The location is absolutely "spot-on". Walk exactly 2 blocks out of Paddington and you can easily locate the hotel. The area is very beautiful, peaceful and not secluded. Lots of places to eat and do basic groceries. The Hyde Park is right behind, about 7-8 minutes walk. My daughter and me walked there. Again, two undergrounds, Marble Arch and Lancaster Gate are near the Hyde Park. The room and bathroom were great. Small room but not suffocating. Very intelligently done with lots of storage space. The room was cleaned, towels and sheets replaced the second day. Thanks to Hillary for being so warm and sweet at breakfast. Kevin at the main desk was very very friendly and warm.

The breakfast was very basic. This could do with some work. No fruit at all. A little more on the menu and extended time would be appreciated.

I would highly recommend the KingswayPark hotel - the location is superb, 2 min walk to Paddington metro station. Walking distance to the supermarket if needed, a few good spots to eat nearby. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. The room was comfortable enough and had 1 extra bed we did not use. Complimentary soft drinks were provided on arrival. The breakfast was cooked to order with a continental option available. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great location and lovely hot English breakfast. Was a tight fit for a family but great to have our own beds.

The first thing I’d highlight is the location. You’re just a 5-minute walk from Paddington Station, which connects to key underground lines—especially the new Elizabeth Line, which links all the important parts of the city. You can get to the hotel quickly from almost anywhere. Next, the staff are truly kind and welcoming. The receptionists are well-prepared, and if you arrive before check-in (2:00 PM), you can leave your luggage at the front desk and head out to enjoy the city. You can return anytime—there’s always someone at reception. You just fill out a short form, and that’s it. No extra fees, no special conditions. The same goes for check-out: you simply return your room key and get a warm goodbye. You really feel welcome here. My room was on the top floor, accessible via typically narrow British carpeted stairs—which I didn’t mind. The room was clean, tidy, and well-equipped. The bathroom with shower and toilet was small but sufficient, and there was plenty of hot water. The bed was wide enough, though the high mattress had a bit of a bounce I had to get used to. My window faced the street, but I didn’t hear any noise at night. Breakfast is served in a small basement room. A very kind lady offers a traditional English breakfast with eggs, tomato beans, potato rosti, bacon, and sausages. You can toast white or brown bread. There’s also a vegetarian option, where she’ll ask how many eggs you’d like. You can spread butter or jam on your toast, or grab some cornflakes. Drinks include orange or apple juice (100%), coffee, and tea. Since we’re in Britain, I’d recommend the tea. 🙂 Greetings to the gentlemen at reception—and thank you for the lovely stay and the donuts!

The only downside worth mentioning is the thin walls. If someone is chatting in the room next door at night, you’ll hear it. Same if someone slams a door on your floor. But I feel this is common in most city hotels.

The location was 5 minutes walk to Hyde Park and Paddington Rail Station. Full English breakfast was good. Cleanliness was perfect both at breakfast and in the room. We had instant coffee, tea and a tea pot in the room refilled daily. The room was ok in size and we also had a beautiful fireplace. Staff was helpful and nice. We really enjoyed our stay!

It was a bit cold in the room. We visited at the beginning of November and the heating was not turned on. But the blankets were really warm. The bathroom was ok in size, but the faucet at the bathtub worked a bit bad. My husband had to help the child to close it.

Location excellent couple mins walk both from Paddington station as well as Hyde park, very close and well connected to all the sights both via buses and tube. Also as solo traveler neighbourhood felt safe and cosy even later in the evening, also was quiet in the evening. Hotel itself is in a 4 storey old building well maintained and authentic. Check in and check out were very quick and staff pleasant, it was possible to leave luggage before check in/ after check out. Breakfast had good choice and very tasty - full english (or its variations as per guest requests), as well as cereal options, coffee, tea and orange juice. Room was kept clean every day, bed and pillows comfortable, towels and toiletries provided, as well as coffee/tea maker and cups.

The only downsize is the room and bathroom size which could be a struggle for some.

We traveled with the family of 3. The room was spacious enough, we didn't have any trouble with the space. The beds were comfortable, clean, and cosy despite the fact that they were not new. We had the trash bins cleaned everyday, which is positive. Shower was working well, nice hot water. The toilet paper was added up every day:)) The room was warm and had a big screen tv ( though we didn't watch it much, it was a good add on). A separate bravo and kudos for breakfast. It's not the first time I stay in London, but mostly there were no meals at all or super basic. During this stay, the breakfast was great! Nice English Breakfast + unlimited coffee, juice, toasts with jam. Loved it!. Thanks to the charming Spanish cook lady xx The reception staff was kind, polite and helpful! Thank you guys for being so attentive to the customers. The hotel is situated in a lovely area, very close to Paddington station and many bus stops. Or you can even enjoy the walk in Hyde park and investigate the surroundings by foot. I enjoyed the stay very much! Will definitely return.

Everything was great! My only comment is - when 3 people stay, would be awesome to get 3 shampoos and 3 shower gels:) Not 1. The rest no complaints at all.

The best thing about this hotel is the staff, they couldn’t do enough to make our stay comfortable and helped in any way possible which definitely made a difference to our visit. Being able to park right outside the hotel made a difference to us too.

The breakfast. It was a very small room and there was one member of staff trying to keep everything topped up and keep the guests happy so she was very busy. The staff members English wasn’t great and when we asked what came on the full English she couldn’t understand us but it was fine as we just had it how it came. It was very basic but ok.

Though the room is quite small, the location is great and the breakfast is adequate with this price. Definitely will stay next time.

Need to take the luggages upstairs.

Great location near Paddington station! Many local shops for dining and drinking nearby at the end of the day. The hotel is an old building with a narrow staircase and the rooms are not very big , but the beds - most important thing for me - are big and comfortable and the pillows fluffy. We had a room on the first floor with a lovely view. They offered a full English breakfast and the basics such as coffee, tea, toast, jam, cereal etc. which was more than we could eat. The stuff was friendly and helpful - always with a smile!

There was not a coat hanger in the room except for the closet, which was small for three people.
