Staff were amazing right from the start. Every staff member we came into contact with greeted us so nicely and were always quick to help, or answer any of our questions. Sally made our trip especially fantastic. She was so warm and thoughtful, went our of her way to make sure we were comfortable and anticipated our every need. She was working so hard whilst still managing to maintain such a warm and friendly atmosphere. Service was impeccable. She absolutely made our stay.

We had an exceptional stay. It was my partners birthday when we stayed at the hotel and the little touches, along with a beautiful room really warmed our hearts. The property was exceptionally clean and all staff including night security made our stay even more enjoyable, such wonderful people. The location is perfect for visiting Birmingham Centre, and only 5 minutes walk to Grand Station, so made travelling to NEC for an event so easy !! If you are considering where to stay in Birmingham whether for business or pleasure I can highly recommend Adagio Birmingham City Centre. We're looking forward to seeing you all again :)

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Check-in went smoothly, and the lady at the reception was extremely helpful and positive, which made a great first impression. The breakfast was a highlight—delicious with plenty of options to choose from. I really appreciated the variety of both warm and cold dishes, fresh fruit, orange juice, and even guacamole. Everything was fresh and well-prepared. A special mention goes to the lady at breakfast—she was very friendly and welcoming, which made the morning experience even nicer. The staff throughout the hotel were kind and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and would definitely recommend this place to others.

Firstly i would like to acknowledge the staff before anything else, absolutely brilliant, polite, pleasant, happy, helpful and a joy to talk to. We had arrived 2 hours early at 1pm and they said a room we had requested wasn't ready yet but we could have a room on the 3rd floor there and then instead of waiting or wait until 3pm and have a studio on the 6th or 7th floor as we wanted a studio high up and at the end of a corridor. We were in no rush so we went out for a walk and waited and on return we got a room exactly what we asked for. Our studio was most probably one of the best accommodations we've ever stayed in in the world and we've visited allot of countries and stayed in allot of different accommodations. Clean, spacious, quiet, comfortable and every thing you would ever need for a short or long stay. We didn't want to leave but have just booked again for 4 weeks time.

Nothing was wrong with our stay at all but a free using hairdryer instead of a wall mounted hairdryer in the bathroom would have been preferred as using it in the bathroom made the room very warm when your getting ready to go out.

Clean, well appointed, fantastic shower and it felt like we had an entire apartment to ourself although technically it was a hotel room. Our kitchenette was well resourced and we had two flat screen TVs - one in the sitting room and one int the bedroom. Loads of storage space - both in the hallway and bedroom - and extra pillows, duvet and towels. Excellent price per night, friendly staff, brilliant location and the car park was good value too. I always stay here when I’m in Birmingham.

The walk from the car park to the hotel is a bit inconvenient when you’ve got a wheeled suitcase over the cobbled pavements. Additionally there’s a lot of roadworks going on so the walk was a little unsafe with no pavement for part of the way. None of this is the hotel’s fault.

Such a refreshing change to stay in a place that has actually thought about their guest's needs. I have stayed in lots of different places, hotels,appartment,lodges villas everything from 6*superhotels to budget stays and I can honestly say this was the best place I have ever stayed. It's so nice to have a tv that isn't just hotel tv and that has a decent amount of channels and also allows you to chromecast so no need to log on to your netflix account and risk leaving yourself logged in for the next guest in that room to watch that final episode of your favourite tv series and chuck your algorithm out the window. It's brilliant to have plenty of plug sockets exactly where plug sockets should be, tobe able to charge your devices next to your bed and not have to leave your phone over the other side of the room like you've put siri on a time out on the naughty step. I know these are first world problems but they are problems all the same. so I applaud the Adagio appartment for all of this. And to top it all off the staff were fantastic even though they suffered an IT issue meaning there was a problem with all the room keys the 2 guys on the front desk could not of done more to keep things running as smoothly as possible to the point where 1 team member was going up and down all night letting people into their rooms a true champion to the guests that night. Well done it's a gold star from me and we will definitely be back

The location is just a few steps away from the city centre with the high street and Bullring shopping centre, along with a variety of nice cafes and restaurants. The rooms themselves are also really cosy with new facilities which make the stay comfortable. But the real strong point here is the staff - they are friendly, welcoming, and were responsive to us when we needed help with something. Would definitely stay again.

On the first day there was a system failure which was a bit inconvenient but - as mentioned - the staff were really patient and helpful when we needed something. Also, there is no free room cleaning unless you stay for 5 continuous days (or something like that) as its an aparthotel and not a hotel. I'm not sure if this is standard for aparthotels (as it's my first time in one) but it was a bit annoying realising that I had to pay extra to have the room cleaned.

Very close to the Bull Ring. Airport bus dropped us outside the door. The kitchenette is a great idea - even better with the dishwasher & coffee machine. The carafe for water was a nice touch. You can turn the bed into a sofa if you are spending some of the day there. It’s comfy either way. We were surprised how quiet it was in the room & the air conditioning was so quiet we were able to sleep with it on. The inclusive breakfast was really great, lots of choice, all fresh & the staff were cheerful and happy to help.

A dimmer switch on the lights over the bed would have been good and we couldn’t get to grips with the tv - minor really when all is said & done.

Location Brilliant- Right next to all the shopping & entertainment. 10 min walk from Birm' New Street train Platform to to the front door. The receptionists were great, very helpful. Gave us a great twin room. Stayed with my teenager to do some Birmingham shopping. We wanted the ability to cook or heat food. The kitchen was way above my expectations. Everything was there that we needed. Very clean and tidy, the fridge immaculate, dishwasher. Bathroom size was great. Good lighting & magnifying mirror to do make up. Shower powerful and hot. Towels large . Bedding and bed very comfortable, I would say mattress on the firm to medium. Extra pillows in the storage cupboard. Security safe, ironing board with plenty of hanging space. Definitely recommend, very quiet , the advertised sound proofing definitely works and our suite had good reviews across the city. There were a few items you can buy from this reception.

Improve the publicity about shop to purchase basic food products. I think you should have UHT milk, Longlife eggs for making omlets or scrambled , hashbrowns, bread, few different microwave meals. It would've been helpful to have known, especially if we had arrived very late.

Accomodation close to Digbeth for a gig.Also close to the Train and Coach station.Felt safe and liked that reception was manned day and night.The rooms were very well equipped with a comfy bed and lovely clean bedding.Bathroom was exceptional.Kitchen area was great with a lovely large fridge.

We had issues with the heating.Couldnt get it to correct temp and a member of staff came to help but told us it takes time to heat up.I was so cold I had to go to bed to keep warm.Speaking to staff the next day they said we should have been offered a heater.I would certainly go again knowing this.Thats the only niggle we had.Lovely place to stay.
