I liked the convenience to all the locations that we visited in the area. The wonderful lady who worked the night shift gave us an amazing uplifting spiritual message with a thank you card! I have never experienced such a personable response from hotel staff before it really touched my heart. Jesus is all around us, we are going through a little something in our family right now so it really touched my spirit! Keep up the great work! I

I didn’t like the shower, it was clogged and didn’t drain. Also, parking was a little strange, I couldn’t tell if people we were parking crooked on purpose or the lines that were drawn in the road

Included breakfast was helpful as it's not easy to find an open place to eat early in the morning. Coffee maker in the room along with a fridge and microwave are appreciated features

They clean the room and change sheets and towels only by request. As I didn't know it beforehand, we ended up spending the 2nd night in unmade beds. One elevator (out of 2) was closed for maintenance one day and another had graffiti on the walls. The parking lot was full by nighttime and it wasn't easy to find a spot.

Excellent location, quite, very clean, plenty of parking space and a very good value. Breakfast was great too. After check in, a staff member called the room to inquire if we are satisfied and do we need anything. That is great customer service.

Check in took too long due to a problem guest ahead of us. We waited 15 minutes to check in, with just one guest ahead of us. No paper receipt provided at checkout even though we asked for one. Clerk said it was not required because we booked third party. Regardless, we think if requested, it should be provided. Overall, we are satisfied.

Everything was good: breakfast, check-in/out, very friendly staff, cleanliness, convenient location to all the beaches.

We had two rooms and they were very humid and moisture was in the rooms, the furniture and bedding closest to the air conditioner, things were damp,. We stayed two nights but we didn't spend a lot of time in the room leaving early morning and back in the evening. The closet floor needed to be clean but we did not use the closet. Also the carpet had several deep spots that are in need of some cleaning.attention.

The hotel was extremely clean. We stayed a few days and had housecleaning come to the room every day which is not common post-Covid. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was good. The location was good, very close to UNCW and even walking distance to some restaurants

The parking lot, which was very sore, got close to filled up in weekend nights when the bar and grill next door was crowded. Not sure if it ever fills up or not. The elevators were slow. We usually took the stairs, but we were on the fifth floor

Service by all the employees working the front desk, breakfast, and room staff. Breakfast was above average for a standard hotel like comfort inn. My room was quiet. Parking was easy.

Just to say something, my desk office chair wasn't very good. I wish it didn't recline back so much. I think it was possibly too old and probably needs replacing. Not a fan of the brand or type of coffee in the morning machine. It's ok, but could be better, I feel.

Top notch service. Every employee was personable, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The property was super close to the UNCW campus. Easy to find, easy to get in and out, easy parking. There was a nice, simple breakfast included. The price was just right. They had coffee available all day and lemon infused water - nice touch.

The ice machine on our floor wasn't working so I had to go to another floor. The pool wasn't open yet (was too chilly anyhow).

The bedding was comfy and clean, as was the rest of the room. We were on the 6th floor, and although the hotel was pretty full, it was quiet. There was a fair selection of breakfast items to choose from, and the staff was friendly.

I didn't feel particularly safe in the parking lot at night. We could not park very close, and there were lots of dumpsters, etc. around.

The staff is wonderful. The housekeeping is excellent -rooms are very clean. Beds are comfortable and sheets are really soft.

The only thing I didn’t like, and this is not the hotels fault, there are a lot of construction/laborers that stay there that hang out in the parking lot sometimes. They were all male and as a female solo traveler, it made me a little uncomfortable.
