The hosts are very nice and live nearby. The room was more like a suite (2 rooms and a bathroom) and was very spacious for one person. It is a good value for 4 people. Excellent location & easy to walk to many places.

The room was more like a suite (2 rooms and a bathroom) and was very spacious for one person but might be small for 4, likely good for a couple with kids. I stayed on the lower ground floor which looks right out on the sidewalk - there are thick blinds but it did feel a bit exposed in that room with the curtains open. Guests should know that when someone is in the room above you its quite noisy in the bedroom. Also the room was clean enough but the carpets need refreshing and the place definitely had a musty smell. If someone is sleeping in the front room they will need to walk through the bedroom to get to the bathroom.

Great location for easy walk to Cardiff centre and its attractions. My friend and I had concert tickets, less than 30mins walk from Utilita Arena & back to this quiet place to sleep was great. Nice touches: milk and water in fridge, snacks and a microwave, plenty of clean towels. Bathroom area and outdoor space to ground floor suite was especially nice.

Some of the decor needs an update and entrance hall too, didn’t seem like what was pictured online or as welcoming which personally determines how relaxed and comfortable I feel but not enough to spoil the stay. Great for a one night stay on short visit.

All the little touches like plenty of towels, the pictures selected, the milk in a glass bottle rather than plastic sachets. Truly wonderful, warm experience and as a single mum travelling with two children, its warmth, cosiness and comfort was a welcome reprieve. Its so close to Bute Park, the Castle and the city in general but the outdoor garden (Caernarfon Suite) and peace in the room make you forget youre in a city. The hosts sent welcoming messages and i congratulate them on the love they have put into their business - this will now be my no1 choice for Cardiff

I personally couldnt get anything up on the tv....bit im not great with technology and honestly it wasnt needed. Caught up on my reading instead 😊

Loved the terrace, bathroom and sink area- all were lovely, luminous and modern. Really nice and clean and cosy.

The main room was fine and cosy enough, but a little disappointing in comparison. It was a little aged and could do with an update and a coat of pain and new carpet. Also, the main bed is next to the front door which is a little odd. I could hear everyone coming in late at night. Generally can hear rooms above and next door.

The location was perfect for us, just a short walk to Cardiff centre. The owner/agent arranged our parking permit was in place on arrival. Access instructions were clear. Communication, before, during, and after our stay was excellent. Small extra touches - filtered water, milk, tea, coffee, and snacks were provided. The apartment was modern, and both the bed and bed settee were comfortable, bedding, and plenty of towels were provided. Great value for money - we would use them again.

Location was great, really central & a lovely quiet little garden with a visiting cat. Tea & coffee & fresh milk & some snacks were a really nice touch and it was handy to have a fridge. The shower was good, hot & powerful. Beds were comfy.

We thought it was separate rooms from the photos- not an issue for us but maybe would be different for 2 couples. The bath towels were also very damp but luckily we realised when we arrived and spread them out to dry. They just needed a bit longer in the tumble dryer

The apartment is well located…a short Uber ride or a moderate walk from the centre, Motorpoint (Utilita) arena, etc. Access instructions were straightforward. One double bed and two singles were an ideal set-up for us. There is no kitchen, but a kettle and a microwave did the trick for a quick breakfast. The free parking, in the form of a resident’s parking permit organised in advance by the owner, was a definite bonus. It’s on-street parking…find a space where you can, but there were spaces available when we arrived. The Caernarfon suite is at the back of the house, and despite being a busy road, there was no traffic noise.

Property was clean and well presented with tea, coffee, snacks (popcorn and kit kats) and a small bottle of milk available in fridge. There was also a microwave and kettle and plenty of clean matching china and glasses. The rooms were well presented and all the linen was clean. The bathroom had a good rainfall shower, plenty of towels and nice (Dead Sea) products.

The road outside was noisy during yhe evening and the mattress on the bed too soft for (personal) comfort as were the pillows.

Great location, very clean, easy walking distance to centre of Cardiff plus easy to find. Parking was organised by the hosts and was so easy. Nice and warm, comfortable. Tea bags and water and milk etc all provided which was a lovely touch. Great communication from the host about how to access the property.

Only one thing (which is very minor), the light bulb in back bedroom was really dim, luckily the bedside lamps made the room a bit brighter.

The location was in walking distance. The layout and the amenities provided. Attention to detail, which made it feel homely. Great communication from hosts.

Unfortunately the parking situation changed last minute, so that was frustrating but not the hosts fault. The family above us were incredibly noisy, talking until 2am so we didn't sleep well. I don't think they were being overly loud, it was just the lack of sound proofing.
