Excellent location, really lively area and 3 underground lines connecting with other parts of London. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. We loved the room which was nice and clean, AC perfectly working, really good shower pressure and everything we needed, including tea in the room. Breakfast was delivered to us so could have a quick brekkie in bed before going out. Really pleased with our stay and will definitely return.

Can't think of anything we didn't like

All of the staff is great, friendly and very kind. During check in amazing Aranit warmly received us and he noticed that we had a big luggage and some backpacks and the room we have booked was a small one. He was the kindest and very thoughtful to upgrade us to a much bigger room where we would have all the space we need. In the morning we asked if we can have our breakfast earlier than the time we had agreed and they kindly brought it to our room immediately. During checking out, Naeem very kindly helped us by storing our luggage for few hours in the reception. We thank them all and we would definitely book this accommodation again.

The hotel is in a great location, with shops, groceries, the metro, and a gorgeous park all within walking distance. The hotel itself is housed within two separate entrances around the corner from each other with the reception being in one. The rooms are small but cosy and have all the amenities, including tra/coffee and a light breakfast delivered to your door at the agreed hour in the morning. Very comfortable beds, an excellent shower, and a powerful AC.

Would be great to have something hot included in the breakfast options, although realising the difficulty with the delivery.

The staff were all very kind! I also liked the convenience to the trains. The scheduled complimentary breakfast was fun!

The rooms are very small and the air conditioning didn’t work too well. It cooled only to a comfortable warm. We were staying in a building with no lift, which was okay for us but I don’t think that information was obvious on the description. We were asked upon check in if we had any mobility issues and were told at that time there were no lifts. So I assume they would have accommodated us if we did have any mobility issues. All the staff were very friendly.

Perfect place to stay if you’re in London and will be out of the hotel room a lot. Well connected area, easy to get to. The staff are super friendly, I was welcomed by Aranit who was incredibly kind and hospitable! I’ve stayed here a couple times and it suited me very well especially if travelling alone or as a couple.

No mini fridge in rooms is my only real drawback. Also, One of the portions of the hotel has a separate entrance that does not have a lift as well so if you have mobility issues I recommend corresponding with the front desk to make sure you can be sorted.

Great air conditioning! A cool skylight that you could close to have it dark to sleep in if you wanted. Very clean. Nice bathroom. There is a safe in the room. Wonderful and responsive staff.

Literally, the only thing that could use improvement would be maybe a little more walking room but it was all great. This had everything we needed plus some. The staff was superb! There were nice, responsive, and even humorous. It was clean, comfortable, provided basic necessities for us plus extras: They even provided a breakfast that was brought every morning. We loved the bathroom and cool skylight.

Being mobility impaired the staff went above and beyond to help me with my luggage, very supportive and attentive. The room was awesome and had everything I needed for a one night stay, its amenities were exactly as listed in the hotel description. Very comfy bed and a perfectly adjusted A/C during the heatwave in London. Some great spots to shop and eat out right around the corner and the hotel is not far from the Apollo Hammersmith. I’ll definitely be back if I come to this area of the city again.

It is a small hotel, with small rooms, but the every day cleaningness was outstanding! Although the surroundings are on a central street, the room (our room at least) was quiet, since there was a modern skylight rather than a window, with electronic steering. The same with the "curtains" covering it. Bathroom was very nice, modern and clean. Location close to shopping places, super market, pharmacy, and 5 minutes walking from Hammersmith underground. With good connection to 3 underground lines. Hammersmith metro station is split in two.

The only negative side of the hotel was everything that had to do with Breakfast. It was included, but the hotel lacked the restaurant facilities, meaning we were getting a breakfast bag per person in the room. And since the room was rather small, (we knew that beforehand of course) it was rather inconvenient. There was a coffee boiler in the room, but no beverage for the kids really. A butter croissant with a little nutella or butter (!?), a fruit yoghurt, a mini kellogs snack and a cranberry juice. The personell was quite polite to ask what could they do better, and they were quite receptive to my "comments". Perhaps I should have expressed that earlier to get the most out of it... Rooms span to 2 floors, but with no elevator...

The Seraphine Hotel was ideally placed near shops, tube stations and Pubs and eating places. The rooms had recently been renovated and was in an immaculate condition. The staff, Aranit was amazingly helpful and helped solve all our little problems with bookings, rooms and transportation..! He is a valuable asset to the Seraphine Hotel and he made our stay memorable and seamless! The only other feedback is regarding the breakfast pack. The banana , Danish pastry and Kellogs frosties are delicious. The apple was bland, tasteless and mediocre. Lift was new and roomy and top notch! Robert Chong Seng, Seychelles

Friendly receptionist (Aranit), that welcomed us. Water and shampoo provided, and cleaning was good, as the room was very clean when we enter and maintained during the day. Excellent location right in the heart of Hammersmith and closed to the underground and restaurants.

They could add sleepers and bigger body towels, as those provided were kinda small. Also pillow was uncomfortable, but that just me as I like my pillow really soft. Bfast comes to the room in a box or bag, could be skipped completely.
