The room was as described. No frills, bed was good, clean sheets. Clean towels everyday and bed made. As it’s an old property to maximise space they have a bathroom pod which has toilet, sink and shower. All clean on arrival and the shower was powerful and warm. Tea and coffee facilities, hair dryer. Small wall mounted tv. It did for what we needed which was somewhere to sleep and shower, yes the room is small and there are some scuff marks on the wall but if you’re expecting the Ritz then go pay their prices. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great location.

Only thing was door in landing needs oiling as was a bit squeaky.

Perfect location right next to Victoria Station, especially convenient for those arriving from or heading to Gatwick. The area is quiet and peaceful. The room is basic and very modest, but clean and safe—ideal if you just need a place to sleep and shower. The staff at reception are very kind and helpful. You can come back at any hour during the night using your own key. I was also able to leave my luggage at the property after check-out on the day of departure. Recommended!

Small but clean room (upstairs), comfortable bed. Daily cleaning and change of sheets and towels. A Shuko standard plug is available which can be very useful. The helpful staff immediately upon arrival recommended a place nearby with great coffee (Caffè Nero). Walking to Victoria bus station, train station, and tube station takes a few minutes. There are convenient bus connections to the airports. 30-40 minutes walk to some of London's main attractions: Hyde Park, Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, Westminster, Piccadilly, etc. There is a bus stop nearby (Belgrave Road) on line 24 - convenient for sightseeing and visiting the British Museum. Perfect for a 3-4 day stay. I recommend it!

Tiny bathroom (1m x 1m) - never seen anything like it. But there is plenty of hot water and it's fun. The sink in the bathroom (yes, there's even a sink!) is of the old English standard with two taps - separate for cold and hot water. I don't think it's very comfortable. It is hardly difficult to replace it with a normal faucet.

Location is perfect, the cleaner did good job.

Reception staff did not communicate much, even greeting was hard. Room needs some attention; tabs were loose, toilet was leaking, no hooks for towels, windows were dusty, some loose nuts in the bathroom. Internet connection is slow and it was not available all the time.

Location was great, room was clean and guys at the reception were very friendly. Towels were changed every day, tea, coffee and kettle were at the room.

Shower was too small. I am 5’1 and it was quite enough space but for someone a bit bigger it would be really a problem.

I love the colliers hotel, the staff are amazing and so helpful, I stayed here longer than anticipated not through booking.com but directly with the hotel, my hospital appointments were delayed and the staff understood and helped me out, would highly recommended this hotel I will certainly use this hotel on my next hospital visit if they have vacancies, rooms lovely so clean and a lovely atmosphere that is what always draws me to this establishment.

There is nothing I did not like

For £54 for one night this small hotel is so convenient for Victoria train station, coach station and the beautiful area of Belgravia. The room was small but compact. Kettle, tea and coffee, shower, TV, bedside lamp, clean bedding and towels. It was also very warm with the radiator turned up high so it was cosy.

Nothing.

Comfortable beds. Clean linen & towels. Stored my bags as I was early so I could explore and check in later. It did what I needed, it is a 2 star hotel. Heater was very effective.

I didnt use it but the TV was kind of unusable very small and bad picture. The bedside lamps didnt seem to tun on.

Reception staff were mostly very nice but there’s one gentleman in particular who’s extremely helpful all the time. I had the basement room so it was easy to get around. Minor point but couldn’t work the hair dryer but had my own so it wasn’t any issue. Location was perfect.

Convenient location for my needs, and all the necessities to spend a few nights. Even a standard European socket outlet, so there was no need to use an adapter. Some nice places for food in the neighbourhood.

The room was small, and there was nothing to store my things in. It's a good thing that I only a backpack with me.
