Clean and stylish hotel with 24 hour front desk service. 5 minute walk from Paddington train station, which is a central hub for many train lines including the Heathrow Express. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower, and also a free drinking water station in our hall. Comfortable bed.
The room and bathroom was quite cramped for the price we paid. This was a great hotel for our purpose - which was to sleep for 1 night and leave at 5am to go to Heathrow to catch our flight back home - but wouldn't recommend for a long stay.

Beautiful room and new bathroom. Lots of space and tables to lay down items. Nice service at desk.
Room little bit smaller than pictures but that were minor. The AC didn't work and the room were unbearably hot. No plug for hairdryer next to mirror.

Location was perfect very close to Paddington station but on a nice quiet and safe street. Very well maintained. The room was very clean, bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was modern with very nice toiletries and amenities. All the staff are super friendly and helpful and great with the 24 hour front desk. Very nice cafe/restaurant on the ground floor with outside space for coffee and breakfast in the morning. Incredible value for money - I couldn’t believe it! Will deffinatley stay again.
Since my room was on the ground floor I did get some noise in the morning from people moving around the hotel and slamming doors so if you are a light sleeper aim for a higher floor.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay at the hotel. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. I appreciated the complimentary coffee, tea, apples, bananas, and biscuits available at all times, which added a nice touch to the overall experience. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, making it feel like a home away from home. Breakfast was delightful and truly satisfying. Additionally, housekeeping was excellent; they promptly replaced sheets and towels whenever we requested them. Overall, it was a fantastic stay!
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room was quite small, and the narrow corridors felt like a maze, which was a bit disorienting. I wasn't thrilled about having to book gym time; while I understand that the space is limited, it wasn't the most convenient arrangement. To make matters more confusing, the three front desk agents had differing opinions on the gym's opening hours. It turned out that the gym is actually open 24/7, which surprised even the staff. Additionally, we arranged for a taxi to the airport through the front desk, but when we checked in the night before our departure, they had no record of our booking. Fortunately, they managed to resolve the issue in the end.

The hotel is lovely. Friendly staff, well equipped and with great and thoughtful facilities on offer. This includes the quality of the sheets, the little touches like a bamboo phone lockbox, spring water in the rooms, water filters in the hallways, etc. There was even a meditation station in the lobby. The bed was comfortable, the shower excellent and the feel of the room was clean and well thought out. Breakfast looked amazing but I had to leave early and didn't get a chance to eat. There was also a complementary sauna offered, within the hotel.
The room we had was very small. It was perfectly adequate for one night but would have been a struggle for much longer. I couldn't find any water filter in the hallways, though it was meant to be and probably was. The room guide suggested there would be a 'sleep kit' including sleep masks and sleep spray, but these weren't present in the room. Perhaps you had to request them but we did not get a chance. It was all minor and didn't detract from the stay.

This place has the level of customer service that you expect from a decent central London hotel. Exceptional. The staff go above and beyond. The rooms are small by equivalent standards in other parts of the country but I was upgraded to a double room so I had a room size I could cope with. And whoever Christos is, I cannot thank you enough! I tried to find you to thank you but no-one seemed to know who you were lol! The shower is great, bathroom is small but perfectly formed. You get a free dressing gown to wear and the place is spotlessly clean. Also to make up for the size, there are loads of clever storage ideas to put your stuff away, like under the bed and lots of shelf space in the bathroom. The area is lovely (it's W2 so very near Hyde Park and pretty parts of London) and if you request parking on the day you are likely to get it and it's right outside the hotel. The breakfast is mainly vegetarian so I went locally to get a breakfast but again the quality is high I'm sure. You are SO CLOSE to tonnes of lovely eateries of all different international delicacies. I chose a Lebanese restaurant nearby and it was fab. It's also about a 6 minute walk to Paddington Station. I was a woman on my own and I felt totally safe. And if you are worried about anything or need help finding somewhere the staff with help! They're amazing!
The double bed is really quite a small size if you were to go as a couple, so bear this is mind. Also the breakfast is pricy but then so is everywhere around there!

Staff at Inhabit front desk could not have been more helpful, particularly when our Uber ran late. Two gentlemen there went out of their way to help us track driver and did - much to our relief. Our check-in was also seamless. Friendly, polite and pleasant member of staff made it a first rate experience. Cosy, comfortable and clean room and a super breakfast the following morning. Lovely staff at breakfast also. Highly recommend Inhabit and would return in an instant should we be staying in that area of London again. Well done everyone there.

Location was great, 10 minute walk to Paddington Station just make sure you take the correct exit. So perfect for the Heathrow express. Lovely bakery around the corner for breakfast and a traditional pub. We traveled everywhere via the tube. Hotel has a great philosophy about sustainability. Had filtered water and free fruit and percolated coffee near reception that you could help yourself to. We got there early and left our bags at reception and when we got back they had been taken to our room.
One small issue was that the plug for the hairdryer was near the bed and the mirror was on the opposite wall. Could be solved by putting a small mirror near the plug.

Nice and clean, and very convenient for the city centre. In room facilities could have been slightly better . No iron or fridge for example. The food in the restaurant was excellent
