Really convenient for the convention centre! The staff were amazing, so friendly and nice!

The furniture and facilities were a bit worn down. Definitely could use an update. The duvet cover was more of a sheet sandwich and kept coming apart. Breakfast could have been better.

I truly love it. The hotel is close to everything and super safe.

The AC was out but I know we are in a heat wave. It’s just wasn’t very comfortable

The place looks very nice, and it has nice big rooms. The room was big and comfortable. The location is great, just a mile from Disneyland. Breakfast was nice, as buffet worth the cost.

No free parking. Why would they charge for parking if we pay anyway a lot of money for the room? No vegetables in the breakfast buffet. It would be nice if they added some, but they brought us when we asked. It's not possible to turn off the air-conditioner, which was a kind of a nuisance. It either cools or heats, nothing in between (no "regular" air, and not possible to turn it off completely).

The price for parking is not justified.

The check-in staff was very friendly and accommodating. All the local attractions easy to reach from the hotel both by foot and by car. Room was clean.

No USB charging outlets in the room. Parking fees.

The staff was terrific: helpful, cheerful, and patient. They gave us cookies upon check-in and the lady who checked us in even gave the kids arcade tokens. Our room was comfortable and bigger than expected. Everything was about as clean as we could've asked for.

Only slight downside was that the A/C and fan in the room were incredibly loud and couldn't be turned off. We turned the A/C off but the fan was still going because apparently it has to be on but it was really loud. It was already too late for me to bother calling anyone but it was a minor inconvenience.

Parking is over priced.

The property was in a nice location where we could easily walk or drive to everything we needed to access during our trip. Our room was clean and very spacious with extra amenities than other rooms we’ve stayed in elsewhere, and the hotel staff was always very accommodating. The hotel itself was beautiful and it was convenient having so many amenities available like the cafe, restaurant, laundry, etc. Check in and check out were both speedy.

To be honest, nothing comes to mind. We were extremely pleased with the choice to stay here, it was perfect for our trip.

1) shower head fix on the wall 2) no free bottled water 3) The phone on the corridor was unworkable

The bed was very comfortable and staff made the bed everyday for us with fresh towels. We liked having the bus stop right out front for Disney.

The shower/bathtub in our hotel room seemed to have water leak onto the floor even though we were careful to not have the shower head pointed toward the curtain and kept the inner shower liner inside the tub.
