Perfect location just next to Cardiff Central station, bus station and within the city centre.

Everything’s great except for the housekeeping service which was poor. I requested for a refill of the 3 in 1 body wash/shampoo 4 times over 4 consecutive days and it was never done. The very last night before checking out it’s totally finished but luckily I had brought my own body wash so I had to use that. This was the 1st time I ever encountered such poor housekeeping service over the many times I stayed at hotels. Normally, I just had to call for housekeeping services at other hotels I had stayed and my requests were attended to very quickly. However to compensate this, fresh towels were resupplied daily which I like very much. Other than this everything else was great.

I have stayed at Sleeperz several times when visiting family around Cardiff, the central location right by the train station is extremely convenient and the hotel is absolutely excellent value especially in the winter months. Rooms are simple, very clean and well maintained and the hotel has a nice lobby and breakfast room. On this visit the staff were particualarly helpful and friendly offering extra help and services whilst being very respectful of guests privacy. I will definitely stay again next time I'm in Cardiff.

Nothing, this is a great example of a modern budget hotel.

Colleagues working at the reception are extremely friendly and helpful nothing was too much trouble. The housekeeping team are super friendly, we needed more towels and were given some right away . The room was very clean with everything you needed . The bed was comfortable with extra pillows if needed in the room . Breakfast was very nicely presented and tasty for the price , there were options for a cooked or cold breakfast just helped yourself to what you liked . We were in an accessible room and it was the perfect size for what we needed .

Accessible access from the lower ground floor was very tight . But there is one on the ground floor that is super easy to get in and out so it was a problem.

The location was right next to the train station and about a 10 minute walk from the centre of town. The staff were friendly. The bed was comfortable.

The room was really small. Reminded me of hotel rooms in Scandinavian countries. The entrance to my room was a bit weird - I was in room 309 and the room was just a normal push door, into a porch type area with key card access to my room and a cleaner cupboard? Just a bit confusing when I arrived. The room was largely clean, although there were dried clumps of something on the TV screen and wall (it looked like a previous guest had thrown a pizza and the tomato/cheese sauce had gone everywhere)

The bedroom wasn't the largest but it was okay. The bed was fairly comfortable, the pillows lovely and soft (two each). The bathroom was a bit on the small side but there was plenty of hot water. An extra shelf or a rail for the towels would have been useful but there wasn't really room. It was a great location a couple of minutes from Central Station and the Bus Interchange and not too far from the shops. It was quite quiet considering the proximity to the train track.

I didn't like the sliding translucent door with the inch gap either side (and I never put the light on in the bathroom!). The stiff sliding curtain/blind didn't shut fully so let light in at night, the lamp outside the window didn't help!

This is a lovely hotel with very friendly staff and the location is ideal. Even though it's located right by the train station, your not distracted by the noise as such or movement at all.

Only stayed over night so nothing I could fault to our needs as just needed a room to be honest. The room we had was with all our needs... desk, kettle with coffee etc, blow dryer if needed, x2 pillow each so didn't need to go and ask for more... just no secure shut on the bathroom door, but your in a room with who you know and it didn't really matter just different!

Really handy to Cardiff City centre and train station so no concerns about having to book a taxi back at end of the night from being out in the town! We were able to check in early as the room was ready. Very friendly efficient staff, decent buffet breakfast for the price. Clean room with good amenities. Nice lounge area to sit and have a coffee or nightcap!

A 12 o clock checkout ( instead of 11) would be good as a lot of hotels offer this . It was nice having an additional door before our room off the corridor, although we then realized it was probably to access a house keeping store so there was a bit of additional noise in the morning, I take it when equipment was being accessed.

The room was clean (very important) and the bed fine (also important). The location can not be better, in the center of Cardiff and only few meters to the station and to the bus station. The staff was very friendly.

The room is a bit small but for this money and location, as well as short stay, it is ok. I like to have a desk and a chair in my room and even if there was a sort of a desk and a footstool to sit on, it was not comfortable for me but as said before, one can not have all and most people do not need a desk anyway.

The room was compact but had everything you need for a short stay. It was very clean throughout. The bed was comfortable which made for a good nights sleep. The location couldn't be better, close to the main station and amenities. The breakfast was perfect with plenty of choice. The hotel staff were very helpful and they were also happy to look after our luggage after check-out so we didn't have to carry our stuff around all day.

The in-room safe didn't work but we reported it and it didn't bother us this time.

Location and cleanliness of the hotel is fantastic. I was given a room with the bathroom fan running constantly loud and didn't go off . I reported this to reception saying i would not be able to sleep in the noise. Michelle from reception told me she would give me ear plugs ! ! ! What sort of customer service is that. ? I requested another room in the hotel so i could get sleep . We went back downstairs and was given another room which was peaceful and i had two good nights sleep. Breakfast is excellent . Thank you and i will return.
