The staff are really nice, especially Cash. He is very friendly and offers helpful tips and suggestions on things to do, places to visit, where to eat, and how to get around on public transport. Even though breakfast isn't offered, they do provide croissants, assorted pastries and coffee — everything was very tasty

We got the top-floor bedroom, which was very small for three beds. There was no space for luggage, and the bathroom was tiny. There is no lift in the building, so we had to carry our own luggage up four floors via a very narrow and steep stairway. I would recommend requesting a room on one of the lower floors if you're carrying large suitcases.

The welcome was very lovely. I was assisted getting my bags to my room. I opted for a smal single room and although quite compact the room had everything I needed including tea making facilities and fridge. The continental breakfast offering was a nice way to head off for the day. The location of the Melita is excellent. Not far from Victoria station and a couple of options for the underground. Not far from supermarkets and good eateries. I stayed in a hotel not far from the Melitia 2 years ago, the Melitia outshone other hotel. I would highly recommend the Melita for a central London stay.

I have no issues whatsoever with the Melita

The staff was exceptionally accommodating and the location is in a very nice neighbourhood - a very characteristic and charming area. The complimentary pastries and coffee in the morning were a very pleasant surprise.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable and wonky, and the flooring was uneven in some parts of the room I was assigned to.

The location is great for my office destination in Victoria providing a short, brisk walk to and fro. There are plenty of restaurants and bars in the streets between central Victoria and Pimlico if you need them and a well stocked supermarket. The staff I met were polite and helpful (most are if you are the same), the room clean and equipped perfectly adequately for a business stopover. A bonus is that Pimlico is quiet considering its proximity to the West End.

Nothing I didn't like but I would mention that the room was small (the bathroom even smaller!), so if you intended to spend any time there, you might want to upgrade. The shower was a bit feeble but did the job and the mattress not the most comfortable. Nothing here is a cause for complaint, particularly when considering value for money.

It’s in a great, quiet location. The staff are lovely, had many great chats with the receptionist and a few other staff members, and had the pleasure to meet the 93 year old Maltese owner of this hotel, of which he named this hotel after. You can walk to a lot of important sites, and the underground is not too far away. You also get to have a free coffee and freshly baked pastries every morning from 7:30-9am. Pretty neat. You can get your room cleaned daily, and the staff are so so nice. It’s pretty safe and trustworthy.

The rooms are tiny and cramped, but that’s what to be expected in London, especially in Westminister, to be honest.

It was my third stay at The Melita, my husband booked it on my behalf and everything was as expected but with a new addition to the team. The staff members are very much a team, working together like a family, and are so friendly and welcoming but this newest recruit seemed to go above and beyond, always seen to be helping guests and letting me know he was there if I needed anything. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and it’s very quiet at night. Each time I have stayed, I have been on my own and I have felt very safe and secure there. It is in a great location for exploring the whole of London with all Victoria Stations only a 10 minute walk away.

I came here to meet up with one of my closest friends- we both live opposite sides of the country and needed a place to stay last minute, and the Melita exceeded our expectations. Everyone we spoke to was friendly and welcoming (we even got some complimentary pastries despite missing the time slot for them) The hotel is in the perfect spot for both tourist attractions, and going off the beaten path and having an explore. The room itself was everything we needed it to be, a comfy place to stay whilst we explored the city. Thank you to everyone we met for a lovely stay!

The staff were the best. Very friendly and welcome, greeting me every morning with coffee and pastries. The room was small but comfortable, clean and quiet. Good bathroom lighting. Good room amenities. The location was about walking 8 mins from Pimlico Station and 15 mis from Victoria Stations, so decently located. Lots of good restaurant choices in walking distance.

I wish my booking said it was a basement room, but there was a window in to a courtyard and got plenty of natural light and fresh air.

The concessionary coffee and pastries were very nice every morning. Overall it's in a great location, I slept quite well, and I did not notice too much noise. The shower and taps had hot water which I really appreciate as I really like hot running water and a hot shower. The kettle and fridge were excellent for my needs, the fridge is an excellent idea. Nice friendly staff. I would probably return to the same hotel in the future. I would also recommend this hotel.

I think an actual breakfast service would have been nice. Perhaps the design of the bathroom could be altered. The sink was very close to the toilet and the shower cubicle was a little on the small side. The sink and shower could do with a little more water pressure. Paintwork perhaps a little dated, could do with a little work possibly.

Clean comfy room, nice area and convenient for Victoria station, warm pastries and coffee very good. Friendly staff. Well laid out room.

It would be handy to have two key cards when two people are staying in the room - most hotels don't do this but it's awkward when one person needs to pop out because you need to keep the card for the power to stay on in the room.
