The young girls/staff without exception were fabulous. Approachable, friendly yet efficient and professional. The bed was comfortable. The room and bathroom had space and room to place items. The breakfast was very nice and we had one evening meal at the venue that was also nice. The double glazing worked well as the traffic on the busy road didn't disturb us. Venue has parking which was important for us.

Water slow to disperse in the bathroom sink. Would prefer a walk in shower rather than over the bath just because it would be easier at our age. Neither would prevent us staying again.

Although the Norway Inn is right on the busy A39 road to Falmouth, and I was anticipating sleepless nights, the double- double glazing they have installed cuts out all noise allowing a perfect night's sleep. The breakfast is wonderful and the staff very helpful. Certainly a place I would reccommend for any length of stay. The one small inconvenience is that you always need to exit left from the hotel due to the heavy traffic for safety reasons, but not a big problem -

Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We were greeted by friendly staff who welcomed any questions we had. The ensuite bathroom was clean and had plenty of space. There was an area where a kettle and refreshments were if we wanted a hot drink in our room. We had a small meal in the evening with drinks at a reasonable cost the Sunday Carvery looked incredible! The building itself is very beautiful, it would be interesting to know more about it's history. We would definitely stay again when we are back in Cornwall. Breakfast was very well prepared, hot and tasty. The manageress was extremely helpful and attentive.

Room very large and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Also had one evening meal in pub which was nice. Heating very responsive and more than adequate. Plenty of parking available. Huge bed.

The ensuite was a little worn and a bit grubby around plug hole of sink and black mould on some grout in shower. Breakfast service excellent on 2 mornings, but Sunday morning very slow, and service was poor, The price of bar food was on the expensive side, although very nice. TV was very difficult to navigate. No daily room service, had to ask for more tea, milk and toilet rolls. Considering we had a planned stay, allowing 1 drink for every 24 hours wasn't great.

Spacious and comfortable room. Air con. Large bathroom with excellent large shower cubicle. Very good soundproofing so there was virtually no traffic noise despite being on a main road. Excellent selection and quality breakfasts. Friendly and helpful staff. No problem finding a parking space when returning in the evening.

Unfortunately, being on a main road, there wasn't any 'garden' or outdoor area to enjoy a drink in the evening .

I notice that any poor reviews here relate to the food, not our experience, but this is the place for reviewing it as a ‘hotel’, restaurant is a different entry. A quintessential English pub that looks as if it dates back centuries with its low beams in the lovely bar/restaurant. Our room was a decent size, immaculately clean with clean bedclothes and towels. Equipped with TV, a/c, WiFi, tea and coffee facilities, bathroom toiletries etc. A very comfortable night. Breakfast was a good selection cooked to choice, full English, scrambled eggs with salmon on toast, eggs benedict etc. Cerals, juice, tea or coffee completed a great start to the day.

Very friendly welcome. Quality of room exceeded expectations. We liked the little 'extra' touches - fresh mini milk bottles, a plant, natural bathroom products, picture lighting, plenty of wardrobe hangers, drawers and desk space. The double glazing over the sash windows provided very effective sound proofing, given the roadside location. Full English breakfast included. Sorry we missed their popular Sunday roast. Easy access to Falmouth and Truro areas.

I loved the fact the room was on a split level which made it so much more spacious. Although the room was facing an extremely busy road was not disturbed by any road traffic whatsoever... the room was serviced daily left so clean and polished... did not have to book specific times for breakfast therefore no pressure ... vegan breakfast was very good 👍🏽 ample parking ... lovely staff

Had a little four in a bed moment as I found long term dust on the board above the bed and on top of the TV ... all these places were above eye level .... tiles in shower cubicle could do with mould mildew treatment 🤔 but I'm assuming cleaning staff may not be allowed to use certain products due to health and safety.... not sure ...

Really great atmosphere, room was large and bed very comfortable with quality linen. Staff were welcoming and both restaurant and bar made for a very enjoyable evening. Menu was excellent and both quality and presentation first class. Selection of beers on draft left me with a difficult decision. 😀 My choice from the breakfast menu was a traditional English with I enjoyed it there was wider selection including a vegan option. I will definitely be back.

The Norway Inn was a lovely place to stay whilst visiting family over Christmas. The staff gave a lovely warm welcome and were - without exception - friendly and helpful. The room was wonderfully comfortable (with no noise from the road thanks to the double glazing) and exceptionally clean. We enjoyed every breakfast and a couple of evening meals we had there too. Thanks to everyone - we hope to be back again.
