The hotel was only a 5 minute walk from Euston Station and there were bus stops near the hotel The bed was super comfy. Walk-in shower. Nice and cool air conditioned room. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a lot of choices...including gluten free. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Robert, who made us feel at home during breakfast time and he took the time to let us know that if we wanted something to eat that wasn't laid out, to let a member of staff know (like waffles, omelette etc) and it could be made for us. Easy check-in and check-out.

The rooms are big and comfortable. The hotel staff is excellent, from reception to cleaners. I want to extend special thanks to the kitchen/restaurant staff (hostesses, waiters, and chefs) at breakfast - they are all so hardworking, professional, and polite. Overall, this is a good option to stay in while in London.

The communication with the hotel is poor. They charged me twice, and I can't get any information via email or through Booking. I called the desk number from abroad, but after the operator, it was not possible to get a line manager. My card was charged upon arrival, and then again after I left the hotel. Instead of issuing a refund for the shorter stay, they charged me a new amount without my authorization. That resulted in an overdraft on my account, and I am still waiting for the refund of the first payment. At least, that's what I believe should be done. I am not saying that this is a hotel's usual way of doing business, but it happened, and as a guest, I feel lost and without sufficient information from the hotel. I hope this will be solved soon.

Our room was exceptionally clean with a very comfortable bed and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. It was very hot weather and the air conditioning was effective at keeping the room cool. Breakfast was ok but not exceptional. We had a couple of meals in the bar, which were ok but from a fairly limited menu. The best thing for us was the location, only 5 minutes walk from Euston Station. The staff were very helpful and there was no problem in storing our luggage until the afternoon when we were getting our train.

The hotel is undergoing some renovation work to the outside, so there was scaffolding and netting, which obscured our view from the window. However this did not really affect our enjoyment.

Everything from reception to checking out.This is one very well run hotel The staff are highly trained and nothing was ever to much trouble and more importantly as a customer we were dealt with great courtesy and professionalism. I would like to mention three exceptional staff members who were extremely helpful and as a disabled person I was so happy I was not looked down upon and treated with respect. The names of staff involved was roshan,swaraj and tanzila.The welcome was warm and genuine. Our room faultless it was superb.The breakfast team on the day another credit to the hotel great service and food quality and taste exquisite. Overall an outstanding ten out of ten .many thanks Adam and ruby.

There was absolutely nothing to dislike

The staff are so nice. Our room was hot when we checked in about 8 pm on a roastingly hot day, and we thought the air conditioning must be broken. We told Roshan at the desk when we came down for something to eat, and he went up immediately to take a look. When we'd eaten he confirmed it was too hot and he'd switched us to another room without further ado. He gave us the new room key and the new room was beautifully cool and ideal. Please promote Roshan. A courteous, intelligent and efficient employee.

Nothing. We were tired when we arrived and the bar food was excellent.

We arrived early on the Sunday as we were attending a football match at Wembley stadium at 3pm , we arrived at 1230 and our room was ready

We returned to the hotel at 1040 and went to the bar for a night cap drink and were told that the bar was closed ,( the bar apparently closes at 11pm ) . There were a number of residents in the bar who were unaware that the bar had closed However after protest the bar was opened for the x6 people in our party to purchase a night cap drink and for the other residents approximately 10 people We had stayed at the same hotel 12 months earlier am I’m sure the bar was open to 12 midnight

The room was super comfortable, both the beds and the silence. In a usually very noisy city, this was the best way for us to relax after exhausting days wondering around the streets of London. In a great location, walking distance from some of the major places, it has great transport in just a quick walk (tube, train, and bus). Close to two great gardens to chill.

Everyone was very nice, except the lady who was in the front desk in time for the checkout. Not nice, borderline rude.

Location was perfect from London Euston train station. Hotel and room were very posh and comfortable as I expected from a Hilton hotel. Staff were extremely friendly and professional and made us feel welcome. Shall definitely be staying again.

Drinks were extremely overpriced at the bar. Also, we didn’t end up having breakfast at all in the end due to the extortionate room service charge. I didn’t expect the prices to be cheap though being the Hilton, however still a lot more than I expected. This shall not stop me from staying at the Hilton again though.

The property is lovely and very convenient spot for us. The room was clean and comfy and perfect for us. I would stay again because of these reasons.

I think the staff need to be a friendlier. Iv stayed at the hotel twice now and when at the desk it’s all very rushed and quick to check in I know the hotel is busy but some smiles and some nice conversations would be nice other than me being asked for my payment and to fill in the forms nothing else was said to me. The concierge was quite cheery but other than that everyone just seems so down and not interested. I just think it’s nice for people to show some interest a little makes your stay feel a little nicer.

The hotel is located not far from the center, very close to the metro, but we like to walk and till Big Ben it was 30 minutes. Hotel very clean is located in the historic building. The rooms are big. A very wide choice for breakfast. Everything is very tasty. Close to the British Museum (10-15 min and British Museum is for free). There are several restaurants nearby where you can eat cheap but the food will be healthy. The gym is open 24 hours, it's small but I like it!

For the rooms on the ground floor, some windows overlook the inner hotel restaurant and it is very strange feeling. There are only UK sockets everywhere, you can't charge your phone or computer, but you can ask for an EU adapter on the reception, it is for free.
