Good location for seafront with amenities such as supermarkets nearby. Really comfy room, generously sized with king sized bed and a good ensuite including a bath. Free parking in the private car park although as pointed out in other online reviews, you might struggle to get in there if you have a big car. Tasty Thai food in the recently opened on site restaurant. Friendly staff.

Lift was broken although we had been warned prior to arrival by the hotel. If you're here to visit Brighton, it's a decent way out but a nice walk along the seafront. Challenges parking if you can't fit in the car park. We didn't have the breakfast but it looked to be quite steeply priced.

We have stayed at this hotel several times and this visit was ,like the others, most enjoyable, The "basic" room had all our requirements and the cleanliness standard was good. The location of the hotel is excellent and within walking distance of the centre of Brighton. It is also a more relaxing location. The breakfasts were excellent and the staff very friendly and efficient. Despite parking and movement restrictions imposed by the "Triathlon" which was in progress the hotel arranged for us to remain parked in the hotel car park until all the roads were reopened. This helped us enormously, We will be back!!!

Location is tops Staff lovely

Price of room were quite high out of season , yet the hotel is very empty , can you please lower your prices so we can come and stay more and longer . We cancelled our £164 (4 nights) TL hotel to stay with you, remember that. Seems your prices are stuck in stone , better a cheaper room than an empty one! Room was very hot. Out of season offer "Builders rates" to regular customers . And No your own BW web site is NOT cheaper them BOOK.com Front entrance bright lights need a shield over them to stop them shining into the rooms light search lights 🔦💡🔦💡🔦 It's like Gatwick airport of a night . Hope it help, we will be back if we can afford it . We Thought the Thai restaurant was over priced so ate out.

We booked the family room because we had our 2 children with us,so it was my husband & I & our 10 & 13 year old,the family room had a king size bed,not sure if it was king,it was very big & 2 single beds, the room was huge!It was lovely & clean,it had a lovely sea view, good tea & coffee facilities in the room with complimentary biscoff biscuits, water in bathroom tap was drinking water so the hot drinks made were quite tasty which is unusual!Shower was lovely & breakfast was really good too. We agreed it was the best family room we had ever stayed in,all in all a lovely hotel & staff,we would definitely book again.

The beds varied in how comfortable they were, one of the single beds was quite firm but the others were a bit too soft & squishy! The car park is very tight & you will be lucky to get a space if you stay Friday or Saturday night,we did get a space luckily & the staff very kindly let us leave our car there until 2pm the next day. Other than that,no complaints!

On arrival the outside looks a bit tired, but once through the doors it is warm and inviting. We were informed before arrival the lift was not working, we requested a room on the first floor which was granted. We were upgraded free of charge which was amazing, the room was really clean, bed was huge, view was amazing and the bathroom very clean and again huge. The complimentary toiletries were great quality and the towels were really soft. We went for my daughters graduation and the Hotel was a 7 minute walk to her flat so will definately be staying again. They even accomodated 4 extra people for breakfast from our party which was exceptional.

Lift not working.

Stayed three night for a friend's birthday party so really only in the room for sleeping & showering; room was enormous! Shower over the bath lovely & powerful & hot as you like; bit of a big step into it so ideally a grab rail would have been ideal to help get in & out of the bath; towels very good along with all the linen; lots of toiletries. Bed a little soft for our liking but we slept anyway because of such a busy weekend! LOL Room cleaned everyday without having to ask. Free parking (first come first served) is a massive bonus; 24hr reception

A firmer bed but that's a personal choice

Location excellent when visiting The Brighton Centre for a show, staff very kindly ordered us a taxi. Managed to park car even though it was extremely busy on this night, 14/4/25. Bathroom with walk-in shower so much easier for us with mobility issues. Also room on ground floor easier (due to health condition and elderly). As we have stayed several times before, we requested the room which we preferred and thankfully it was honoured. Breakfast was excellent, good choice and presented beautifully, well cooked and all staff very friendly.

Nothing.

Nice bar with a fair selection of keg beers and wine.

The car park!!! We arrived after dark in a hired van. The entrance / exit was very narrow and once in the carpark which was poorly lit, it was almost impossible to turn around when all the spaces were taken. The exit was so restricted we damaged the nearside wheel arch on leaving, we obviously weren't the first to have this problem as the hotel had fitted a 'rubbing strip' on the the corner of the building. I would suggest that if you are traveling with a van or even a large car not to attempt the car park at the rear of the hotel.

Helpful receptionist. We booked a room at a good price but were then told the lift was broken. We are in our mid 70s and could not carry bags to the fourth floor so I phoned - and our booking on the second floor was changed to the first. Fantastic. Also, helpful when we asked about local restaurants. Good breakfast, including GF toast for my husband. Having GF beer available (even though the bar staff had never heard of it, she took the time to look it up).

Poor quality and limited choice for wine by the glass. Limited options for a g.f. evening meal: we went out to find a restaurant.

Staff were all fabulous, the room was large and comfortable and the Thai restaurant on site was excellent with fresh food, also excellent service with great staff. Would definitely stay here again and I booked a room with 2 single beds and the lady gave me a free upgrade. Free parking out the back too. Very reasonable price indeed, great value.

The lift was out of order and we were on the 5th floor and my knee hurt anyway. Was a challenge. Not a staff issue per se, lift engineers are expensive and may take time to call one so understandable.
