- The entertainment and restaurants/bars are amazing. No need to hit the city. - Live music almost the entire day!!! - Best gym i have ever seen - even high level kettlebells!!! - Disco and Live Jazz restaurant in the basement! - Lots of areas to sit!

- The rooftop bar AND dicso is only for club-members. Not even for the hotel guests. This is very weak for a hotel that charges 800 pounds + a night - you really need to change this!!! - 60 pounds for a normal breakfast is too much. - I found a desk in the middle of the hall at a corner to work, but was sent off, as it is for hotel staff - !?!?!? There are no silents spots to work during the day...

Great location. Great air conditioning.

The in room bar hadn’t been assessed before we got to the room so they had to come it to check it. I asked them to charge a different cc which she collected the info and agreed to. Ultimately, the wrong card was charged which cost me an out of the country service fee.

Everything was exceptional! From start to finish, the experience was unforgettable. The spa was absolutely stunning — incredibly luxurious, serene, and thoughtfully designed. It felt like pure indulgence. The hotel itself is breathtaking, with every detail carefully considered, from the décor to the service. There are endless dining options and bars within the hotel, each with its own unique atmosphere and menu — you could easily spend days exploring just the food and drink offerings alone. Every corner of the space was visually stunning and impeccably maintained. It truly felt like a five-star escape in every sense.

No full length mirror in the room

Beautiful accommodation with real twist of old tradition and modern vibe. We were here to celebrate a 50th birthday and we’re privileged to be upgraded to an absolutely phenomenal room. Large, bright, gorgeous 4 poster bed with soft bedding and a variety of pillows. Enormous stand alone bath and separate shower. It really was breath taking and made it staycation even more special than we could’ve ever imagined The staff were very attentive, real attention to detail, so polite and just couldn’t do enough for us. We annoyed an evening meal at Kaia. For the foodies of this world this venue is well worth the trip and the money. Excellent value for what you get! Asian fusion food at its finest We then sat back and relaxed with champagne and live music…a few different artists for the evening but all were exceptional! This place gets an 11/10 from us. Highly recommended for anyone that adores the finer things in life Thank you Ned for making our stay so memorable!!

Nothing!

Central location ,atmosphere staff, restaurants were great. We had an evening meal at Millie’s served by a great waiter called Lav, who made our experience that bit better.

Pillows were a little flat, filling up the water tank in coffee maker burnt back of my hand on the kettle in the coffee station in the comfort room 333 Plug in the sink didn’t close The lighting in the hotel and rooms was very dark, having limited sight this made it difficult for me to see the menu and my food and also made it difficult for applying my make up. We booked in at Lutyens, then, after we had gone out for a walk we received a phone call to say that our booking was not possible, so the member of staff from Lutyens went round all of the other restaurants to try and book us an alternative, which we appreciated but all of which we found a little disappointing. We did enjoy our meal at Millie’s saved by the excellent service by the staff.

The rooms was beautiful and very comfortable. The bathroom was luxurious. There is everything you could need there. The location is good. We walked everywhere, including west end and liverpool street areas.

The food area is a nightmare. Very loud & many people who are not staying in the hotel use the bar and restaurants. In fact we could not sit in the bar for a quiet drink at any time during our stay as it was continuously full. The feast was disappointing. I had the roast and although the meat was lovely the rest was dry as it had been sitting for a long time.

The location is perfect to get around london. The property itself has beautiful decor and has its own unique history.

The hotel is very popular with guests and the general public because of what the hotel offers in the way of various restaurants and music along with a nightclub, therefore the lobby can become very busy so the waiters are often occupied with all sorts of tasks this meant even if you are staying then you have no priority when requiring a drink etc.

Nice and very trendy hotel with many restaurants and bars. Great interior in an old bank. Location is good, the area is more business orientated, however, the tube station Bank is right next to the hotel. Staff friendly and reliable.

There are no real areas for hotel guests. In the main hall there are several restaurants and bars, and it's open to the public. Starting around 4pm this area is packed and very loud. Absolutely not possible to go down and read something, or even to find a place to sit, without prior reservation.
