1st & 2nd day breakfast options was very minimal. on our 3rd day, there are sausages, potatoes and waffles I'd love. Thank you!!! Aside from the "not-so-friendly" smell when you enter the room, the bed, mattresses and pillows are so 'comfy-nice' and we had a good night sleep. Towels were clean.

hmm, the TV location needs to improve. As the TV edge hits you if you were coming from the mirror & hanging area side. It must be nice if the tv is located in front where the sofa is. Our room number is 907, to be specific. Other room lay-out might be different from where we stayed, Another is, there should be at least small openings in the windows to have a ventilation, exchange of fresh air from outside to the bad smelling air from inside (when toilet is used). Would be great if pairs of slippers be available, too!

Room is large, quiet and clean. Free breakfast is good. Traffic is convenient.

We had a crt case at the court house. We chose the hotel with its location in mind. The area has so many places to enjoy a meal. The pillows and mattress were phenomenal. The West Elm sofa sleeper was beautiful and comfortable. The Christmas decos were still up and it was gorgeous. The breakfast was great and the attendant was constantly watching over everything and refilling the options. On arrival, the valet helped us unload our car and get everything inside then took care of our car. The nighttime and daytime staff we great. We had a minor issue with the television and a specialist came to the room to get it going. Great place to stay !

I much prefer individual bath products, the containers in the shower were refillable.

The location for Dealey Plaza is perfect , only a few minutes walk away, which for us was ideal. If you want Farmers Market end of Downtown, then this is a 30 minute walk. Some good restaurants with different dining options around the hotel. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and good showers. Large TV on swivel so you could watch from sofa area or bed : Your choice ! Staff were friendly and helpful, prices aren't the best, but I guess this is a Centre of Dallas/City kind of thing in 2024. Even though the hotel offers a free breakfast, whichnwas average at best, I highly recommend the Corner Bakery just a couple of minutes away ; That is a superb place for breakfast/brunch, and open 7 days a week.

Breakfast wasn't as good as other similar standard hotels.

The location is great, close to the center and American Airlines Stadiom. Staff is great and helpful, I very much appreciated the upgrade due to renovation and a quiet room for which I specifically asked. Breakfast is a bit limited due to renovation (no eggs for instance), but they are really trying to do their best. Big and spacious room, beds a bit too soft for us but otherwise comfortable.

The room was very clean and spacious, and the staff were very professional and helpful. The location was quite safe, and it was very relaxing. I would definitely book here again. The location is within walking distance to several things!

There were some renovations going on during our stay, and the breakfast set-up was dysfunctional, there wasn't any place to sit, and we were right on top of other guests.

We arrived to the property several hours early. We thought we'd only be able to drop the car off for parking and then would have to go back later to check in but the clerk checked us in early and we were unpacking just a few minutes after noon. He was friendly and so happy to help us! The room was so roomy and very comfortable! The beds and linens were top notch! I'd like to have had some complimentary lotion in the room but otherwise, was very impressed with the cleanliness and all the small details.

The elevator was a little dirty, but there was also active construction taking place on the property. I really don't have any other complaints at all - it was a great stay and worth the money!!

The hotel was clean and the staff was very accomodating.

The valet parking arrangement. The parking attendants were unorganized and there was an extensive wait between when I intended to request my car (I had to wait 15-20 minutes for a parking attendant to show up so I could request it) and when my car provided to me (another 10 minutes or so). I understand that the valet service operates as an independent contractor, but they need some improvement in their service.

It was close to downtown Dallas attractions. Also the staff was very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was good and the view from my room was amazing. I also liked that the hotel was in an old building which is fitting for a hotel in historic downtown.

The location of the hotel is a double edge sword. On one hand it is close to Dallas attractions but on the other hand there is a lot of homeless and unsavory characters hanging out in the immediate area especially near the DART station just a few blocks down the street. Walking at night is definitely "do at your own risk", and that includes one or two blocks in any direction. But during the day walking can be done. Really there is not much the hotel can do because the hotel is already doing everything it can with extra security and an access control system to enter the hotel. It would also be a shame if the hotel closed and switched locations because the old building has historic character to it. The only thing the hotel can do is lobby the local government to improve the issue of safety.

Good location, clean rooms, hotel staff was nice and courteous, beds were comfortable, and good room size. Breakfast was ok

Valet Parking, was unnecessary and not efficient. The employees were very courteous, but I think is better and faster to just park by yourself in front of the hotel. The room layout was strange, with the bathroom sink just in front of the beds, and when you turn on the super bright light to use the sink, it bothers the persons trying to sleep.
