Large room with a nice view, overall quite comfortable. The bathroom was big enough, with room to move and strech. We had no problem with a late check-in, and the check-out at noon was appreciated. We had no trouble with our neighbours or noise. The hotel is right in the city center and we were within walking distance of all of our destinations. The staff was lovely and accommodating.

Although I understand the very valid security concerns that come with large windows so far up from the ground, I was disappointed to see that I could not open them at all. Some air would have been nice. Even a little opening at the top would have been great.

Carpets on hallways are not clean I requested a late check out until if possible the hotel did not respond to my message exactly by yes or no .. when I checked in the reception said first yes we can give till one pm I said its ok then she changed her mind and said we have to charge £20 an hour I told them we did not reply to my message with this charge . She said its not our mistake its Booking mistake , Booking should reply to your repeated request messages , which you/booking did not replay to my requests.. only message I received from you are you confirmed the reservation .. I believe its your mistake I read your messages over and over I DID NOT LIKE THIS FROM BOOKING .. It made me upset To change my reservation through you next time

The location was great, the room had a bath and a shower, the room was clean, it was great that there was a fridge in the room to keep drinks cool.

The beds were hard/uncomfortable. The room had a gap under the door so all noise from hallways was heard at all hours and the light beamed in. The lighting in the room was strange, the entrance had no lighting but the only mirror was there so we had to get ready stood in the bathroom as there wasn't a mirror over the desk/dressing table either. And so many switches for the lights in the rest of the room. Took a while to figure out what switch did what when only really needed a top light and lamp.

I am disabled -- the room left me plenty of room to manoeuvre in my mobility scooter -- and the grab rails were great. I can stagger a few steps and can walk a little with the aid of two sticks -- but if I drop them I am stuck, so it was great to have the pull cords. I hate being separated from my mobility scooter -- because, essentially, it is my legs -- being able to have it in my room and charge it was great. I often need to recharge the battery twice a day.

However, although you have obviously made great efforts to help those with disabilities it is a one size fits all approach -- I usually use a raised toilet seat, you had a low one fitted. You can get 'appliances' that fit over a loo seat to help those of us that need a raised seat. I have a friend who is an amputee and he has the same problem.

Staff were very welcoming and helpful with the few inconveniences we had with the room - a room that we have stayed in on previous visits and has a panoramic view of Cardiff centre. The hotel's location is great.

We were surprised by several minor problems with the room that we had not experienced before- TV periodically going off, intercom telephone not working, a light and fan not working in the bathroom. The staff did everything they could to tackle these issues, but it was a bit disappointing as this was a special birthday occasion. We shall still be back again as this is a favourite hotel.

Wonderful and friendly staff! We arrived early so they were more than happy to take our bags and were happy for us to park up early. When we checked in we were given a free room upgrade, the very large room had a beautiful view of cardiff city. The room was nice and clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable, we both had a very restful sleep. The bathroom was lovely and modern, there was great lighting with a nice big mirror for getting ready and the shower was also lovely with great water pressure which was surprising being on the top floor. The breakfast included the next morning was really fresh and tasty and they have delicious coffee. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Cardiff and would definitely stay at the Radison Blu again when travelling.

The only reason we didn't give 10 stars is because we didn't really like the room service food that we ordered when we got back late in the evening and also there wasn't any shampoo in the bottles in the shower. Due to how brilliant the staff are I'm sure more shampoo would be brought to us straight away but we were in a rush to get going.

We had a lovely stay at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Cardiff. The staff were genuinely helpful and welcoming, which made a great first impression. Our room was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet—even though it’s right next to the train station, we didn’t hear a thing at night! The location is excellent—just a short walk to the city centre, which made it easy to get around on foot. Parking was £25 for 24 hours, which felt a bit pricey, but it’s in line with other options in Cardiff city centre. We chose not to have breakfast at the hotel as we felt it was a bit overpriced for what was on offer, but overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider coming back.

All things are wonderful and clean, the bed is comfortable, the views are attractive and very wonderful, and the bathroom is clean

Honestly, I have booked a lot of times at this hotel, I think more than 5 times, and all the times the Wi-Fi network was weak, and when I want to open YouTube, for example, it will take a lot of time, and also if I want to turn on my phone data, the network is very weak and on all floors So they have to add a device to strengthen the phone's coverage if someone wants to turn on the phone's data Also, there are some fees for if you have a car and you want to put it in the hotel garage, I think it should be free

The parking was great we missed the entrance the first time round so we had to go round again (our fault). The Entrance to the hotel was very nice lots of seating areas, all very clean. Check in was very quick & easy. We had a disabled room which had plenty of space & the bathroom was very well equipped again plenty of space. Room clean & lovely fresh sheets beds were super comfy. Breakfast in the morning was excellent plenty of choices for hot or continental, all very fresh & great coffee!

The only thing I would say is in the lift area needs a bit of attention ie painting as that I felt let’s the hotel down.

We got upgraded to a better room as it was our belated 30th wedding anniversary (31st, last year we couldn't celebrate due to family situation) this was a welcomed bonus & on arrival in the room , we found balloons & a lovely card, which made our day & stay more memorable. thank you breakfast as always was spectacular, this is one reason why we do choose The Radisonblue in Cardiff, your hotel is quite expensive, so we cant stay more frequently, but don't mind spending the money for special occasions

there was nothing to dislike, we loved our stay & would return in the future, so keep what you are doing & if there was one thing i could suggest, its to make it a little more affordable or put on special discounts for a weekend stay
