The location was excellent. Close to the Mall. Everthing was in walking distance. Ten min walk to the Metro. The hotel was neat and clean. The staff was accomodative.

Had an issue with the TV remote, which was sorted out by hotel staff later. A walk in shower in the washroom would have been nice.

I liked the service provided by the staff. They all went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and to meet my needs. Breakfast was delicious. The lounge area downstairs was amazing for socialising and the design of it was beautiful. The pool was great for the kids and fun to spend time at. The taxi service provided by the hotel was very convenient.

The rooms were unfortunately quite unclean, housekeeping did visit daily however rooms were still dusty. Bathrooms were very outdated and damaged. Toilets were unclean when we first arrived. The air conditioning bought a foul smell to the rooms, could be linked to unclean vents.

From the moment we arrived to checkout, everything went super smooth and all the staff were friendly, warm and helpful. The location of the hotel was superb. Strategically located just a walk away from the Mall of the Emirates, a 24-hour supermarket, lots of food options within short walking distance, and we love that because we travelled as a family, they had all our rooms (both the apartment and hotel room) on the same floor. Convenient!

When we were travelling there, they were in between airport transport providers. That would be a nice addition to their service. Not too much of a problem though as we were able to get an Uber to the hotel from the airport. For the apartment, it would be awesome if they had a frying pan and a smaller pot in the kitchen as well as cooking utensils. We had to buy our own spatula to cook during our stay. We also had to buy cutlery as the ones available in the room didn't include spoons.

Very clean and comfortable apartment, made us feel at home. Our apartment view was fantastic- facing MOE. The housekeeping guys were very good at their work, quite adjusting as per guests timings.. I forgot the staffs name who was from Nepal,he was one of the best. Wish I knew his name. Pawan who was the housekeeping co-ordinator, ensured none of the guests housekeeping requests were missed. The utilities in apartment were of such an excellent quality right from kitchen utensils to bathroom utilities.

Not all reception staff are capable of handling guests requests promptly. We stayed for 3 weeks at the property, so, at times when we call reception, listening to a particular reception ladies voice, we would hang up. As we know she wouldn’t help! Not good for a reception staff to behave repeatedly in such manner.

It was very clean, the workers are such hardworkers. Every staff member were very friendly and smiley. Location was very good too had a lot of things around. If any problem did occur they came straight away to solve it. Would recommend this hotel to anyone! You will never be disappointed

The pool water was cold, a suppose due to high building blocking the sun that could hit the water. There was o sun hitting that certain pool area.

As being the only person staying in this suite, it was more than spacious! In close proximity of the Mall of the Emirates, walking route pretty easy. Breakfast was diverse and extremely tasty. Had family whom are pure vegetarians and very content with the breakfast options. Staff were friendly.

Even having requested an early check in, due to a long haul flight and arriving at 7am in DXB - the suite was not ready until 4pm! A day was wasted, not being able to freshen and carry on with the day. Not enough lighting in the rooms, I.e. dressing table area

Location was great and accessible to everything i wanted. The room was also ok with basic needs for a short stay, the bed was very comfy and the support from the team was awesome.

The AC was not fully going off so i could still get cold air that gave me a flu. Also see how you can improve the lighting in the room its dim/dark even at night. Also the TV....sincerely in 2023 democratize entertainment- there was no smart TV hence was stuck to your un-relevant content that you expect me to like by force- start by investing into a cheap smart TV and do away with that medieval one...

Excellent location and warm staff. Breakfast was lavish and varied, we enjoyed it 6 days straight- especially perfect Eggs Benedict daily! We had a 2 bedroom apartment and a king room. They were spacious, and comfortable beds and sofa. Soundproof and very convenient for a family of 4. Kitchen was useful to prepare dinners after days out. Also, there is a new upscale supermarket (like Waitrose) less than a minute away. The mall of the Emirates was 4-5 minutes away - however the metro station is around 10-12 min walk as it's at the other end of the mall. Uber was no issue. Would highly recommend this hotel for family travel, as location in central dubai, near mall and food court, and near metro, all excellent.

The decor looks slightly dated, eg bit low budget wooden cupboards, but absolutely comfortable nevertheless. Also, the apartments have separate water heaters, so the bathtub goes cold halfway. Hot showers were great though. There was ample hot water for the tub in the king room.

I liked the location very much.Othman at the front desk was super helpful and very professional.Ralph at reservations was far too kind and such an awesome personality he has.He made booking easy and answered all my questions and concerns. Breakfast was amazing especially the hummus and smoked fish 👌.

The payment and billing has soo much confusion.We cleared our bill way before checking in but we kept on being asked if we have paid.Which was soo embarrassing and inconvenient
