep well here without hearing too much noise from the hallway. The cleaning people do not come around and do annoying things like knock loud on the doors super early. There’s actually an okay breakfast downstairs and it’s free. There’s some vending machines and snacks at the hotel in case you forget something. The people at the front desk are very friendly and hospitable. Out of all of the hotels in Wilmington (from nicer to cheaper) this one checks off all of the boxes for what you really need and the location is good.

The staff were so helpful. We had an unexpected issue come up and the wonderful lady working behind the desk helped us remedy the situation quickly. It really saved our stay in Wilmington. The hotel also allowed their staff (as much as they could) to have Thanksgiving day off to spend with their families. It’s a great quality to see in a business. This will definitely be our “go to” place when we visit Wilmington.

I am a traveling when I stayed by myself. I felt very safe, felt very comfortable.And the staff was very helpful

I don't like that. There are no freezers in the. Refrigerator I am on a very restricted diet and I have to carry food with me every Where I go. I carry ice packs to put in my backpack cooler as I go to work. So I need a way of freezing My ice packs and was unable to do that.
