The layout. The bathroom. There was a dishwasher! It felt like home. I'm so sorry I can't remember his name, but the man who checked me in deserves a pay rise...rather than an office that you wouldn't keep a pet in. No windows. No ventilation.. He did not look comfortable, but still remained friendly, helpful and pointed me to areas to consider for my home move. (Ironically I found my new home, further up Cathedral Road). But I will be coming back to say hello to him. He is an asset to your operation

The TV remote control was a bit hit and miss and I couldn't watch it comfortably from the bed. Beyond that, the carpet looked a bit...dark in places

Richard was so lovely and welcoming. He met us in the car park to welcome us in, gave us a run down of everything we needed to know and was just instantly a great start to the holiday! We only booked a studio, but it was bigger than we expected and had everything we needed! The place was spacious, comfy and a really great spot to come back and relax after a long day of travelling/sightseeing etc. Great location and central to everything we needed! Right across the road is a petrol station with a small shop for anything we may have forgotten to pick up on the way.

The only downfall (which is completely not their fault at all) was that there was some sort of show on with very loud live music close by. It went on until the late evening hours but that may be expected in Cardiff city centre on a Friday evening? Parking is a little tight due to the pillars, but nothing can be done about that except tightening up our parking skills!

Great location, really clean and tidy. Lovely size with a well equipped kitchen. Our queries were handled super quickly and the booking process felt really efficient.

It was very very hot in the apartment, fortunately it was a cooler day but you can hardly open the windows. It was just about bearable to sleep in, but quite noisy with the windows open. An AC unit wouldnt go amiss. Parking spaces are really tight, again fortunately it wasnt fully booked and we had one of the easier spaces to manoeuvre into, as some of them looked like they'd be horrendous to try and get in and out of.

There was no breakfast th e apartment was self catering

I was unable to obtain the the apartment key -- I did use the code -- but did not understand the method of obtaining the apartment key wich was inn the box by the door -- and was shown to me on the morning I left hence my apartment door remained open through my stay, Probably my own fault not understanding the system. Will now better next time -- still like thre Spire. Also apartment was very hot -- but staff had provided two fans and windows open to reduce the temperature in the room --- very considerate of the cleaning ladies.

It was perfect in every way, apart from being boiling hot! It was spotlessly clean and was well-furnished. Easy to check in and out. We had everything we needed for an overnight stay including a hair dryer and iron. The fridge, oven and dishwasher were all easy to use and efficient. It was quiet and we had a good night’s sleep.

It was hot and the fan wasn’t much use. It would be great if you provided 2 towels per person (hotels forget that women usually want to wash their hair before a night out) and maybe you could have a pizza cutter in the cutlery drawer.

Location was perfect for us watching the cricket, also next to the park and going out into central Cardiff in the evening. Very clean, Cleaners were really helpful letting us in. Great facilities in the kitchen if you need them (we didn't)

I did not receive any codes, I spent 20mins on hold to the phone number given with no answer. Luckily the cleaners were at the building and were able to call another number and confirm our booking then verbally give us the codes we needed. Slightly noisy doors banging can be heard in the flat from the hallway

Very easy to check in even out of hours. The location was perfect for going to the Welsh Government offices and I had a nice walk across the park in the morning. What would have made the property better would have been a bit of soft lighting for the evening in the living room space. I would stay there again though.

My only gripe was that the optional continental breakfast wasn't good value for money - next time I will buy breakfast from the shops. I'm also pretty sure it was the Spires in Glasgow that cancelled on us prior to our wedding day...we're pretty sure they did this to take advantage of a price hike due to events going on in the city.

We liked the cute layout of the room. Good location close to alot of difference things, shops, pubs, restaurants, train station, stadium.

The only concern we had was from our room you could see people with a dog hanging around, the dog barked out a bit through the night and it did make us feel a bit uneasy early hours of the morning when we had to depart the room. As you come out of the main door there was a barrier between us and the people but it was Still intimidating.

Location very close to the castle.we didn’t take their parking but found a large carpark by the coach station round the corner, which had plenty of spaces. Very well presented apartment and very convenient.

Lack of aircon. It was exceptionally hot and there weren’t enough windows that opened as they could only open a little way. A fan was supplied but something to consider if we are to have warmer summers. All said we will go back as it was a nice flatlet.

Quiet location and easy to find. Fairly well stocked with kitchen items. Warm but not too hot. Good to have a lift as we were on 4th floor. Apartment was adequate for our needs. It was well-situated for Sonja Gardens and Bute Park which are lovely walking for us and our dog. A slightly longer walk into the city but not a problem as Cardiff is fairly compact.

Limited Fairy liquid and bin bags. £ 10 per night seems steep to cover additional cleaning because we had a dog travelling with us as appartment small and self-catering.
