We had a wonderful experience at easyHotel Cardiff. My wife and kids were genuinely impressed by the quality of the rooms, the cleanliness, and the overall comfort of the stay. The facilities were well maintained, and everything felt organized and welcoming. The location is excellent—close to the city centre and convenient for getting around Cardiff. It made our short trip very easy and enjoyable. A special mention goes to the manager, whose professionalism and friendliness made a real difference. He went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and well looked after, which we truly appreciated. Overall, this hotel is great value for money, and we will definitely choose it again when visiting Cardiff. Highly recommended for families!

We walked to the hotel from Cardiff central station 15-20min, the town centre is just 5min away from the hotel, Queen street station is around the corner, with trains going to Caerphilly on a 15min journey. All staff were very polite, Wellcome everyone with a big smile and are happy to assist for everything you need, the hotel is clean, my room was sparkling clean, comfy bed, tiny only two single beds in the room, no other furniture, but for us was great. My only a little disappoint was the bathroom as the door to the actually bathroom was blurred glass door, the shower has different glass door, I was with my adult 23years old son and wasn’t easy to use it, one had to make sure not come close to the bathroom when was in use, but we shouldn’t share the room, so is our problem. We are very pleased with everything! Thank you so much!

The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Cardiff, with everything I needed just minutes away. But the real highlight was the staff. From check-in to check-out, everyone was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The room, though minimalist, was spotless and surprisingly quiet for a city centre stay. I also appreciated the smart layout and excellent water pressure in the shower—little things that make a big difference. It felt like a lot of care had gone into making things run smoothly.

What didn’t you like about the property? Honestly, the only downside is that I had to leave. It would have been great if there were a small kettle in the room, but that’s just nitpicking. Everything else was far above expectations for the price point.

I stayed at easy hotel on my own once this week for business and found the hotel super convenient, spotless and the staff couldn't be any more accommodating. A few days later me and my daughter got stuck in Cardiff after a concert and we booked last minute at 11 o clock in the night. The staff made it stress free and we couldn't be grateful for the warm welcome. Will always use easy hotel in the future and highly recommend

Nothing. The only one thing people may criticise is the fact there are no cups or tea and coffee facilities in the room but then we had no problem using the vending machine in reception and found for the price it was more than adequate

A safe, clean bare bones hotel with caring staff at the check in desk. Location is walking distance to many sights and also to one train station. View was nice from my window and room was very clean. A market was a block away (Tesco).

There is a very small area off the lobby with just two tables so not much room to eat (the room is too small to eat in). Also walls are very thin--I could hear the loud people next door as if they were in the room with me, and doors tend to slam loudly (why do hotels never invest in soundproofing?).

The room was very clean and it had AC. The staff was very helpful, professional and polite. The location: close to the city centre and to restaurants. The hotel doesn't provide breakfast but lots of places nearby like Greggs, cafes, we chose Tim Hortons' breakfast deals both days.

We could have used a few more hangers (there were only 2), a plastic cup in the bathroom, a small desk and a chair in the room. The double bed was smaller than usual, it was ok for us, but if you like space choose twin beds.

Although this is being nit picky the space at the end of my bed in my room was tiny and being a larger lad I had to shuffle along the wall to get to the other side. However it did not effect my stay and for a room for 1 or 2 nights in Cardiff I certainly will be back! Do not let the size comments for the rooms on reviews effect your choice. If you want a clean room to rest your gesd a decent shower and friendly dace in the reception this is the place for you.

Location was great! Easy walk from train station and to the pedestrian centre of town. Comfortable beds and great shower.

There was a problem with the thermostat, the air conditioning shut off in the middle of the night, so we had to get up twice to reset it. The staff didn't know what the problem was caused by. It would be helpful to have a few hooks for hanging clothing. We had three people in the room and there were only four hangers in the very small nook. There wasn't a counter to place items on when staying for more than a day.

It was so small hah! Not even a chair or a small table to sit and do a bit of admin work at instead of just the bed. Defo not a place for a couple. But I used it as a base for the Cardiff Half Marathon and for that it was perfect for a male solo traveller.

There could have been just a bit more comfort stuff. Like a chair and a fold out table or something. But the size was obviously what it is. I think for the price there could have been more stuff.

The members of staff I spoke to upon arrival and departure were friendly, and the room itself was of a good quality, with a comfy bed and big en-suite, completed with a high quality shower. The hotel is located a short walk from Cardiff Queen Street station, which makes travel convenient, and added to the positive stay I had.

Only minor issue was that the only bin in the room was a small one in the bathroom, which wasn’t big enough for the amount of rubbish I accumulated over my trip.
