That the key cards keep messing up and if your spouse is gone and the rooms in their name you can't get in you'll be locked out all day until they get off work or whatever I went through that even though they knew me I still couldn't get a card I understand the policy but also it was raining and all that and I was stuck out when my purse and everything for my ID was inside all they had to do is open the door they'd see my I can show my ID but they wouldn't do it so I left

The staff is nice and courteous in the hotel rooms are very comfortable

My coworker found clothes from a previous guest under the bed and the rooms weren't clean that well the cabinets were dirty needed wiped down but other than that I like the hotel

Max was an Customer Service expert:). She customer resolved my Mom's handicapped accomodation which was initially ignored with my booking. Also the TV not working with the amount of money we spent

The housekeepers were rude and pushy.

Location & easy access to my room on the ground floor.

Noisy naibours late at night even after midnight, talking loudly & slamming doors, bugs biting & dirty floor.

Breakfast, the breakfast was from 6:30am to 9:00am and for two das I went to get breakfast at 7:30am and their was nothing but coffee left they could have done better.

Front desk staff was very nice and done a great job! The rooms were pleasant and more spacious than I imagined.

Construction was going on which wasn’t a big deal…

You need a 24-hour employee, there is a customer service phone number but it is not very useful for checking in or out.

The staff both nights were very friendly. The morning lady was very kind and had the hot, fresh coffee ready with the breakfast snacks. O thank you for yalls excellent services.
