Beautiful amenities, nice view of the water, very clean and safe, TV had cable with option to sign into Netflix. Room suite was very spacious with a living room, bathroom, bedroom, and outdoor balcony with chairs. Enjoyed the outdoor balcony view of the water. Hotel was also dog friendly!

The property is beautiful, rooms are very nice and spacious. Starbucks on 2nd floor, can’t beat it. Very short walk to the beach. Pet friendly.

Our sheets were questionable, as if the beds had just been remade after the last guest. Didn’t feel or look crisp and freshly laundered. The room didn’t have a “clean” feel to it in general. Many other guests I talked to while waiting for the elevators had the same complaints about cleanliness of their rooms. The elevators are SLOW. You will be waiting several minutes and they are always full. The mini fridge is extra mini and didn’t stay cold at all. There were no trashcan liners, and trash bins are tiny. $30 a day for parking in a large garage on the hotel lot is a bit ridiculous and the parking spots are SMALL. Expect dings and scuffs on your vehicle from neighboring cars opening their doors.

The staff is incredibly friendly, and Brooklyn in the restaurants is an absolute doll! Location is fantastic if you don't want to be in the middle of all the action. Convenient to grocery store and restaurants. The gym is great, and beach access couldn't get any better!! Overall, a great stay!

This was our second stay at this hotel, and I definitely wasn't impressed with the cleanliness this time. It was clean, but not quite up to my standards. Also, we had to leave the balcony a few times because the smell of weed was overwhelming! That, in particular, was disappointing. I know the hotel can't totally control people ignoring the rules and smoking on balconies, but it did put a damper on things.

Everything described and shown in the pictures are accurate. I also love the layout of the suite room. I had the 2 queen beds and a sofa bed The sofa bed is in a separate cozy looking mini living room. The room is clean.

The nice outdoor pool is fully occupied by kids the whole time. I understand everyone can use the pool on a first come first served basis. However towards the evening, these kids are getting rambunctious, and making loud noises slapping a toy on the surface which I can hear from my room nearby. It got my attention at first because I thought someone was using firecrackers but they were not. Not sure where the parents are. I suggest there should be someone there like a lifeguard or a hotel employee that will check on them make sure everyone is behaving. These kids overstayed beyond 10 pm. Another suggestion is to limit kids up to a certain time like 8 pm thereby allowing adults to have the chance to use the pool.

Very nice the first two nights, however, the third night, we did not get much rest at all. Alot of people had checked in the night before we left and was very noisey! they laughed and went in and out of the rooms until 6am! We had to travel the next day, so when we checked out, I did let the manager know. He apologized and stated there were alot of rooms rented for college students and he would let Booking.com know to refund our last nights stay. We haven't heard from anyone as of yet, but do appreciate the refund since we didn't get alot of sleep. We will be back though!

The restaurant was really good! I think this is what really takes this hotel to the next level.

I thought my room could be a little cleaner. We noticed what appeared to be snot or a dried booger on the curtain to the window.

We loved the location and the amenities. It was beautiful.

I wasn't happy that the reservation cost was not what we paid, when we arrived it was a lot more after lots of different fees. It was hundreds more, and i think the reservation amount is what you think you're paying. If not, the amount should be reflected in reservation so people know what to expect. I didn't like not enough toiletpaper in room for amount of people we had and had track down housekeeping. Also, I wish rooms had two bathrooms.

I didn’t eat there. Felt it was too expensive. Also it’s a shame that you charge for parking on the property that we are staying . That’s crazy!!

The marijuana smell from one of the residents coming through my balcony doors. And dogs on the property when I’m allergic., And why isn’t the pool heated and there was no hot tub. That’s diabolical. Marriott is usually top notched. I wouldn’t stay again because of the ice cold swimming pool and no hot tub and paying to park.

We liked the amenities at the hotel including surrounding stores/eateries. The pool is very well maintained and monitored which is excellent. The pool staff was so accommodating and courteous. The cleaning staff was great as well. The gym is terrific

The restaurant should capitalize on being right there with better prices. The kids menu is not available for room delivery on the app for some reason. You shouldn’t have to ‘sit at the bar’ for happy hour. A family should be able to sit and eat/have drinks. The front staff seemed very overwhelmed at times and it seems like peak times they need help.
