I had a great stay at St David’s Hotel in Paddington. The location is fantastic—just a short walk from the station, which made getting around London really convenient. The room was clean and comfortable, offering everything I needed for a short stay. A special thanks to the receptionist, Zahid Hasan, who was incredibly helpful and welcoming. He made check-in smooth and went out of his way to ensure I had everything I needed during my visit. His friendly attitude really added a personal touch to my experience. Would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a well-located and friendly place to stay in London.

We really loved the hotel we stayed at in Cardiff. The location was perfect—just a 5-minute walk to the city center, and it was very easy to get around. It was also within walking distance to the train station and the bus terminal. The area around the hotel felt very safe. When we stayed, we were impressed by the level of technology. Both the main entrance and the room door were opened with digital codes, which we absolutely loved. The room was very clean and well-organized. Essentials like water, tea, coffee, and creamer were provided. Separate towels were thoughtfully provided for hair, body, and hands. There was also a microwave in the common area, although we didn’t use it. Free Wi-Fi was available as well. The staff were very attentive and helpful. We spent a week in the UK, and this was by far the best hotel we stayed at. I would definitely love to stay here again.

The location is really good and if you follow the instructions for pre-checkin, check-in itself is seamless as you don't need to do anything and can just open main door and door of the room through an app. We specifically loved that feature as you don't need to worry about keys at all. Wi-fi was great, room was always toasty, a plus as we got -2 temperatures while in Cardiff.

Shower system needs to be revised. It took forever for the water to warm up and it didn't last long, it was lukewarm at best and eventually got cold again (that being mentioned our showers were no longer than 10 minutes).

Great placement, kettle in the room with Tea and Coffee. Bed was comfortable.

The heat in the room was crazy, far too hot , no radiators were on either. We had the fan on and window open . Barely slept due to the heat sadly. Didn't seem to have hot water from the bathroom tap either? I might not have been patient enough, but I had held the push tap down for a fair while before giving up and settling for tepid water. Never tried the shower out to comment on that water. Overall, the room was great and I would go back, if it wasn't so hot in the room.

The bed was comfortable. The room was well equipped. there was a fan, a hairdryer, plenty of towels. Abundance of coffee, tea and milk. Very clean. The location was perfect for the city centre. Just a few minutes walk. Managed to park easily.

The advert for this property shows there is parking available. There is but it isn't connected to the property. you need to park the river side closest to the principality stadium and pay and display. I think the advert for the property in relation to parking is a little misleading but when I queried with them they were very helpful about where to park.

All I needed was a bed for the night as I was in Cardiff for a concert. I got a small but clean, warm room and my own clean mini-bathroom with the tiniest sink a great shower, and there was also a hairdryer. I slept great, loved the water view, the road was quiet, location felt safe.

Unfortunately the doors are fitted with a spring mechanism that makes them slam super-noisily if not held while closing. So if someone's not careful (which applies to lots of people nowadays) and comes back in the middle of the night and is on the same floor, the jumpscare is very likely.

accessibility - I struggled to get into the place but after phoning the emergency number and told I was at the incorrect address and to proceed to the "yellow" door.............maybe this decscription could be added to your welcome email /text etc? They entire block al look similar . But the reception was friendly and helpful. Maybe the price for the small room was high due to the timing of the sports event but quite high for such a small room. Would have expected to pay £110 / night ??

Great location & it felt safe, comfortable, cosy. Tea & coffee facilities were provided in the room, Marks & Spencer & great, affordable shopping options were close as well as Cardiff Central Train & Bus Transport. A microwave was available in the communal area. The TV in the room had a very good music channel also called Smooth - nice for a party atmosphere. The Christmas markets were lovely & I really enjoyed the one at Cardiff Castle. WiseStay was very good value & indeed a Wise Stay 🙂

Good location, close to the stadium and city centre. Bed was comfortable and basic amenities available.

The room was very hot on arrival (heaters on full blast) we had to adjust it when we first came as the heat was a bit suffocating. For safety purposes, the windows cannot be opened fully. Self check in was good but having the same code for both main door and room was a bit worrying. It made me think if other people will be able to enter our room with the code. Luckily, no incidents like that happened and you are able to lock the room on the inside.

The staff was super helpful and available to go an extra mile to make our stay extra comfortable (shoutout to Kennan). The location is perfect as it is very close to the city centre but without the fuzz of the downtown. It was also the perfect location to get our rental car.

The room was very very small, we barely could walk around the bed. The sink in our room was very small and we could barely wash our hands there. Also, the water in the shower wasn’t as warm as we wished.
