The breakfast was the standard hotel fare, but it was good enough to start the day. The coffee was good. The rooms are clean and everything worked. There was plenty of hot water and the a/c kept the room at a good temperature for sleeping. I liked the layout of the room that separated the beds. Staying with family, it felt like there were separate spaces. The balcony was nice also.

The bed sloped on the sides if you got too near the edge. They weren't the most comfortable mattresses I've slept on. Also, the office and breakfast area is on the other side of the road. We had a toddler with us and it was a little nerve wracking getting across the road without carrying her.

We booked a king room which was located across the river from the registration office. The rooms were huge, beds divided by the bathroom. Balcony was nice, pretty view of the river. It was close to the main strip and all of the attractions. Trolley stop located on premise.

If staying in the building across the river you have to drive to get the free breakfast and to use the pool. Parking in second building filled up fast later at night. People smoking in other rooms on balcony made for a smelly, unwanted experience.

Feeding the birds. Watching others go down the river. Housekeeping did a great job. Location of facility is very useful. It was quiet and peaceful. The breakfast bar was very nice.

The petite size of the toilet, This issue affected my ability to perform personal hygiene, I am a senior andI had a difficult time going from a sitting to standing position. The bathroom is way too small. The sink should be in the bathroom, not the living room, and the bathroom light switch should be inside the bathroom. Having it outside mskes it impossible to close the door before turning on the light which results in the light being turned on in my wife’s eyes and then awakening her if I go to the bathroom after dark.

The separate sleeping quarters were great with the vanity and bath separating the beds. Our room was very clean. The balcony overlooking the river was very peaceful. The location is right off the parkway and convenient for walking to certain places and easy to get to the main road for driving.

The bathroom is very small but we made do. I also feel there should be more storage for clothing and necessities. There was 1 table to hold a suitcase, 3 drawers if you want to unpack, and very limited space to hang your clothes. We had 3 people staying in a room that sleeps 4. We had to use the chair for a suitcase, leaving nowhere but the bed to sit and socialize. Regardless of these issues, I would stay here again.

Absolutely loved this property! It was so clean and comfortable. The room was very spacious and had the most comfortable beds ever! It was actually like two rooms in one…the beds were separated by the bathroom and a sink/vanity and each area had their own tv. Everyone had their privacy and could watch whatever they wanted. We had a balcony overlooking the creek and enjoyed sitting there in the morning while we had our coffee. The staff was amazing…friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again and recommend it to everyone! The only negative was the bathroom. It was very small and kinda hard to move around in. It was a toilet and shower only but cramped.

The private balconies looking over the river were nice. However across the river there is an RV campground. And be prepared for the ducks/geese to wake you up at daylight. The room was clean except the fan vent in bathroom needing cleaning. The room layout is unusual in that there is one bed, then a section in the middle with a sink and then another section with a second bed. The bathroom is in this section. The bathroom is very, very small - just room for the toilet and tub. The breakfast was adequate- sausage links, scrambled eggs, potatoes, pancakes, fruit, cereal , biscuits, gravy, grits, oatmeal. The check in and breakfast area is across the street from the rooms. Liked being able to checkout online. It was still too cold, but they provide tubes for tubing on the river. I’m sure kids would love it! Staff was courteous. Located one street over from main strip.

Small bathroom. I thought I liked the geese until they woke us up at daybreak.

The hotel was great, we stayed in the rooms on the other side of the river.....wonder if they will be making it look like the Front one? The creek balcony was very relaxing. The rooms were clean and large. The location felt like we were right in the middle of everything which was great! Hopefully they up date the back building and put a bridge connecting the two buildings, it will make walking to shops much more enjoyable.

The elevator was very slow. We definitely got our exercise on being on the 4th floor lol. Somehow the parking lot is always empty but maybe 5 cars, but suddenly at about midnight the parking lot is completely over flowing and no where to park.....I can only assume it's people having more vehicles then they claim and taking spots that others actually paid for. But other than that it was perfect.

The room was very clean and beds smelled fresh and clean. The river you could hear rushing when the patio door was open. Everyone of the staff we encountered was nice and smiled. The Inn would have been perfect if it had an indoor pool or if the outdoor had been heated. I don't give many motels this high of praise.

They did not have a indoor pool or the outdoor pool was not heated. If the either of those was addressed this motel would be absolutely perfect.

Love the balcony over river. Good location, quiet on right end, close to everything. Staff are excellent. Breakfast is good. Rooms clean but dated, smells mildewed

Rooms dated, mildew smell. Very small bathroom

The location is great, you are close to many attractions and restaurants. I loved sitting on the balcony, feeding the ducks, which the motel supplies you with cracked corn, and just relaxing there. We enjoyed the pool and hope next time to use the floats they give you to float on the river. Also, the staff are very nice and pleasant, thank you!

Well, the beds were not comfortable, too fluffy in the middle and you could roll off the sides. It’s an old motel but decent, especially for the price. We will stay here again and try another room.
