Good location for seafront with amenities such as supermarkets nearby. Really comfy room, generously sized with king sized bed and a good ensuite including a bath. Free parking in the private car park although as pointed out in other online reviews, you might struggle to get in there if you have a big car. Tasty Thai food in the recently opened on site restaurant. Friendly staff.

Lift was broken although we had been warned prior to arrival by the hotel. If you're here to visit Brighton, it's a decent way out but a nice walk along the seafront. Challenges parking if you can't fit in the car park. We didn't have the breakfast but it looked to be quite steeply priced.

Alls good . Little concerned at the payment process, desk took my card from me , and noted ALL the card details on their system inc the back 3 security numbers, not good , which of course leaves me open to card fraud in the future , I would prefer card machine payment method in future, which i enter the pin to approve the payment, rather than BW just taking what they want when they want ! . Have now ordered a new bank card , which is a bit of pain , as now have to update apps/etc UBer, Paypal and the likes.

I was offered an upgrade from a ground floor room to a top floor room for £10 extra per night and it was well worth the money. The room was large, with a sofa and lounge area at one end. A large bathroom a desk and chair, loads of wardrobe space and a wrap round large balcony with deckchairs and a sea view and best of all the windows and door to balcony all opened fully letting in the cooling sea air so the room felt fresh and cool even in the hot sun. It was like a mini penthouse suite and definitely well worth an extra £10 per night for. The hotel was full but very quiet and another advantage of the top floor (5th floor) was that no noise from above and only one room next door , the other walls were all exterior. And a great view too. Highly recommended.

There is only one lift and it’s very slow.

Clean and airy room, great shower and comfy bed. Good location, about 40 minute walk to the pier but it’s such a nice walk that it’s ok. Can get Ubers or bus easy enough if you don’t fancy the walk. Staff were fantastic, all friendly and helpful and always smiling.

Breakfast was naff. Really expensive and really poor, was disappointed to pay 30 pounds for what we had which was a machine coffee and a literal plain piece of poor quality bread with poached eggs on top. Partner had scrambled eggs and they were plain as anything. Don’t waste your money on the breakfast and walk down the beach to somewhere nice there.

We were very pleased with the size of the room, it was in good condition, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and the sausage with the cooked breakfast was excellent. The staff were attentive and friendly.

The hotel rooms and corridors are not very sound proofed, we did hear some noise late Saturday night but this was just people returning from a night out, the noise was short lived. It would have been nice to have a fridge and safe in the room. The breakfast room is quite echoey and when full of people could be noisy. Its a shame the hotel hasn't got a nice relaxing space with a bar and a lounge to sit and relax.

The hotel was perfect for what we needed, we had big room with a sea view and the hotel is located right on the beach. It's a little further out from the busy centre which we liked a lot - both mornings we went for a swim in the sea on a much quieter beach than nearer to the pier. Staff were very friendly and helpful and there was a car park available. If you don't mind walking then you can walk along the sea front up to the i360 etc in about 30 mins which we did both days too.

The walls / floors were a little thin - we could hear a lot of what sounded like furniture being moved around both mornings - we think this is because we had a room directly above the restaurant where people were having breakfast. It didn't bother us too much - just was a bit noticeable, don't let this put you off

Lovely modern decor, looked like it has been recently refurbished. Great big bathroom all new looking, with lovely powerful shower and lots of hot water and a heated towel rail so my towel was lovely and warm when I used it. Large bed that was so comfortable which I could see the sea from. Had dinner in the restaurant, great service, menu, and the food was lovely. Breakfast was fantastic with a good range of cooked options on the menu and lovely buffet style continental. Staff very friendly, efficient and helpful.

It was a hot day and the room was quite hot to sleep in. Didn't see any air conditioning so opened the windows but the road was very noisy all night. There was a fan in the room that we could have used.

The hotel was clean and well looked after. The staff were friendly and very helpful. There were some easy walks along the sea front, just over the road. We were able to park at the front of the hotel which was great for my mother who has limited mobility.

Having said my mother has limited mobility, her room only had a shower over the bath. My niece, who arrived the next day, had a walk in shower. The only food available in the evening was provided by a Thai restaurant. The food was lovely but again not really suitable for my mother or anyone who didn't like Thai.

We have stayed at this hotel several times and this visit was ,like the others, most enjoyable, The "basic" room had all our requirements and the cleanliness standard was good. The location of the hotel is excellent and within walking distance of the centre of Brighton. It is also a more relaxing location. The breakfasts were excellent and the staff very friendly and efficient. Despite parking and movement restrictions imposed by the "Triathlon" which was in progress the hotel arranged for us to remain parked in the hotel car park until all the roads were reopened. This helped us enormously, We will be back!!!

Price of room were quite high out of season , yet the hotel is very empty , can you please lower your prices so we can come and stay more and longer . We cancelled our £164 (4 nights) TL hotel to stay with you, remember that. Seems your prices are stuck in stone , better a cheaper room than an empty one! Room was very hot. Out of season offer "Builders rates" to regular customers . And No your own BW web site is NOT cheaper them BOOK.com Front entrance bright lights need a shield over them to stop them shining into the rooms light search lights 🔦💡🔦💡🔦 It's like Gatwick airport of a night . Hope it help, we will be back if we can afford it . We Thought the Thai restaurant was over priced so ate out.
