The only place I prefer in Miami. Always very nice with great staff and accommodations.

I visited so many times & never had an issue with the room until now. The water in the sink wasn't going down. I contacted the front desk and it was resolved but the ring around the sink was just absolutely NASTY & lots of hair was on the wall. Two long brown strands were on my child's back that how I noticed!! My packages were delivered there from the first day I arrived. I kept asking but they claim nothing was there. Three days later, when I was leaving, I was told perhaps it was in the mailbox, REALLLLLLY??? I guesss until next time!

The hotel was almost perfect. We actually didn't expect it to be that good. Nice and clean rooms, breakfast, which was a bit different everyday, staff which was very nice and always helpful. I recommend this hotel for everyone who wants to visit south Florida and wants to see both Miami and Everglades, because this hotel is just in the middle of the road for a very reasonable price.

There is altogether nothing I would be unhappy about. Maybe, and that is the reason behind my 9 out of 10 stars rating, is the disposable tableware during breakfast. I don't know if it's normal for an American hotel or not, but as we come from Europe, we got used to minimalization of disposable dishes and this was little bit of a cultural shock. Also plastic knives aren't particulary good for anything... As the hotel informes you about possible reduction of water usage, I would love to see them minimalize their carbon footprint with reusable dishes. A lot of plastic and paper just gets disposed everyday only from breakfast.

The reception experience was exceptional, marked by professionalism and attentiveness. The staff were consistently willing and ready to assist with any needs. The room was impeccably clean, the bed provided good comfort, and convenient parking was readily available.

One of the elevators was out of service for the entirety of my five-day stay, resulting in prolonged wait times for the single functional elevator, which was shared by both staff and guests. While breakfast was delightful, I feel there could be more vegetarian options available. Additionally, proper labeling of breakfast items is essential. As someone who does not consume pork, I had to rely on the front desk to confirm whether a patty was beef or pork, which could have been avoided with clear labeling.

Everything was clean! Breakfast was amazing as per usual, hence why I keep visiting the hotel. The new male receptionist (cannot remember his name) he wears glasses, was super welcoming and very friendly. During my visit, the fire alarm went off, although I had to run and quickly evacuate the hotel (AS DIRECTED BY THE LOUD EMERGENCY SPEAKER/ ALARM) with two toddlers at 6:20 a.m in the morning, I liked that measures were in place in the event of a real fire/ emergency.

I always stay on the 6th floor. During this visit, the wifi just would not connect for us. When it did, it would work for about 2 mins and disconnect. PLEASEEEE FIX IT BEFORE I RETURN IN OCTOBER! # Thanks in advance.

The hotel is well located near my points of interest and easy to reach Room was clean and comfortable, spacious enough for the 2 of us.

Breakfast was good, but space is really limited, and u have to wait in long queues to get anything. Tables were not cleaned after a guest leaves as well. Breakfast buffet was good they served toast and bagels, once we found pastries but the quantity served is no match with the number if guests at all There was a fight over the waffle station as well Also the staff in front desk on check in were so inhospitable they didn't even smile

The location is great and it offers breakfast. Also, the room was what I requested. I loved the toiletry package. I also liked that the room was equipped with a fridge and microwave. We had a lively view of the pool. It was really nice that there were personalized messages in the room to welcome us.

The breakfast was limited and the cut off time was way too early. While on vacation you expect to sleep in and relax but when you cut off breakfast at 9 you have to be up at least by 7 30 am to be able to get the food and sit and eat. Cut off time should be at 10 am. Also the property does not provide water. I have never been to a property that does not provide water. That was very stressful since I drink alot of water. Luckily I was able to get a case via door dash since I got in really late. Hence, even offering 2 complementary bottles to guests just to take me through the nice would have been helpful.

It was really close to the even we were attending to. Staff was polite and accommodating to our needs and requests

We didn’t have enough body wash or shampoo for our first shower, but we quickly worked out after, with housekeeping, very nice people. Breakfast could have more healthy options. What I didn’t like the most about the property was the toilet, I’m not sure if it was the water pressure or the flat design of the toilet that didn’t allow it to flush thoroughly and it need it to be flushed several times to keep it decent.

The room was huge, well decorated and cozy. The king size bed was perfect, and room was perfectly clean when we arrived. Our pre-checkin was done by a brazillian girl, she was very professional and gave us a full support and indications of what to do in the neighborhood, kudos for her. Unfortunatelly, I forgot her name.

It's not a hotel indicated to those looking to visit Miami, it is far from everything. The hotel is located in Kendall, suburbs of Miam, 40 minutes driving from Miami downtown. The room was a bit noisy, we could hear every sound from the alley. The breakfast wasn't as I expected, poor variety of beverages, no fuits available, nor dairy meal available. Staff wasn't available to support.

The room and bathroom were extremely clean and well-kept. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, and we all slept really well.

The free breakfast was very good. Great variety of foods, however, for the coffee creamer. It would be nice to have a non-sweet version of the Carnation creamer since both my mom and I are diabetics. However, everything else was great.

This hotel is cleaner than the neighboring hotel next door (but my room rug needed a shampoo for sure). Location near exec airport and rate was very good.

No cable news stations (like FOX evening news) News was very limited in choice The AC made a lot of noise
