My second stay here. Very helpful and understanding staff at the desk. Great location very close to Mall of the Emirates (shopping, dining, Metro entrance). Competitive pricing for good quality. Great included breakfast: predictable quality, lots of room (no waiting or querying). I like the design of the entire hotel (lobby, etc.) and rooms. Lots of included amenities.

One thing that can and should be improved is WiFi. So slow and unpredictable it makes it a bad choice for long-term stays or work. Not enough for streaming video and sometimes not enough for video calls. Mall of the Emirates nearby has much faster WiFi for _free_, and this is exactly what I had to use in order to do software updates and big downloads. Depending on the room, you might have a problem with the shower: in some rooms, the slope of the shower floor is not enough, and that can cause water when you're taking your shower to overflow and spill from the shower towards the bath room.

Front Desk Staff: The front desk team is a standout feature of the hotel. They are professional, friendly, and efficient, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. Always ready to assist, they go above and beyond to accommodate special requests and provide local insights to enhance your stay. Housekeeping Staff: The housekeeping team deserves high praise for their meticulous attention to detail. The rooms are impeccably cleaned and well-maintained, with thoughtful touches that reflect a genuine commitment to guest comfort. Any requests for extra amenities are handled promptly, adding to the overall positive experience. Millennium Al Barsha combines luxury, convenience, and outstanding service, making it an excellent choice for both business and leisure travellers. They have good arrangements with BluSmart Taxi services (which was quite reasonable in comparison to Uber/RTA taxies) to ensure guests will get a taxi as soon as they step out hotel without waiting for it. Highly recommended!

During my stay at the front desk, Mr. Layal Asia Mina was very helpful in accommodating my needs. Also Mr. Mahesh, my room attendant, was extremely kind and always willing to help. I also had the pleasure of meeting him from India, who was a friendly and attentive staff member. He did an excellent job during my stay, making it even more enjoyable. The location is ideal, with the Emirates Mall just a 5-minute walk away. Additionally, there is a small supermarket at the front door and several nearby restaurants. You'll be pleased to know that everything you need is within proximity, including Starbucks, barberries, and other dining options.

Clean and easy to reach. It’s the staff that makes the stay special. Hats off to Shabaz, Ajith and Pawan for a service that is simply unmatched. I will only come back because of these people. Simply amazing..
