The room was very comfortable and very well appointed. The sound proofing was amazing, you couldn't even talk to someone in the bathroom if the door wasn't wide open. Having a small fridge was a total bonus 130m to Earls Court tube station, which is so convenient to access the other attraction in London. Very good pubs, cafes and restaurants in the area. Thames is a 15-20 minute walk

I booked a twin room, and although we'll appointed, it was small but very functional and well laid out No lift maybe an issue for some

We had a deluxe twin room which was a very good size. The beds were comfortable and our room faced the back so it was quiet. Our room had a kettle, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, safe, fridge and a tv. It was also a good size. The bedroom and bathroom were very clean. It was 1 minute walk from Earls Court station where the Picadilly line goes straight into the theatre district. We arrived a couple of hours before check in to drop off our bags but the room was ready so we were able to check in. We also left our bags for several hours after check out.

There was nothing I didn't like and I would definitely stay here again.

The underground station was right next to it, didnt take long to get anywhere, Many food options close by like bakery’s like paul or greggs or pret a manger for breakfast and restaurants for lunch and dinner. Also a drug store close by. Rooms were clean.

Everything was perfect except for the fact that even tho we had the „Do-Not-Disturb“ sign on, someone would ring our doorbell EVERY morning ruining my sleep. Don‘t know if it was staff or other guests being annoying. (we usually got back late and wanted to sleep it but someone kept waking us up)

- The single person room was very efficiently organised with a surprisingly spacious bathroom. - Great location very near a tube station and a short tube ride away from central London

- The safe in the room was tiny and could not fit even a small laptop. - The room was very clean, but there is still a little bit of room for improvement. The space under the bed wasn't vacuumed even though it was easily reachable. Some harder to reach places like the top of the wardrobe could also use occasional cleaning.

Great location, super close to a great tube station with two lines. Nearby grocery store. Lots of quick lunch and dinner options, great to start the day or after a long day. Lots of shopping neraby as well. Quiet rooms. Wireless charger and usb ports available, loved it as I forgot an adapter for the trip. Overall I would stay here again

Bathroom wasn’t as clean as I expected. Small rooms.

Great location.One minute away from the metro station, around the hotel you have many food options (fast food,asian and italian cousine). Also there are many mini markets.Thee staff was kind. Many thanks to the gentleman who was working in the afternoon on 11/13 who picked up my suitcase to the third floor.

There is no elevator. The ventilation in the bathroom works non-stop with noise, you can hear it even with the door closed and the hair dryer was broken.

Very friendly staff. Very near to tube station. Clean comfortable room. Good value for money.

This was not a problem for us but the blind over the window did let some light in. Difficult to alter as there was not room for curtains. But if you need complete darkness to sleep this rooms not for you

Perfectly located a few steps from the metro. Rooms were clean and well equipped. I have been to London 3x this year and this hotel has the best quality price ratio. It is so worth the price you pay. If you are a Doctor Who fan it is also super close to the Tardis ;)

Very close to Earls Court Tube. Overall feel of the hotel was modern, and relatively newly fitted out. Proper cups for the tea and coffee! Staff were pleasant and helpful. Good value for money.

There was no lift. The TV was faulty.

Check-in was smooth and the staff was very helpful! The room was clean and there was daily housekeeping. Bathroom was also clean and spacious! The close proximity of the Earl Court train station made commuting very easy! This was a good experience which provided great value for money!
