Excellent locatin downtown, easy to walk everywhere and the staff was very welcoming. We were able to get an early check in without a problem and our room was clean, big and the bathroom vanity had good lighting. I had read some previous reviews concerning noise level but we were given a room down a hallway, a few rooms down from elevators and we only ever heard a little bit of noise coming from people leaving the rooms right across from ours so we did not have this problem. Breakfast is an additional but we ordered from the menu and it was delicious and portions were big. The european style breakfast also looked good if you're interested. The rooftobar bar, 1 Watson, was a great place to have a drink and enjoy the sunset/night.

Wifi was a little unreliable late at night and the closet is about a foot wide so don't count on it if you want to have actual closet space to hang anything but besides that, it was a great stay.

The valet changed service from one night to the next and the new company charged more and had us pay them directly instead of adding it to the room. The location is right downtown. There is no parking anywhere close to the hotel unless you park yourself for $35 a night or park on the other side of the block in public parking and pay $10 dollars a night, but no guarantee that it will have space available.

No microwave in room, breakfast not worth $18 pp. Not much more than a continental breakfast

If you are looking for a spotless clean hotel, in a centric location, with excellent customer service stay here! They cleaned our room every day. Hotel is brand new, and walking distance to several nice restaurant and historic landmarks. Soundproof, we did have a restful sleep ever night there. Beds and pillows are comfy, and sheets and comforter were new. Our room was in the 17th floor and we did have an spectacular view! Thank you to all the staff, specially to the gentleman at the front desk who helped us to get the room my wife requested.

We enjoyed our stay!

We loved the view of the city, the large windows, and the feel of the room. It felt luxurious, and we didn't have to break the bank. We also visited the rooftop bar/restaurant, and it was wonderful. The service was great, my drink was delicious, and the atmosphere and view were beautiful.

It was my Anniversary and I wanted somewhere nice. This hotel gave us EVERYTHING we needed.

Our room could've been just a little bit bigger, and I would've liked a closet. Our view was of the AC unit on the roof....which I could have used a better view. Parking was expensive.

The location was convenient, the room was silent and with good view (17 floor), the staff was helpful.

Cleaning was theoretically every second day, but when I wanted the cleaning staff to come when I finish breakfast and leave they did not come at all. The supply of coffee and soap required asking.

the parking fee .$45 per day, while other lots/garages charge $10 and up , although the parking garages/lots that I noticed charging $30 per day and above were in a secure area and were guarded by security while mine and other guests vehicles were parked on the street- for $45 per day

The view was beautiful the hotel decor itself was beautiful as well

There’s a lot of construction in the area so the traffic was really bad, there was nowhere to park except valet which is $40 per night and we stayed Friday thru Monday

Parking is way to expensive for the hotel, we’re already paying 1k+ for the stay there’s no reason we should pay for parking
