Very clean and lovely building, room was beautiful and went above and beyond for a birthday booking with wine, chocolate, cake and a card being left in the room.

We accidentally left behind something in the room, after 3 calls to the hotel we were told nothing was found and to email housekeeping who still have not responded to us. The item was defiantly left in the room. Very difficult to get our item returned or found.

Everything was 10/10 from spa to room to breakfast

Other customers using phone in spa which made it very uncomfortable for myself as phones were out while as spa we wanted to relax and enjoy our stay, and sock worn at spa did make strange

Check in was very efficient and I was upgraded to an executive room in the 14th floor where the views of the Gherkin & Shard were amazing! Room was large and can with a lounge area and the bathroom was equipped with White Company toiletries. Breakfast was great with a huge selection available and the staff easily accommodated you. Had dinner at the hotel one evening and the restaurant staff were amazing and made me feel most welcome. I also used the indoor pool area which was nice & relaxing after a hard days walking. Having an executive room gave you a pass to an executive lounge which was fully stocked and you could use at your leisure. This is an amazing hotel and one of the best I’ve ever stayed in. The staff are a credit to this place as each and every one of them make your stay incredible welcoming. I’m looking forward to coming back in the near future!

I couldn’t fault this place at all. I loved everything.

It's impressive in one word. I can describe this hotel as Wow.To be honest, I have not seen a better hotel than this one. It simply beats all my favorites..The people here are very nice, the whole team, all the hotel workers, they all have a radiant smile, are very polite and the hotel seems big, but there is no fuss, there is a lot of space for everyone..You are not going, I was impressed at all. So I did not know how long I would stay there. It is like a private luxury, but they transferred it here to this hotel. You are great, guys, I admire you.. Very good bar, very good restaurant. People work. Here are excellent. All specialists bartender. Just fantastic cocktail was very tasty. I liked everything..The rooms are perfectly clean, the bathroom shines as if it was polished, I don’t know, for 100 years, and then given to you guests..The design of the hotel is incomparable, I am a designer myself. I have good taste. And I was amazed by this taste, of course, thank you very much and Bravo to those architects who created this miracle..There is a very beautiful church nearby. You can always go there to pray if you feel bad or sad or if you want to make a very good profitable deal. God will hear you And you will receive what you ask for. This hotel is like a Pearl in London. I recommend it to absolutely everyone, families, businessmen, and couples in love. Everyone will find something here. This hotel has something for itself. London can be proud of this hotel. It is really cool.I want to thank you with all my heart and the whole team that works. Here, managers all those who created this architect for this miracle, Thank you very much. And of course, we will see each other again. I will definitely come here. This is just fantastic, not a hotel.

Even the most fastidious person will not find a remark here, everything is fine.

Stayed for my partners 30th birthday & was lovely would 100% return. Arrived to a nice glass of bubbly at the entrance then the room had a surprise cake which tasted very good, chocolates & wine with the view of the shard/gherkin ect. We were given a complimentary upgrade to the executive room & they included breakfast too at no extra cost which was delicious. We used the pool & sauna area in the evening and again the next morning which was lovely & relaxing also included in the stay! Room is cosy, bath is huge, Beds were huge & comfortable, staff were very nice & the location is good too! The late checkout was good too!

Only tiny downfall is between certain times there’s quite a few children in the pool/sauna area but when we went in the morning around 11:30 it was a lot quieter!

I accidentally booked the wrong Leonardo hotel as we always prefer to stay at the London City one purely due to proximity to the tube but this location was still close enough (a short 5 minute walk) Hotel smells divine whenever you enter and we love the fruity water always on offer in reception.

I did not like that there is no mini fridge available to use in the rooms. There are only locked fridges that require a deposit to open, but act as a minibar and not a functional fridge. I had medication that needed to stay refrigerated so this was a huge inconvenience. I always struggle with bathrooms that are not greatly ventilated. This one wasn’t bad but would always be nicer if it could feel a little fresher. Also the taps were confusing so I initially thought we had no hot water. Not the hotels fault though. They sent someone to assist me

I booked this hotel for my Girlfriend’s birthday and it did not disappoint.. We paid extra and upgraded to the Executive King Room and I’m glad we did. The room was a great size and absolutely spotless. Also, the views of London were outstanding from our bedroom window. I asked the hotel to organise Strawberries and Balloons for the room which were reasonably priced. Upon arrival, we were gifted 2 drinks vouchers and there was also an added bottle of wine and a card in the room waiting for us. All members of staff were exceptional and always smiling.. Special thanks to Merula for the complementary drinks vouchers and also to Norman who gave us late checkout free of charge on our day of departure. We will definitely be back.

This hotel is very well situated, 5 minutes from Tower Hill and Aldgate tube stations. It is also very near major attractions like the Tower bridge and near the City and St Catharine’ s docks. We were upgraded to executive room which was OK but near a noisy service lift and too cold. We asked to change the room and the second room on 14th floor was just great with beautiful views over London, spacious and much better than first one. Executive lounge is nice for a small rest/ break with coffee, small canapés,cold drinks. Pool was fine, added value during the summer if you come with kids. Breakfast was good. I also appreciate the attitude of the staff in the reception. We stayed before in Leonardo St Paul’ s which i like because of the surroundings but this one is a great alternative.

The furniture will need some upgrade . When we asked for the maintenance to check why the room was cold even if we switched off the ac, the guy said he would come back to us the same evening but nothing happened.

The room was spacious and had sufficient space to unpack our luggage into drawers and hang clothing, which was appreciated for our week-long stay. I appreciated the room being tidied every day when we came back from sight seeing and even took advantage of the bath to help with my tired feet and legs after many hours of walking around London. We booked with breakfast included, which was a bit pricey, but very good each day. The beds and pillows were very comfortable.

This location is a little further from the Tube stations than I would have liked, but was almost equally distant from 3 different lines, which meant it was also a good thing at times. I wasn't a fan of the scrambled eggs on the breakfast buffet, but otherwise breakfast was really nice.
