The location is excellent - a little difficult to find but really close to north bay beach. Communication from owner was very good. Lovely views out onto north bay. Parking ticket provided which was extremely helpful Very good range of equipment is included.

It was a ground floor flat but bedrooms were on first floor up a steep stairway which some may find a little difficult. Some reconditioning of the fittings is probably required but this did not detract from our enjoyment

We stayed on top floor apartment and it means a lot of steep steps. You have 1 set to front door then another set to the lounge area then a final set to the bathroom. Not suitable for young children who aren’t fully comfortable with stairs unaccompanied but apart from that it’s spot on

Great location, able to park with a permit on the street, nice and comfy, fantastic view, lovely bathroom with view over roof tops towards south bay.

It was a bit dirty and needed some attention to detail. Very marked and lots of scuffs on walls, doors etc. Kitchen cupboards very dirty and sticky. Something horrible in freezer. Perfect if you didn't want to cook big meals but no table, small breakfast bar so if you wanted to stay longer and cook it might be a bit tight.

The location and cleanliness of the flat . The kitchen / lounge area is acceptable for a property of this age. The conversion has been done quite nicely. The only issue is listed below.

The stairs to the second floor apartment are quite steep with a turn as ou enter the flat and the stairs to the bathroom are narrow and not suitable for someone with mobility issues .

Very well presented, lovely and clean. Owner very good at answering queries, particularly as our booking details had changed. Gave us an extra parking pass. View very nice. Good access to pubs, restaurants etc.

The area outside leaves a bit to be desired but once you are in it didn’t matter. The stairs were a killer but we were warned so fair enough. Couldn’t find instructions on heating and the weather turned our last night so we had to bundle up in extra clothes.

Beautiful apartment. Modern design and very clean. Smart lock to apartment is perfect idea as you dont have to worry about key. Big fridge and freezer which is really helpful if staying for longer.. Everything what you need for family holiday. We enjoy staying in there feels comfortable and cosy like home ❤️ Highly recommended and definitely will come back. Location is just perfect and stunning sea view from double bedroom 😍

No dishwasher capsules / spunge and kitchen towel. Maybe because cleaners don't have enough time as we arrived earlier than expected 😉 I'm sure if I would mentioned something to owner Ben it will be quickly sorted.

Facilities were wonderful. It was all really nicely done. The communication with the owner was brilliant. I felt happy that I could contact him anytime. The location was really good.

We stayed in flat 2 and there were a lot of stairs. This would not suit everyone. You are issued with a parking permit but finding somewhere to park can sometimes be difficult.

I just stayed here with my girlfriend and children, and it was a lovely place. It has wonderful views of North beach, especially when the tide is out. It is in a very convenient location also, as north beach is a 5min walk, South beach is a 10-15min walk, as is peasholme park. Which means you can easily walk to many locations you will wish to visit. Also there is a One stop (convenience store), café and a couple of take aways literally 20 seconds away, which was very handy. It was very clean, and we all liked it. I would definitely stay again.

Be sure to bring your own towels just in case none have been left, several close by shops to get them cheap though if you need to :)

We booked this accommodation for our daughter and partner who were attending the outdoor theatre. The location was great. Everything is done by messages and emails.so no interaction with staff. Parking on road. Need to find space first. They only stayed 1 night but said it met all their expectations.

the surroundings lots of full bins outside. row of five we stayed in and I believe the owner of the one we stayed in is doing up another on the row so hopefully the remaining apartments will get tidied up on the outside too and bins put in a more appropriate place
