Staff were amazing right from the start. Every staff member we came into contact with greeted us so nicely and were always quick to help, or answer any of our questions. Sally made our trip especially fantastic. She was so warm and thoughtful, went our of her way to make sure we were comfortable and anticipated our every need. She was working so hard whilst still managing to maintain such a warm and friendly atmosphere. Service was impeccable. She absolutely made our stay.

We stayed here for 4 nights recently and honestly we were so happy with everything. We arrived very early as our flight got in early and went to leave our bags in the Adagio but the lovely Linda on reception told us she had requested a room for us from noon as she knew we'd been travelling since the early hours of the morning. We honestly didn't expect that and we were delighted that Linda had arranged it for us, she really didn't have to. We had also requested a room on a high floor which Linda had sorted for us too. She then texted me while we were out and about exploring to let me know when exactly the room was ready which was very kind of her. The accommodation itself was perfect, we had a Superior Apartment which was really big and bright. Kitchen was a bonus for us to use and extremely well equipped with everything. So handy to have when travelling as a family. The bed was so comfy and the sofa bed that our daughter slept on was really comfy too. It was all immaculately clean and there's even a garbage room on each floor so people can get rid of waste etc. Location too can't be faulted, a 3 minute walk to the Bullring and near so many nice restaurants and bars. We requested a late check out for 12 noon instead of 11am and when we went to pay the 10 pounds for it they lovely gentleman said he'd waive the fee for us, which again he didn't have to do but it's the small touches by the staff like this that make the Adagio special. We've been to Birmingham many times, stayed in a lot of different hotels but the Adagio is definitely the place we will be staying in from now on. It even has a Fitness Room, which we didn't use but looked great. All in all I don't think you could find a better place as a base when you are in Birmingham - amazing staff, amazing rooms and facilities and amazing location! Can't wait to go back!

Teasty hot and cold breakfast Sound isolation is outstanding Special thanks to reception staff Peter ( who helped me do late check out and took the extra mile to offer me a coffee after I checked out) and Louise who allowed me to I checked in earlier and callled me to inform me about the same from her personal mobile and was happy to accept calls to her mobile in case I needed! Location was great, loved you could separate kitchen area and sleeping area, lovely towels that actually fitted around me. Although we didn't use the kitchen except for making tea, it was great and even had a dish washer. Loved there was a space saving table under the desk which we didn't use but great idea. Very clean and breakfast was great with a choice of hot and cold items, plenty of fruit and different types of pastries.

Door was locked when we arrived so had to wait to be let in after finding a button to press, the shower although powerful the height could not be adjusted and as I am short would have liked to move it down a bit.

Arrival to allow entry to room was fast / lifts efficient / decor really welcoming / excellent to seethose small things available and water / coffee facilities easily accessible. the room itself flowed well froom kitchenette - excellent and clean and well presented to allow easy eat in / drinks and full size fridge. Got to check out the overnight police working in the beautiful old building next door Bonus that there was effective air conditioning in the heat wave conditions!

The television was bit of a challenge to get to work with remote and could not fid any sport channels! Probably only downside.

The location of this hotel is right in the center of time, 10 mins walk from the train station and 5 minutes from the coach station. The staff are reallllllly helpful, especially Linda, who helped tremendously during our stay. We were in Birmingham for a friendship reunion with children also and Linda gave us pointers, helped us settle in, and allowed us to use the lounge for our family game time. The hotel is very clean, it has everything to make your stay very comfortable even if you come with children. Overall, a 10/10 stay, and I will definitely be back. I was also happy to learn that Aparthotel has other branches which I will definitely visit.

We had an exceptional stay. It was my partners birthday when we stayed at the hotel and the little touches, along with a beautiful room really warmed our hearts. The property was exceptionally clean and all staff including night security made our stay even more enjoyable, such wonderful people. The location is perfect for visiting Birmingham Centre, and only 5 minutes walk to Grand Station, so made travelling to NEC for an event so easy !! If you are considering where to stay in Birmingham whether for business or pleasure I can highly recommend Adagio Birmingham City Centre. We're looking forward to seeing you all again :)

The location was great as just by the bullring centre and the studio apartments were clean and comfortable. Check in etc was all really easy too. I want to give Linda in reception a shout out as she was absolutely fantastic with helping us with our room when the air con wasn't working. She went over and above to find us another room really quickly and even changed the set up from a double to 2 singles as we were two friends sharing a room. You don't often see service like that nowadays so it deserves highlighting. Thank you Linda!

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Check-in went smoothly, and the lady at the reception was extremely helpful and positive, which made a great first impression. The breakfast was a highlight—delicious with plenty of options to choose from. I really appreciated the variety of both warm and cold dishes, fresh fruit, orange juice, and even guacamole. Everything was fresh and well-prepared. A special mention goes to the lady at breakfast—she was very friendly and welcoming, which made the morning experience even nicer. The staff throughout the hotel were kind and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and would definitely recommend this place to others.

Loved how conveniently it was located to everything. We came down for a wedding weekend. And the room was perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids. It had amazing kitchen facilities that allowed me to bring my own food for the kids. The staff at the hotel were accommodating and very helpful.

The parking is a bit difficult especially if you need to leave multiple times a day. However there is a cheap £0.80 a hour public car park opposite the car park offered by hotel. We utilised that during the day and parked overnight at the car park the hotel has a deal with.
