The room given to me was comfortable and clean. Location was very convenient as it was located very near to the tube (about a 3 minute walk) and it was very accessible to many other underground lines. Check-in was very easy and the receptionists are helpful and friendly. Also a value for money, given its location and felt very safe as a solo female traveler.
The room was a little tiny for one person. When I opened my luggage, it was difficult to walk as there was no space.

This is a budget property. The prices are low (for London) - location in Earls Court is EXCELLENT. Our room looked over the rear garden. BRILLIANT. The resident FOX we saw a couple of days! And noise from Underground - no problem!
Because of having so many people wanting to stay there - the breakfast area can be crazy. Also design of bathroom could be better (its major work - but switching the toilet / shower would have been better. Also a 60cm square shower would have been way better- the 60cm triangle is very awkward? The carpet has seen better days. On the stairs to Lower Ground the carpets stretched - so a fall is a risk! In the room the carpet is also on its last legs. IT IS WHAT IT IS a budget option in London!

Location- lots of cafes/ restaurants nearby. it’s brilliant being so close to Earl’s Court tube station, central- easy to get to all main attractions in London. Easy to get to Heathrow. The reception area is good, nice having a spacious seating area with tea/ coffee and water. Any staff I was in contact with- reception / house keeping were very friendly/ professional. I always appreciate having a kettle/ coffee, in hotel room. Bed was comfortable, modern bathroom. Good that hairdryer supplied/ hand wash etc
I stayed in the annex part, everywhere was spotless cleanliness wise, but perhaps some of the carpets could do with being updated.

I loved the convenience to the stores and pubs. Very close to the tube. Considering the busy feeling of the area the street where the hotel was located was pretty quiet. For a solo traveler as myself for just a brief stay, It was perfect and suited my needs very well. Maybe just maybe I was under the impression I was getting a better room on a different floor but really no complaints because I was there for just a very short visit, it was fine. Completely quiet and private. I would’ve liked to see more offerings for breakfast, maybe more than assortment of fruits and muffins and such. The reception area was very welcoming with coffee and tea service all day. I enjoyed hanging out in the reception area looking at my photos of the day and making my calls. The music was very pleasant. The reception area was very welcoming. Tatiana was especially helpful taking some photos of me since I am a solo traveler and wasn’t able to get nice pictures. She helped me out and was very sweet. There was an issue on my last night in town with an inoperable toilet luckily there are facilities on the main floor. Maintenance wasn’t scheduled in the evening so very luckily there were facilities on the main floor for my use. It would’ve been nice to be shown to my room when I checked in I’m not savvy with the way some hotels work and I couldn’t see how to turn the lights on. Apparently, you have to insert this card into a reader, but I had to go down to the lobby to ask them for help my point is that upon checking in, someone should have really brought me through the place to show me around. That would’ve been a really nice touch. It wouldn’t hurt to leave a box of tissues in the room also.

One of the best locations, super close to central London and Gatwick Airport. The street is super quiet at any time, even after 11 p.m., which surprised us a lot. It's also super close to the subway station. The bed was comfortable too and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The room was also clean and tidy. Breakfast was also good but they could add a little more fruit. There was shampoo and shower gel available in case we didn't have any. Towels are also available.
They could add a flexible shower in addition to the fixed one they already have.

Amazing cozy hotel in a good location (20 mins walking distance to the Olympia exhibition centre, which was my go to destination during this business trip), super friendly and helpful staff, the room was spacious and comfy, very clean and well equipped. I had free tea in the room, also a free bottle of water each day. The towels smelled so good, it is rather an exception during my travels around the world, so this really made me happy. Breakfast was simple but nice, I liked the coffee. Super great value for the money, I was really happy and satisfied with this hotel and will definitely come back once again in London. Higly recommend.
The only thing was that the walls are a bit thin and you can hear whats happening in the the hallway, especially in the morning when the cleaning beginns. But that's just a minor issue, I am a light sleeper and I slept very well.

The room was very clean (you can choose if you want your room cleaned everyday). They also bring you new water bottles and fresh towels everyday. The beds were very comfortable, but if you’re taller the bed can be somewhat too short, but it wasn’t a big issue. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great and there’s coffee and tea available 24/7. The location is great, it’s 2 minutes away from the underground and you can smoke in front of the hotel. Our room was at the basement level so it can get a little loud sometimes when people enter the hallway.

The location is excellent, with Earl's Court station just around the corner, and the area is nice, with small restaurants and shops. Perfect for activities in central London and also for travelling to and from Heathrow airport. The breakfast was good, with a varied selection of food on offer, the premises were clean and well looked after. My room was clean and comfortable, but small (a fact more than a problem), the bathroom was well cleaned and seemed recently renovated, with a good supply of toiletries and a hair dryer.
The room was windowless. There was a small window in the ceiling, but it was covered up in a permanent way.
