Great location friendly staff

Exceptional staff and location Our stay at Hilton London Tower Bridge was simply wonderful. The location was perfect — just a short stroll to Tower Bridge, Borough Market, and so many London highlights. What truly made it special, though, was the customer service.Suprise welcome gift with a personalized card in our room and a coloring book with pencils for the little one! Every staff member we met was warm, welcoming, and eager to help, making us feel like valued guests rather than just visitors. A special thanks to the checking staff, breakfast manager Beatrice, the chef, and the night hostess ( Robi) for their exceptional care and kindness — you truly went above and beyond. The combination of comfort, convenience, and genuine hospitality made our time here unforgettable. We highly recommend the hotel and we will be back.

Had a hospital appointment at the London Lupus Centre in Tooley Street so stayed at the Hilton London Tower Bridge Hotel overnight. The reception staff were all so friendly, helpful and welcoming.They called us a taxi to take us back to Liverpool Street Station and were really helpful, taking our case and bag to the car as I am disabled. The evening meal was lovely. Catered for food allergies - Gluten Free and made sure there was no garlic in our meals. Housekeeping team were friendly and very helpful too.

The breakfast wasn't so good. The cooked breakfast food was lukewarm and the plates were cold and there were no decafinated teabags. Plenty of cereal and fruit and yoghurt choices though. I asked for pillows WITHOUT feathers when I booked and before we arrived but had 4 feather pillows in room. Mum started to have breathing problems as she has a severe feather allergy. Housekeeping were excellent and quickly came and changed the pillows for foam ones but this should have been done before we arrived.

It was an amazing stay. A simply cute hotel with caring and amazing people. Even the cleaner in the amazing room on the 7th floor was really cute and empathetic (too bad I didn't get her name, room 728, you'll find her and thank her for my name). And at the reception the lovely Ola and Anita. A 4-star hotel that is run like a 5-star and in a lovely area a little different from the center. I'm sure I'll be back there. The only problematic thing in the morning is the doors of the other rooms slamming with a noise that disturbs and wakes you up.

Rooms were ideal, really spacious everything I'd expect and brilliant comfy beds. The staff were beyond incredible. There were 2 men who were great with our kids at breakfast, came offer asked them if they liked pancakes then made them especially and then later offered them hot chocolate and popcorn. This hotel is clearly making a large effort to ensure children feel welcome, either that or I could sense both the breakfast manager and the other male colleague were dads themselves as they seemed to really care about ensuring our children had a nice time.

Check in process took a really long time but didn't need to, but it wouldn't affect me staying again. View wasn't exciting but not a problem.

The location..It didn't face a road so there was little traffic noise and I like to have the window open at night. It was good that I could actually open a window about 6 inches max which allowed enough fresh air through. The staff were excellent and very helpful, ordering taxis etc. Nothing was too much trouble at breakfast as well. I also had a query with my final bill. They happily looked into that and corrected it without fuss.

Working out the lighting in the room. It may have been me but I had to walk to my bedside lamps to turn them on before I could switch the bathroom light on ???? Which I thought was weird. I couldn't seem to work out what light switch I used as I came into the room to facilitate all lighting. I've stayed in a lot of hotels with various different systems. This one I didn't get. Just a small niggle. However the lighting was good when sorted. I was also surprised that there were no catch up apps on the TV.

The hotel was clean and the staff very attentive. Everything you would expect from a Hilton. The room was fantastic with black out curtains full breakfast drink tray a mini fridge for any drinks you rake with you a great sized tv for people who like to watch the tv and I would definately recommend this hotel for easy access to The Thames, less than 100 metres to HMS Belfast and ideal for the London Bridge train station & underground as well as The Shard.

It was a little on the expensive side fir room only even in London and no complimentary slippers.

Spacious room. Laminated flooring. Clean. Quiet. Good location.

The bath in our room was rather small. The tap nob regulating water temperature was semi-broken. The reading lamp on one side of the bed did not work. The mattress was tad too firm. Some people may like it through.. The check-in process was tad too long. On the other hand, we were offered two glasses of prosecco while we were checking in. The breakfast was very average (food-wise), and there was not enough staff in attendance to ensure tables were clean. The minibar fridge was absolutely empty. Big and supposedly smart TV (the only app on it was YouTube, but it did not work, unfortunately) had many channels, but mostly non-HD, which is a shame in 2025.

I booked for a single night, as I had a show to go to at the nearby O2 Dome. The location was the main selling point, as I wanted to be based out of London Bridge train station. The room was upgraded, as we used an American Express card for the security deposit. The room was extremely quiet, and I think I had the best nights sleep I've ever had in a hotel. I'll be staying here again if I travel for more shows.

Trying to get a beer late at night is a bit of a faff, but that was the only negative I had from the entire stay.

The room was very comfortable and had all the facilities you need. The bathroom very spacious. The view would have been better if we were facing the river but that is a minor thing. I felt very lucky to have been there. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. They gave us an upgrade as it was my birthday! Also balloons, cake and wine! Perfect! They couldn't have done more for us.
