The Location is perfect and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We stayed during a heatwave and the Shower was excellent given and much appreciated. The Hotel was easy to find and the general facilities were really good, we used it as a base for exploring Vienna and for this I couldn't ask for more. The Bar Staff are very professional and knowledgeable and a majority of the Staff were extremely helpful.

The pillows in the room were very uncomfortable but everything else was superb.

What I love about Roomz - as I have stayed here about 5 times. I love the kitchen staff, breakfast and delicious food from the dining room. Try the chili chicken and the breakfast is absolutely worth it. The team in the restaurant like Ibrahim, Anwar and more are very good and will welcome you. I The rooms are super clean and the cleaning staff is excellent.

There is one thing I do find frustrating and almost wish I would go to another hotel is the front desk staff - especially the younger staff that seem unskilled, rude and a tad xenophobic. You don't have that with other staff members - but only the front desk staff. There is a young kid who I think doesn't belong in customer service. This hotel has international guests and to treat us as an inconvenience isn't great. In general the management team should be blamed for a culture that doesn't promote customer service in the front desk. Train your team well.

Walking distance to Prater and very important for us - they have undergound parking in the hotel. Those two were the reasons why we choose this hotel. It is simple hotel, quite at night, with cafes around, so if you do nit have breakfast (like we were), you can eat next to the hotel. For our needs, this hotel was enough - one night, next to Prater (walking) and parking.

There is no mini fridge in the room, but as I have mentioned - this is simple hotel which has covered our needs.

It is an ideal place to stay for my business trip because it is close to the office. Check-in and check-out are available to do online, so it's super fast and convenient. The breakfasts are excellent here, and there are so many choices that you will never stay hungry.

Maybe I didn't check the photos attentively, but I was surprised to get a bed on the second floor with the need to use a ladder each time. It was not convenient. And there was constant noise from the vent that is right above the head.

Super location if you visit the ACV centre for a conference. Halfway there and halfway to the downtown. Set in a new district, everything g is modern and clean, and there are many options for eating. Rooms are nic and clean, and the bed is comfy.

I didn't like I had to ask at the reception for opening the gym in the morning. I wanted to go to the sauna afterwards, but that was closed too, and tou had to ask at the reception again. They should either open it by default, give instructions, or ask if you're planning to go upon the check-in

The room was fantastic. I stayed on the 7th floor, which offered a stunning city view from a spacious balcony. The room featured a large double bed and a clean, well-maintained bathroom, all accessible via a beautiful elevator. I particularly enjoyed the hotel bar—exceptional for hotel standards. I had some delicious cocktails and beers on our first evening, all served with great friendliness and hospitality.

The only downside was the breakfast. At a price of 25 euros, I expected better quality and variety.

The room was modern, new furniture and equipment. The breakfast was good, in a large enough restaurant. It's very close to Praterstern, a busy public transportation station. The room was quiet, I didn't hear any unwanted noise from anywhere.

The room had the bed on a storey with a pretty steep staircase. It was not comfortable, and borderline unsafe, especially in the morning. They could've easily made it bigger, longer, and one could've even reached in to shelves behind it. The tap in the bathroom was funny, I guess they wanted to conserve water, but the only thing they achieved was me running it longer to make it useful... The shower took half a minute to get warm as well...

The locations is excellent, the staff is super fiendly and nice. The breaksfast was delicious and good quality

The internet conection was very bad. It was hard to work with that internet. In addition, for some reason when people in the rooms around mine closed their doors I could listen it clearly and the bed even moved. It is not nice if somebody leaves the room very ealy in the morning and you are sleeping.

The receptionist was sick and was coughing a lot. I was afraid to take the key from her, as i do not know what she had. After covid it is very scary. One half of the bed had spots on bedsheets and also the blanket was heavily in spots

From the beginning till end everything was really good. The stuff was so nice and helpful. Room was so clean we didn’t have any problems. Also the location is good. You have metro 5minutes by walking and the tram is 2minutes walking from hotel. Also prater is 10minutes from there. We were satisfied
