The location was great, within walking distance to the Riverwalk and Alamo. The breakfast was very good!

We didn’t like the fact of having to pay $35 per night for valet parking! That information wasn’t revealed to me at booking !

property was nice rooms where good size, pool was nice, breakfast was good, and in a good location. really good valet parking!

ac want working correctly, checked filter it was clean but the coils were definitely clogged not showing much airflow to be pulled through, front desk tried to put us in a different room but same issue except ac cover was just hanging on there probably due to others trying to get better air flow, need maintenance to clean ac units coils better room was warm all night, sofa bed had a nasty smell they need to be cleaned better, the bed lighting didn't work our room was mostly dark all night.

The property was very nice. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was very good and well staffed.

The pool was dirty. There was bird poo and feathers in the pool from early in the morning until it closed. I know they have birds in the area, but someone should skim the large amount of feathers regularly knowing that they have a bird issue. Some of the seats were covered in bird poo even after they “cleaned” the pool, they would do well to put a cover over the one area where the majority of the issue is coming from. Also, they never cleaned our room even though we were there Sunday through Wednesday. They showed up one day early and we asked for them to come back in a few minutes and nobody ever showed up. I had to go to the desk to get towels twice.

I loved-the friendliness of the staff and the location to Riverwalk, Easy quick walk. Also the breakfast was good. Always a plus!

The main thing I disliked the most was the $35 a day parking which is ridiculous and that alone is why I want book here again. The area is not bad bad however there are homeless people walking around every where and the only other option to park is on the side of the road at a meters (if you can find one available) which you don’t wanna do due to the homeless. I feel like they are taking advantage of that. Also we had 2 roaches in our room. So we made sure to shake everything before we left so we didn’t take any back home.

It was walking distance to the River walk. Maybe 2 blocks . Breakfast was good and there valet the main man i don’t know his name older Hispanic gentleman he was exceptionally friendly talked with us gave us pointers and he needs a raise !! He was amazing got our car to us in no time !!

The location in regards to the Riverwalk was awesome. The staff was very pleasant. Everyone greeted me. The evening bartender Alex was very friendly. He gave great recommendations for sites and restaurants. He was a very helpful Ambassador for Springhill Suites. I will book my next visit in that hotel because of the warm, friendly service from everyone.

The breakfast was great. I was especially impressed by the staff, Terri in particular. She was kind, helpful, and took a genuine interest in our comfort.

The valet parking was a bit of a shock. We hadn’t planned for that and it was expensive.

When I arrived, the hotel administration had only 6 rooms booked for me, instead of the 7 that I booked through booking.com My friend called booking and it took us more than 2 hours to fix the situation.

Beds are comfortable. Breakfast is fine. Location is great, close to Alamo and Riverwalk. Parking is a bit expensive, 37$/night.

The sink is in front of the bathroom bit in separated area. If someone washes the hand it may disturb other while they sleep
