Buffet breakfast was good but not exceptional, at a typical price. We switched to the "take-out" place in the lobby, which met our needs. It has a good selection of salads, sandwiches, and breakfast items. Our room was in good shape and had a view of the Rockies. We did have lunch in the restaurant one day which was very good and reasonably priced. I made the reservation on Booking.com which was $60 a night less than the convention rate our group negotiated.

Housekeeping was erratic. The room was cleaned as we left for the convention, not at all one day, or the room was missed and we found a supervisor at 4:30 pm.

The stay at the hotel as a whole was a very enjoyable and wonderful experience between the staff and the hotel room everything is what I could imagine it to be it's exactly what I expected and then some in fact the staff and hotel exceeded my expectations I will definitely stay there in the future especially since I'm a rewards member now

There is not one thing that I did not like about the stay the hotel and the staff everything was absolutely awesome and wonderful and more than I expected.

Great location. Excellent service. The breakfast buffet was amazing. There were lots of choices, and the staff was very polite and hospitable. It was one of the best services I've experienced so far. The pancakes were delicious. We were seated at the table when a staff member took our beverage order. She brought us excellent hot chocolate and coffee. Can't ask for more!

Not a complaint, just feedback. I appreciate the live omelette, but it would be great to have a similar dish suitable for vegetarians (without egg and meat).

Conveniently located in downtown, rooms are very confortable, spacious, noise cancelled and allow you work there if you need to. There are bars and restaurants located in the lobby if you don't want to move from there (though I'd recommend walking around the city, food is delicious). I loved having my bed done every day, and towels changed too.

The mini fridges don't really cool too much, and can't change temperature, they are ok to keep drinks and sweets fresh. Appliances don't include USB-C unlike other hotels, so bring your chargers, not just the cables. I wouldn't normally complain about it but given the category of this hotel, I wanted to mention it.

The staff working the event were wonderful and the housekeeping teams were great. They made sure we had everything we needed. The burger in the restaurant was delicious.

The bartending service in the lobby bar was the least satisfying of everyone I encountered. The seemed to only be attentive to regulars. Also more food variety in the 27 peaks bar would be great.

The hotell was perfectly located for attending conference at the conference center with only 1minute walk across the street. The staff was really friendly and helpful, and actually helped me book another night at the hotel for the same affordable price as booking.com Breakfast buffet (not included in price) was really nice, and is recommendable (still expensive). Nice gym, but a bit crowded at times (Sheraton hotel nearby is recommendable if gym facility is important to you), and nice to have the terrace with jacuzzi and three sunbeds. Cleaning staff was also friendly and helpful, and made sure I had extra coffee at my room. I had a room with wonderful view over Denver city.

The breakfast was much too expensive, and gym would have been better with larger room and more free weight equipment. An outdoor pool should be mandatory in sunny and warm Denver.

we loved everything about this property. instantly as soon as you walk in an you are immediately greeted by the friendliest staff. This was our Valentines getaway, and they put us at the very top floor overlooking the city and mountains just like we had asked the views were absolutely stunning. The bed was super comfortable had it had a miniature refrigerator in the room. The TV was huge. When you turned it on it literally says welcome to the Hyatt and your name. it also showed us other places that the Hyatt had around the world. We will definitely be returning to this property, we are looking at planning our next vacation as well, and it will be at Hyatt or one of their branches that they sponsor.. Posting one of the views from our room! absolutely amazing!

there is literally nothing not to like

Spacious room, coffee supply and other amenities in the room, spectacular view from room, ambiance in lobby, location. I moved to another (more expensive) hotel in town for the last two nights and it was AWFUL in comparison to the Hyatt. Really excellent value for money.

Cannot think of anything that bothered me. I had a problem with my hot water on day 1, but they sorted it out the same day.

Overall the entire hotel from many previous stays!

Getting cold foods after hours from the front desk instead of cold cabinets was really annoying! Then the sandwich I requested was starting to mold, very disappointing. Especially without being able to see the food before and no other options after restaurant hours. Never had this issue before. HAVE STAYED MANY TIMES BEFORE!

The location was in a prime spot downtown. The facility was incredibly nice and had great amenities. The room was comfortable and big enough for three people with a lot of luggage.

The bedding was very loud. Every time I turned over, it crinkled loudly and I was worried I would wake the others up.
