It was the cleanliness which really struck me most, lovely smell! They even came in mid way through my stay to freshen things up. I also loved the warmth and how easy it was to control the temperature. Great there was a dishwasher and a few tablets. Comfy place too, and quiet, slept very well. Nice location. Good communication with friendly host Rashmi who came to give me key card. Definitely one of the stronger places I've stayed.

If I was being ultra critical, I think a few tea bags, bit of kitchen towel, just few more basic kitchen essentials, but it's a real minor thing in grand scheme of it all.

The location was perfect, short walk into cardiff centre, 4 good pubs nearby, all did food and one good restaurant. The apartment was clean and was very well equipped. .

Just one minor point, the bed settee in the living room wasn't the most comfortable to sit on, maybe have another as well, there was certainly enough room, also my husband had trouble sleeping one night and could have used the bed settee to avoid disturbing me but unfortunately there was no bedding provided which was a bit strange. We also felt the parking charge was expensive.

The rooms were all spacious, clean and comfortable. The location was fabulous. There were pubs and restaurants on the same street and it was a short but enjoyable walk through the park and into the city. Very close to the castle. Booking in was easy and we were contacted and greeted by Rashmi who showed us to our apartment. There was also secure parking to the back of the apartment.

The only negative point I have is that in the larger bedroom all the mirrors were in the bathroom. However there were no sockets in there which made it difficult to dry / style / straighten hair etc.

The 2 bedroom apartment we booked was on the ground floor and had easy access to the secure car park and local park , park was just opposite the gates of car park. This was a great apartment for our 2 dogs 🐕. On arrival Rashimi met us and showed us around. She has been very efficient with communicating prior to our arrival regarding check ( via emails ) and when we had any queries she texted back. The car park was an extra £10 charge per day but to have a secure gated car park right by apartment when we have dogs was perfect. The apartment was very dog friendly ie dog bed provided in the lounge and a welcome dog bag/ pressie with ball and biscuits which was a thoughtful surprise. Facilities are very good with open plan kitchen lounge diner , washing machine , dishwasher, large fridge and good oven microwave and hallway between bedrooms , place to hang coats. Our Australian friend joined my husband and I and she was impressed with her bedroom , comfy bed etc. we had the larger bedroom with ensuite and this had french doors going out onto a small open lawn by car park ( which was handy when letting dogs out ) . Showers x2 were fantastic. Location is amazing on Cathedral Road as its just a short walk to several local good pubs that serve good food and it is walking distance to Pontcanna where there are coffee places , cafes and bistros , supermarket. The bus into city (no 63) stops right outside the property. Liked the milk left for us in fridge . We will be booking this place again and a thank you to Rashimi who was very helpful.

Nothing to not like. Kitchen cupboard handles could of had a better clean ( were sticky - think this was an oversight ! ) but everywhere else was absolutely spotless . Would of been handy to have had basic condiments ie salt pepper there , as a-lot of self catering places we have stayed at have this .

I was so surprised with the value for money. During a rugby international weekend I expected the prices to be extortionate but in fact the whole weekend cost the same as one night in a hotel. The apartment was modern. Radiators on every wall so no issues in winter. No noise issues. Secure parking out the back though costs £10 per day.. there's free parking on cathedral road if you can get a space walking distance to town. I will be referring my friends and family to use SACO cathedral road

Stunning building, an excellent location, and had all the facilities we needed during our stay - kitchen with washer/dryer, dishwasher, oven, microwave and cooking utensils. There is an option for online check-in and check-out. Collecting our keys when we arrived was easy, we just followed the directions received in the welcome email. You get a welcome pack in the room that includes a couple of dishwasher tabs, Persil pods, milk, toiletries etc to get you settled. There was also an iron, ironing board, and fans in the bedrooms. The pictures reflect the rooms accurately. Convenient off-road parking. 20 min walk from Cardiff Castle and the city centre, and 5 mins walk from Bute Park which has a nice coffee shop where you can sit and watch the world (or squirrels!) go by. There are also numerous restaurants right outside the door - we had a few meals in The Beverley opposite. Cannot say enough about this property, and would stay again.

We loved it all!

Our group of four people had a very comfortable stay in this 2-bedroom apartment. It was more spacious than we expected, very clean and had a lot of natural light. The kitchen was well equipped. And we liked that there's a TV in each room. We didn't get a chance to meet the staff but they were prompt in response to our inquiry before the stay and provided clear check-in instructions.

It would be great if parking is complimentary :)

We were a family of 5 and stayed for just one night, we definitely recommend and would stay again. Apartment was exceptional, clean and all very new, we could easily live here! No more than a 15 minute walk into the town centre and paid the extra £10 to park on the premises. Overall a very pleasant stay, wish we stayed for a few more nights. Thank you

There wasn't anything to dislike, the accommodation was perfect for our visit to Cardiff - whilst we initially had an issue with our door key not working, the situation was resolved very quickly and did not impact our stay.

The location is great. The bed is comfortable. The apartment is very quiet and comfortable too. Good smart TV where you can connect your YouTube or Spotify account. The internet is pretty fast. The staff is very friendly and polite. Great private parking.

Dirty washing machine. The toilets were almost empty and also dirty for some reason. They should be removed and cleaned.

The serviced apartment was conveniently located just a 10 minute walk from the city center. There was a shop located only 5 minutes away, making it easy to grab necessities. The apartment itself was well-organized and professionally managed. Overall it was a great place to stay during our visit.

The apartment had some quirky design elements that I later learned are common in older British homes. The toilet was situated right next to the bathroom door, which made using it feel a bit awkward and cramped. The separate hot and cold taps in the bathroom meant it was tricky to get the water to a comfortable temperature. However, these were minor complaints overall.
