The location of the hotel was perfect to explore notting hill, the service at the hotel was great, the staff super friendly. If you want suggestions on food places,places to visit or even where to go shopping, the staff will be more than happy to recommend great options. The room was very clean and you get clean towels every day. Furthermore, if by any chance your flight is at noon and the check out is at 11:00, you can leave your suitcases there and they will keep it safe for you till you have to go to the airport. Would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

There wasn’t much I didn’t like, but if I had to mention something maybe it would be that the walls are thin and you can hear peoppe going up -downstairs.

The best thing about this hotel is value for money considering it's central London! My friend and I went to a concert so just needed a place to sleep for the night so didn't want to spend a lot of money on accommodation. Okay, so the hotel is a bit outdated without much new tech, but the staff were really friendly and made us feel very welcome. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The wi-fi was fine. The location is excellent - just a few minutes walk from Notting Hill Gate, grocery shops and nightlife.

The beds were a bit hard, but comfortable enough.

The beds are not too big in family room. A nice walk upstairs. It was ok for us but someone might find it hard to get up top

I had been worried as Id read a lot of the reviews. London is very expensive so the price for accommodation reflects that. The booking.com system of booking at a higher price to secure room but then holding the money from your account anyway defeats the purpose of paying on the day and reflected badly on the premises - very unfair of booking.com as the hotel was great. Dont believe every review you read! I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel and would recommend it

Great location! Spacious room with high ceilings, comfy mattress and pillows. We stayed in room n. 10, we had a fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle with hot drinks mono-doses. Small bathroom, but ok with hot water coming immediately. Plenty of clean towels, spare blankets and pillows. Modern, decently decorated. Spacious wardrobe and chest of drawers. There was enough space to have an extra cot bed and still more room left. Very clean. Heaters and fans. Would definitely visit again.

Check in a bit late till max 2pm. A bit pricey.. but that's London!

The location was perfect since it is not in the middle of the city but you can be everywhere in 15/30 minutes by public transport. The staff was really nice and helpfull. The room itself was quite small but thats expected in london, definitely doable! Room was clean and there are extra pillows, the bed was quite comfortable aswell

Nothing to complain about, only thing to consider is that when you leave the hotel you will have to leave the card of your room at the desk.

Reasonably comfortable room on a quiet side street. Helpful staff. I was also able to leave my bags after check out and collect them later in the day. It's the usual for London accommodation: rooms are relatively small, accessed via stairs, and there is no A/C. I think this is fine and to be expected in the area. This hotel had opened the window to cool down the room, and there was a fan, which was good.

There was a nasty musty smell from the bathroom. The room itself was very tidy and sparkling clean, so I figure this was from the drains. The wifi signal was mostly good, but it dropped out completely for a while while I was on a Zoom meeting.

The staff were amazing, extremely friendly and helpful. We got a free upgrade which was an added bonus thanks to the kind gentleman at reception. The location was ideal close to most attractions. The room was clean and tidy with plenty of towels, shower gels, soaps, hairdryers, extra pillows and blankets. We had a restful night, thank you!
