The location was fantastic in a beautiful upmarket part of London. Front desk staff friendly.

The room was incredibly small. The shower was so small could only wash hair with one hand and squeeze into it. It was awful. We alerted the front desk as it was clearly a small double as our friends had a double despite us booking at the same time the same room details. The deposit taken was reflective of the price of a small double. It was just so small, so be careful what you book as the rooms are not reflective of the pictures. The manager refused to listen to our position.

The location of the hotel was perfect for us and we made good use of it e.g. walking to Hyde Park, going out for lunches (King Road) and dinner (at Cote connected to the hotel). The requested twin beds were fine and comfortable, and the aircon worked. The left luggage facility very useful. We were given a room at the back of the hotel which although did not have a view, was quiet (particularly appreciated as there were major pavement improvements being made in the square/at the front). The optional continental buffet breakfast is to be recommended if you are happy not to have a cooked breakfast (they do provide hard boiled eggs).

The wet-room bathroom was a bit strange as the whole floor got soaked during/after a shower, which wasn't great for using other parts of the bathroom e.g. basin, toilet and we were a bit worried about slipping - we used most of our towels up drying it up/preventing further 'flooding'. Complimentary bottled water would have been nice.

Luxurious hotel in a gorgeous part of London. Great location. Glass of complimentary champagne on arrival was a fantastic surprise. We were too early to check in on arrival, so left our luggage with concierge. It had already been taken to our room when we checked in later. Loved this, was a lovely touch. We booked the smallest room, but was enough for us, lovely comfy bed. All staff we really helpful, and smiley. We stayed in July as we were going to the Wimbledon tennis final, the tube station went straight to Wimbledon station, which was a big plus. Can't wait to book again for our next visit to London. We were room only, so didn't get to taste breakfast

Bathroom door didn't close fully. Which wasn't the best, when you needed to use the toilet, in a small room

Comfy room and bed. Fabulous breakfast options... even the ingredients to make a Bloody Mary! Lovely staff, very helpful. Fantastic location with underground station and taxi rank within yards and yet overlooking a leafy square. Cote Brasserie next door with access through the hotel lobby is a real bonus. Would happily live there! 😊

Re room 100. Easier access to the workings of the shower and taps of the bath.. the fixed shower screen made it quite awkward. Having the basin in the room lobby rather than in the bathroom was a little odd.. and it was far too high off the ground for me at 5ft 4ins!

The bed was extremely comfy i didn't want to leave ! I got a view of the square which was lovely as it had the perfect little book style window seating. Bathroom was nice, shower is lovely with the rain option or hand held as well as a bath. Staff were very friendly and informative as well as a lovely underground speakeasy club with vinyl records and selections of cocktails and other drinks.

One of the usb plugs didn't seem to work but had plenty other ports to plug in. I couldn't find information on how much the breakfast buffet in the lounge was until after they took my hotel number so I got charged £20 for not a lot of options on the selection. Room service was appealing however it was a £5 to place order ontop of 12.5% service charge in very fine print which i nearly missed.

I wasn't aware of the reputation of Sloane Square before I booked the hotel, and I have only been made aware of it since coming home and people telling me. So I experienced my stay here without any preconceptions and I think this added to the enjoyment. We were visiting to see Much Ado at the Theatre Royal, Cursed Child at London Palace Theatre, and to do parkrun. The Location of the hotel was excellent; a quiet square with a few café-bars, a lovely tree lined square, an underground station, yet it felt as though we were somewhere in Paris! The room was light and airy, beautifully decorated, with high ceiling, luxurious bedding and all the amenities one could want. From the moment we were greeted, to our check out, we were made to feel welcome and valued as guests, and the presentation of the hotel by its staff was top class. We dined in the restaurant and the food was delicious, and at a price we would expect for the area. The breakfast was a generous buffet/continental style with so much choice I can't put it all here. Suffice to say, there was something for everyone and the waiting staff were polite and helpful without being overbearing. (Only one thing marred the breakfast and it was no fault of the hotel. An "influencer/vlogger" decided to livestream, which was rude, intrusive and disruptive, and especially disrespectful to a family who were visiting from France. I think if I'd have been staying longer and experienced it again the following day, I would have complained to the management.) The breakfast room on the 1st floor was again beautifully appointed and to eat from china plates was a treat! The toiletries available in the room were Elemis Spa, and they were very nice to use, and the comfortable dressing gowns and slippers also added to the experience.

Nothing needs to be changed, our stay was absolutely perfect.

What can I say - I booked this for my parents coming to visit and they really, really impressed. They were upgraded from a double to a junior suite and a bottle of prosecco was awaiting them in the room. Not only the room was technologically impressive with a TV in the bed and electric blinds, but the amenities were incredible too. The staff were always on hand to help and I'm genuinely impressed at how comfortable they made the stay.

I'm sad I can't stay there myself more often.

I have family that lives in Sloane Square - so this hotel was right by their side, but also super accessible to all areas in central London. You're a short walk away from Kings Road where there's tons of shopping, restaurants and bars. There's also Harrods down the road and a plethora of shopping and parks - but in addition to that, you're right by the tube station and bus stops/taxi stands if needed too! The area is super safe, and the staff were incredibly friendly. We stayed initially at one of their smaller rooms and loved how quaint it was (but very small), our second stay was in a bigger sized room and was also super comfortable. 10/10 would recommend even though on the pricier side - you're basically paying for the cleanliness, luxury and access from the hotel to everywhere.

My only 'complaint' if that was the price tag (I understand London and that area specifically is expensive), but it was a lot more for the size of the initial room we stayed in.

My Husband & I stayed at Sloane Square hotel for 2 nights. It is a beautiful hotel, in a great location of Chelsea. The staff were very helpful, particularly Stuart. The hotel is currently having work done on the ground floor, but the staff still made it a pleasant stay & we were made aware of this 2 days prior. We were offered complimentary drinks & snacks throughout our stay & had no issues getting around the hotel. The reception area was moved upstairs & you couldn’t hear the work being done. Our room was lovely & clean. Comfy bed, smart tv, good aircon & lovely view of Sloane Square. We loved our stay & would stay again! Highly recommend!

Our coffee machine in the room didn’t work, other than that there was nothing we did not like!

Staff were all friendly and helpful. Ideal location for a concert at Cadogan Hall. Cote restaurant next door, and not far from tube station. Good sized room with complementary tea and coffee, a mini bar. Well supplied with toiletries. The room and the hotel facilities clean and welcoming and well maintained.

Room on the cool side and despite upping the thermostat, there was no noticeable improvement. Shower was lukewarm on maximum setting. Coffee machine wired in and awkward to reach. Only little niggles though and they certainly didn’t spoil our stay.
